简介
MütekTM SZP-10 系统 Zeta 电位仪测量纤维、填料的表面电荷。 通过测量化学品添加前后的样品的 Zeta 电位,就能评估诸 如湿强剂、施胶剂、分散剂以及涂料对造纸工艺的影响。 SZP 是造纸行业化学品供货商非常认可的标准工具,特别是 因为它测量样品无需像电泳法那样对样品进行预处理。
测量原理
实际上所有溶解在水里的胶体和固体颗粒都带电荷。这会在 颗粒表面产生一定浓度的电性相反的电荷,称之为相反电性 的离子。如果这些相反电性的离子被从颗粒上分开或用剪力 剥离,就可以测量到以 mV 为单位的流动电流。在 MütekTM SZP-10 中,只有固体颗粒被滤饼固定在滤网电极上,用脉动 的液流剥离相反电性的离子。
测量
测量样品被放在装有塑料筛网和两根铂金电极组成的测量室 下。样品被真空抽吸到测量室内形成了纤维柱塞。通过改变 真空度,可以在纤维柱塞中产生振荡的液体流动并因此产生 流动电势。经过几个测量流程,根据测量到的流动电势、电 导率和压力差,计算出 Zeta 电位,所有的测量结果都会在 显示屏上显示。

结合 MütekTM PCD-04 和 MütekTM SZP-10 测量结果,可以全面了 解工艺过程中发生的电荷反应,PCD-04 测量值和 SZP-10 测量 值相互补充;PCD-04 测量胶体溶解物质的电荷,而 SZP-10 测 量纤维的 zeta 电位,可以了解化学品是否与纤维发生了反应 (如图 5)。

2、观察流体由层流变为紊流及由紊流变为层流的过渡过程。

3、测定液体(水)在圆管中流动的临界雷诺数即下临界雷诺数,学会其测定的方法。

二、实验设备及要求本实验主要使用设备为:LBZ-1雷偌和伯努利方程综合实验台。

实验装置如图5-1所示。

在实验过程中,保持水箱的水位恒定,即水头H 不变。

如果管路中出水阀门开启较小,在管路中就有稳定的平均流速V ,微启红颜色水阀门,这时红色水与自来水同步在管路中沿轴线向前流动,红颜色水呈一条红色直线,其流体质点没有垂直于主流方向的横向运动,红色直线没有与周围的液体混杂,层次分明地在管路中流动。

KGZ-10 SeriesOxygen SensorsAccurate oxygen measurementDESCRIPTIONThe KGZ-10 is a high-accuracy oxygen sensor suitable for many applications. Originally developed for boiler applications, the product range has been extended to offer versions suitable for oxygen monitoring on board commercial and military aircraft, exhaust gas testing for automotive and medical test equipment. The sensor employs two ZrO 2 discs with a small hermetically sealed chamber in between. One of the discs functions as a reversible oxygen pump, which is used to successively fill and empty the chamber. 高频整流模块说明书

高频整流模块说明概述高频整流模块的主要作用是将三相交流电整定成为具有额定电压的直流电,向各种直流负载供电,是系统中最基本的组成部件。

高频整流模块特点:●采用先进的高频移相谐振软开关技术,转换效率高;●模块采用输出无级限流方式,可根据负载电流的大小和电池容量由系统监控模块选择,限流点稳流精度优于±1%;●采用低差自主均流技术,多个模块并机运行时,具有理想的均流性能;●采用一体化的输入输出及通讯端口,并设计为可带电插拔,方便模块的更换,使系统维护变得安全、简单、高效;●具有完整的告警和保护功能;●能够实现与上位机通讯,具有“四遥”接口。

工作原理三相交流输入首先进行防雷处理和EMI滤波,然后经整流转换成高压直流,再通过全桥PWM电路逆变为高频交流,经高频变压器隔离降压后通过高频整流滤波成为直流电,最后经EMI滤波和防反接保护输出。

工作原理图整流模块技术参数整流模块的主要功能是实现交流—直流变换。

整流模块可以在自动(监控模块控制)和手动(人为控制)两种工作方式下工作。

整流模块目前有多种型号,可满足客户的不同需求。

整流模块型号及输出通用技术指标:整流模块技术参数模块LBD-ZLMKGF22010、LBD-ZLMKGF11015外形与接口A 、模块GF22010、GF11015外形模块GF22010、GF11015外形示意图B 、模块GF22010、GF11015前后视图正LCD显示器指示灯按键拉手进风口紧固螺栓背风扇插座模块GF22010、GF11015前后视图C 、模块GF22010、GF11015的接口模块的输入、输出的各种信号都要通过其后面的插座如图3.4.4所示:插座D、插座各引线定义如下表所示:插座各引线定义注意:为了保障安全,请确保将交流输入中的保护地PE端与大地正确连接。

3.4.4 模块LBD-ZLMKGF22010、ZLMKGF11015的操作连接好电源和负载,将模块正确插入托架,上电后等待3~8秒钟,模块监控液晶屏即显示“正常”:接着就可以对模块进行控制操作了,下面就模块GF22010为例,介绍几种常用操作:例一:将模块的地址设置为08;第1步:给模块上电,等3~8秒,监控显示“正常”;第2步:按任意键后,监控显示如图;第3步:按“SET ”键进入主菜单,并用“▲”、“▼”键移动光标,到“设置”,再按“SET ”键进入“设置”菜单;第4步:移动光标到“地址”,通过“+”、“﹣”键将原来的地址由“01”改为“08”;第5步:完成上述步骤后,移动光标到“保存”,并按下“SET ”键,屏幕显示自动恢复到第2步,整个设置操作完成;例二:校准模块的电压到220V 显示;第1步:按照上面的指示,首先进入“校准”菜单;第2步:移动光标到“控制”菜单项,用“+”、“﹣”键将模块的实际输出调整到220V (注意:由于是按照一定的步长来进行调整,故最终可能会与预期值有微小偏差);第3步:保存调整电压;第4步:再次进入“校准”菜单, 将“测量”的电压值尽可能调整和实际输出相同;第5步:保存退出,整个校准操作完成;例三:关断模块的输出。

Oxygen Sensors
DESCRIPTION
The KGZ-10 is a high-accuracy, zirconia-based oxygen sensor. The ability of the sensor to operate without any reference gas makes it ideal for potential applications such as combustion control or aircraft oxygen generation systems.
The sensor employs two ZrO 2 discs with a small hermetically sealed chamber in between. One of the discs functions as a reversible oxygen pump, which is used to successively fill and empty the chamber. The second disc measures the ratio of the partial pressure difference and generates a corresponding sense voltage.
A heat element produces the 700 C [1292 F]required for the ZrO 2 to operate as an O 2 pump. The time taken for the pump to achieve specific minimum and maximum pressures within this chamber is a measure of the partial oxygen pressure of the environment.
The KGZ-10 has to be operated by an electronic measuring circuit that controls the sensor operation and signal processing. This circuit can either be incorporated into the customer s own electronics, or be purchased as a separate interface board from Honeywell.
