一、课程目标

知识与能力:

1、使学生了解有关五个英语国家的风土人情,开阔学生的眼界,丰富学生的知识,培养学生学习英语的热情。

过程与方法:

1、通过提供知识信息源,进行课堂教学及课后让学生自己查找相关的内容。

2、进行课堂交流。

情感与价值观:

1、积极营造学习氛围,培养学习情趣,增强世界意识,提高人文素质和人文精神。

2、让师生共同了解英语国家的知识,进一步了解其文化底蕴。

二、课程内容

根据上述目标,根据学生认知基础和生活实际,本课程主要安排如下内容:英国 6课时美国 6课时加拿大 2课时

澳大利亚 2课时新西兰 2课时

三、课程实施

实施对象和课时安排。本课程在高一年级开设,将纳入课时计划,保证师资和时间,主要由英语教师分工实施。实施过程中做到计划落实,人员落实,措施落实,要求给实施教师精心备课,认真上课,确保达到预期的课程目标。在实施过程中,努力贯彻新课程自主、合作、探究的理念,努力体现学生的主体性、获取知识的直接性、学习方式的多样性、活动结构的开放性,内容生成的动态性、个体群体的互动性和教学评价的多元性。转变单一的知识授受的教学方式,注重学生多样化的实践性学习方式,努力提高课程的实施水平。
