Teaching and learning steps:

Before-reading activities

Step 1. Revision

Review the important phrases of this unit. Ask the students to translate the following phrases.

睡得很早go to bed early 吃得很快eat quickly

做运动play sports/exercise 吃冰淇淋eat ice-cream

吃蔬菜eat vegetables 散步take a walk
