The positioner compares the electric control signal of a control system to the travel or rotational an-gle of the control valve and issues a signal pressure (output variable y) for the pneumatic actuator.The positioner mainly consists of an electric travel sensor system (2), an analog i/p module with a downstream air capacity booster and the electronics with the microcontroller (5). When a set point deviation occurs, the actuator is either vented or filled with air. If necessary, the signal pressure change can be slowed down with a volume restriction that can be connect-ed as necessary. The signal pressure to the actuator can be lim-ited by software to 1.4, 2.4 or 3.7 bar.A constant air stream with a fixed set point to the atmosphere is created by flow regulator (9) with a fixed set point. The i/p module (6) is supplied with a constant upstream pressure by the pressure regulator (8) to compensate for any fluctuations in the supply pressure.OperationThe positioner is operated with a user-friendly rotary pushbut-ton. The parameters are selected by turning the knob, pushing it activates the required setting. In the menu, all parameters are listed in one level, eliminating the need to search in submenus. All parameters can be checked and changed on site.All values are displayed on the LCD. The reading direction of the LCD can be rotated by 180°.The closing direction of the control valve is indicated to the po-sitioner by setting the slide switch "Air to open/Air to close". In actuators with “actuator stem extends” fail-safe action, the signal pressure is routed over an internal hole in the actuator yoke to the actuator. In actuators with “ac-tuator stem retracts” fail-safe action, the signal pressure is routed to the actuator over ready-made external piping. Using the appropriate bracket, the positioner can also be at-tached according to IEC 60534-6-1 (NAMUR recommenda-tion). The positioner can be mounted on either side of the con-trol valve.A pair of universal brackets is used for the attachment to Type 3278 Rotary Actuators or other rotary actuators accord-ing to VDI/VDE 3845. SAMSON 3780说明书调节阀维护及操作规程DCS系统对调节阀的控制主要通过调节阀自身的电气阀门定位器完成。

我司生产线上的调节阀为德国SAMS ON调节阀,SAMSON调节阀采用智能数字阀门定位器(3780,HART协议数字通信),其控制精度高,运行稳定。

定位器的主要性能介绍如下:结构与工作原理HART电气定位器是为连接气动调节阀而设计的,它可确保阀杆位置(受控变量)与控制信号(参考变量)之间的对应关系。

它将控制装置 4至20mA的输出信号和调节调的行程相比较,并产生一个相应的压力信号作为输出变量。

为此,用户需要提供辅助气源压力1.4-6巴。

定位器辅助能源是由4到20mA参考变量信号提供。

定位器由一个感应,非接触或位移传感系统,一个由2/2-通开关阀组成的电控阀块以及一个电控单元组成。

电控单元包含两个用于处理控制算法及管理通讯的微控器.一旦实际阀门行程值(实际值)与参考变量(设定点)之间出现偏差,微控器就会产生一个二进制脉冲调制信号去控制两个 2/2通开关阀,且分别由一个指定的放大器来控制。

其中一个阀控制排气,另一个控制气源.气源阀(3)将供气(7气源压力1·46巴)送到执行器(填充)。

排气阀(将执行器排出空气流排放到大气中(排气)。

这些开关阀即可以有开关状态—一常开。

常闭—一也可产生可变宽度的单脉冲。

对于这两个受控_阀门,阀林将会移动到与参考变连量相对应的位置。

如果没有系统偏差气源阀和排气阀都将关闭。

作为一个标准功能,定位器配有一个故障信息输出(根据DDN19Z34,NANUR标准的进制输出),用于向控制室发送故障信号。

成的激活位于定位器铰接盖上的写保护开关‘可防止设定被HART通讯修改。

作为对标准定位器型号的补充,有几个附加的选项用于扩展定位器功能。

带眼位开关的定位器为了在故障一安全电路中指示出阀门的最终位置,两个软件限位开关或两个接近开关被带强制排空功能的定位器一个控制定位器的6-24V电压信号,使得信压力施加到执行器。

