WQ系列潜水排污泵一般会配置自耦装置,我们称之为固定式,固定在一个地方,配合管路排除污水;QW系列潜水排污泵一般会配置一个弯头,然后根据需要来接水管,我们称之为移动式,主要是临时性使用或者无需固定。

WQ固定式方便检修,直接用铁链提排污水泵会顺着自耦的轨道滑上来,主要用于化粪池或者生活污水池,可以避免下到肮脏的污水池中维修;QW移动式一般需要将污水池的污水排完才拿上来,如果中途出现故障,维修就不方便了。

值得注意的是,QW移动式一般没有固定的位置使用,所以通常不配电控柜,都是临时使用,需要有专人控制水泵的关停。

1.概述:WQ(N)潜水电泵,适用于各种水质的给排水工程,其结构采用下吸式浸没叶轮和上泵型两种结构,具有结构紧凑、体积小,可制造成多级泵,扬程达到150米以上,工作平稳,操作简单,安装方便,占地面积小,水池利用率高,标准化程度高等优点。

广泛应用在冶金、市政工程污水处理、矿山、化工、造纸、农业排灌、医院建筑、火电站等场所。

2.型号说明:电机功率(kW)扬程(m)流量(m3/h)污水潜水电泵(热水)3. 使用条件:1、适用介质:清水(固体颗粒含量<0.01%=;污水(固体颗粒重量比小于5%);2、水温不超过70℃。

3、液体介质PH值6.5-8.5;4、电源频率50Hz,电压380V(660V、1140V,大功率机组为3000V或6000V);5、潜水深度20米(大于20米应与制造厂协商)。

4.结构:(见附图1)泵:WQ(N)系列泵为立卧式两用结构,设计合理,结构紧凑,开启方便,便于维修。

根据不同参数叶轮可设计为离心式、轴流式、混流式、旋流式、螺旋式,导叶采用空间导叶结构以适用内装式结构,使电机有良好的冷却。

电机:1、与WQ(N)污水潜水电泵相配的电机是浸没式充水结构,电机内部充满洁净清水,以增加冷却效果。

电机绕组采用耐水绕组,即使电机内部进水也不会使绝缘下降,使机组运行故障率降至最低,电机轴承采用进口的滑动轴承,水润滑,大功率机组安装绕组过热保护器,使电机在运行时绕组温度过高可以提供信号,电机的动密封采用硬对硬的机械密封,密封性能好、机组寿命长。

2、该系列潜水电泵,由于电机与泵直接联接,机组泵轴短,结构紧凑,液流从电机定子外壳高速通过,可冷却电机,能保证水泵在水池的最低水位下正常运转。

一般最低水位应大于叶轮进水口,应避免机组在无情况下运行,否则会使保护动作或损坏机组。

WQ系列潜水排污泵的安装方式

WQ系列潜水排污泵的安装方式WQ系列潜水排污泵有自动耦合式安装、固定式干式安装、固定式底座安装、软管移动式安装、硬管移动式安装。

自动耦合式安装:实际上就是利用耦合装置连接电泵和出水管路。

有了耦合装置,电泵和出水管路就是相互独立的了,无须用常规的紧固件联接,所以电泵与出水管路的连接和脱离就非常容易了。

耦合装置其实很简单,只有耦座、导轨、固定板、斜度板、耦合板这五样东西,导轨只起导向作用,不受力,用普通的自来水管或钢管就可以了,用户可以很方便地根据污水池的深度计算出实际所需导轨的长度。

安装时,把耦座、导轨、导轨固定板架装好,把斜度板装到泵体出口法兰上,再把耦合板装在斜度板上,吊起电泵,将耦合板上的半圆孔口穿入导轨,把电泵沿导轨向下滑到底,耦合板就会把泵体和耦座扣紧,同时,泵体出口和耦座入口就自动对中了,斜度板的斜面也自动贴紧了。

需要维修电泵时,只需把泵往上提升,泵体和耦座就脱开了,这样,维修人员无须爬进池中去拆泵。

这种安装方式,十分省心、省事、省时间、由于耦合装置和电泵是相互独立的,所以,如果您的泵站因情况变化需换用相同口径的低扬程或高扬程的电泵,可以仍然使用原来的耦合装置。

固定式干式安装:泵房与集水池是分隔的,在基础上固定好底座,连接好进水管与出水管,即可运行。

由于电泵是可潜水的,所以即使泵房被淹,也不影响电泵的使用。

这种安装方式常常被用来改造老式泵站。

干式安装的电泵必须有电机冷却系统。

固定式底座安装:在基础上固定好支撑底座,连接好出水管路即可运行。

底座可以用地脚螺栓来固定。

考虑到维修电泵时的便利,如果出水管路有足够的刚性,也可以不装地脚螺栓。

移动式安装(软管、硬管)这种安装以底座支撑,接上出水管或硬管即可工作。

这种安装方式主要用于救急或维修、施工的需要。

接硬管时,如果管道有足够的刚性,也可以用管路把电泵悬挂起来使用。

3、铸铁材质的使用范围为PH5~9。
