JURY NOTES
This project involves consideration of a difficult set of issues in the Bangladesh slums. It dealt sensitively with the cultural setting and human issues, and recognised the need for designers to respond in a culturally appropriate way. It underlines the ethical responsibility of landscape architecture to tackle difficult issues. The project is process-oriented rather than object-oriented, while still achieving a sound site plan and development. The project was clearly presented, and avoided the all too common temptation to resort to flashy graphics, opting instead for an economical and effective set of drawings and text, supplemented by carefully chosen photographs.

ｂ：双边无输出波形：测试各电压是否正常，驱动极脚焊接是否良好，测试驱动板的１、２脚是否有输入电压，如果有输入电压，则驱动板上驱动ＩＣ可能损坏，如没有，再看另外一端的１、２脚也无，极可能是排插、控制板损坏。
如另一端也有，则拔出本端供电看另一端输出工作状态，如另一端工作正常，则本端驱动板上驱动板可能损坏。