2 空气过滤减压阀的安装
为防止收集较多的冷凝水,空气压缩机与空 气过滤减压阀之间的距离要尽可能短。要确 认带空气过滤罐的排污塞朝下安装。
2.1 紧凑的空气过滤减压阀
空气过滤减压阀可以直接接至压缩空气管 网,或是使用导轨、托架等相应的安装件(参 见 19 页的第 7 节)。
要注意气源流向,在铭牌处有箭头表示流 向。
3. 在适配板(1)连接孔推入特制空心螺 拴,(6)用于气源 SUPPLY 和(7)用于 输出 OUTPUT。
4. 将空气过滤减压阀放到阀门定位器上, 用两个特制空心螺拴旋紧
5. 用塞子(4)封上备用连接口,防止灰 尘等进入设备
4708-57xx 型用于 3760 型阀门定位 器
对于阀门定位器装配在控制阀支架左侧(参 照黑色转换板)的安装如图示。对于阀门定 位器装配在控制阀支架右侧的,适配板为同 样通路,而空气过滤减压阀翻转 180 度(23 页的图下部)。
翻转空气过滤减压阀按照 2.1.2 节所述进 行。空气过滤减压阀是在适配板或连接板上 转向。
用于 3730/3766/3767/3780/3785/3787 型 阀门定位器的空气过滤减压阀
4708-53xx 型用于 700cm2 以下的 3271 型气 动执行器和 3277 型气动执行器(120 cm2、 240-700 cm2)。
1. 在适配板(1)的凹槽嵌入垫片(2)。
2. 将空气过滤减压阀放在阀门定位器的 侧面标有 SUPPLY 和 OUTPUT 的气动连 接位置,用两个 M5 螺丝(3)旋紧固 定。
3. 用塞子(4)封上备用连接口,防止灰 尘等进入设备。
4708-54xx 型用于 1400 至 2800 cm2 的
3271 型气动执行器或者角行程执行器。 装配同于 4708-53xx 型

SamSon自力式调节阀值及国际领先水平产品。

我国阀门行业目前已经能生产十几大类产品。

如闸阀、截止阀、球阀、蝶阀、安全阀、止回阀、节流阀、旋塞阀、减压阀、隔膜阀、疏水阀、紧急切断阀等,最高使用温度570℃,最低-196℃、最高压力600MPa,最大通径5350MM。

其用途十分广泛,可用于工业燃烧炉系统,控制两种物料,如煤气、空气流量配比,以达理想燃烧。

用于氢冷发电机组密封油系统,控制密封油与氢气间压力差,以确保可靠密封。

当差压阀的低压端通大气即为微压阀(差压阀负压,端压,力为零)。

3730-5型数字式电气阀门定位器主要由带微处理器(5)的 电子单元、模拟电气转换器和输出气动放大器以及阀位传感 器(2,角位移传感器)组成。
当输入控制信号变化或有阀位偏差,则对气动执行机构加压 或泄压。若需要,可调整输出气量改善信号压力作用,还可 由软件设置输出信号压力限制值1.4、2.4、3.7巴。
装配到角行程气动执行机构(VDI/VDE 3845) 24 至 100O 开启角

工作原理(图6到图8) 3766型气动阀门定位器(图6)和3767型电气阀门定位器(图7) 都基于力平衡原理,两者唯一的区别是3767型内置了一个i/p 电气转换器(E)。 对于3767型电气阀门定位器,输入的控制信号(i)流经永久磁 铁(E1)磁场中的动圈(E2)并产生与控制信号i成正比的悬 浮力作用在平衡杆(E3)上,克服喷嘴(E6)流出气流在平衡 杆挡板(E7)上的作用力并使喷嘴背压稳定在相应值上,输入 控制电流信号的变化按比例转换为气动控制信号pe送给气动 单元。 气动控制信号pe在测量比较膜片(5)上的作用力与范围弹簧 (4)的力(阀位反馈力)相比较。如果输入控制信号引起气 动控制信号pe变化或阀位引起反馈杆(1)变化,膜片连杆使 杠杆/挡板(3)与喷嘴(2.1或2.2)的间隙发生变化,产生与 偏差相对应的喷嘴背压。可调整气路转换块(7)决定哪个喷 嘴工作即决定阀门定位器正反作用。 气源供给气动放大器(10)和气源压力调整针阀(9),调整 后的气源经比例/增益调整Xp(8)和气路转换块(7)到喷嘴 (2.1 或2.2),从与挡板(3)的间隙流出。控制信号或阀位 反馈杆(1)变化引起挡板与喷嘴间隙变化,使喷嘴背压变化 并传到气动放大器(10),经放大产生输出信号压力pst,再 经输出气量调整(11)传送到气动执行器,使阀位定位在控制 信号要求值。 对于直行程控制阀,阀行程是由连接销钉(1.1)传递给反馈 杆(1)的;对于角行程控制阀(图8),是在反馈杆上加一个 随动轮(20),并随安装在执行器传动轴(21)上的凸轮盘(22) 的转动而位移。最终,反馈杆的线性运动被转换为范围弹簧(4) 的作用力。 若用于双作用执行器,阀门定位器则再装一个反向输出气动放 大器,将输出两个相反的输出信号压力(pst1和pst2)。 可调比例/增益Xp(8)和输出气量调整针阀Q(11)用来优化 定位控制。两个调整螺钉(6.1和6.2)用来调整零点和量程, 也可调整为不同工作模式,如分程控制。

美国玩具标签-标注内容及要求?1. 联邦政府要求玩具的主要部件、包装、随同玩具的标签或活页,必须标有生产商或分销商的名称和地址,或者是可清晰确定生产商或分销商的商标。

所有这些标记必须是明显的,是消费者易读的,不受正常使用条件的影响。

为使购买者确认产品符合本玩具安全的所有要求,制造商、进口商及分销商可在产品标签上附上符合标准的声明与他们自己的名称和地址。

建议使用下述声明:(1)符合ASTM 消费者安全法规的玩具安全标准F 963 的要求(制造商、进口商或分销商的名称和地址);(2)符合标准F 963 的安全要求(制造商、进口商或分销商的名称和地址)。

2. 安全标识安全标识应由警告标志(在一个等边三角形内的感叹号)、信号词(CAUTION 或WARNING)和描述所存在危险的文字组成。

另外,安全标识可以包含要做什么或不做什么以避免伤害的文字(例如“Keep out of baby’s r each”,即“不要让婴儿接触”),信号词全部是高度不小于1/8 英寸(3.2 mm)的大写的无衬底字体,位置居中或居左。

警告标志应直接位于信号词前面。

三角形的高度最少与信号词的高度一样。

感叹号的高度应至少是三角形高度的一半并垂直居于三角形正中。

描述危险和避免危险行为的文字应以无衬底字体出现并居中或居左。

大写字母应不小于1/16 英寸(1.6 mm)。

考虑空间限制,建议可能的话,这些文字在信号词下面的另一行开始书写,随后的每个陈述或独立的观点都换行列出。

对于作为赠品附于其它产品包装里/上的玩具产品,安全标识应在该玩具包装上,同时较大包装上也应有类似的标记。

所有的安全标识应清晰及显眼,且应与其它文字或图案显著分开,以及至少用英文表示这些标识对预定的使用者而言应是清楚可见的,并与它出现位置的背景形成鲜明的顔色对比。

当通过热印、丝印或类似的工序过程,将安全标识印到玩具本身上时,在进行正常使用和合理可预见滥用试验后,标识应当保持清晰。

一般小型犬生下来时1斤左右,幼年时1到5斤左右,长成后所以一般在1.5—3.5公斤,中型犬生下来时一斤,幼年时1到12斤,所以长成后在10到15公斤之间,然后是大型犬在20到25公斤,再来就是巨型犬,特殊工作犬也就是如臧獒一般在35到40公斤左右。

还有看你的喂养了。

大概有十千克到二十千克之间!一般的大型狗体重都在六、七十公斤左右,可你知道目前世界上最大的狗有多重?据被列入《吉尼斯世界记录》中记载,目前世界上最巨型的狗重达一百三十公斤。

哇!实在是可观啊!据记载,这头大犬名叫凯尔,是条雌性犬,品种是产于英国的马士提夫犬。

马士提夫犬在犬类中属最大型犬,但一般的重量都在75-90公斤之间。

所以很多人都以为凯尔一定是肥胖超重,但经兽医检查后证实凯尔并没有过胖的迹象,一切健康正常,而且还处于生长的阶段,还有继续长大的可能。

不过饲养这条巨型的狗可真不容易!凯尔每星期要吃超过四十五公斤的肉及饮用大量羊奶和其它食品。

按当地的消费水平,光是饲料方面的费用每星期就要二百英磅,相当于3000元左右,这可比养人还贵的多啊!也就是324斤。
