The wet blades can alsogrind grain and knead dough, but they are not quite asefficient as the dry blades in this application. If used forgrinding, your container will mar and become cloudy; seeinstructions for dry container use.Dry Blade Container: These blades are clearly marked “D”and are designed specifically for grinding dry materials suchas grains, cereal, and coffee, and are also used for kneadingbread dough. The dry blades can NOT process liquidsefficiently. If you grind herbs on a regular basis, you maywish to purchase a separate dry blade container and replaceblades as needed.W DThe Vitamix machine comes standard with the wet blade container. The blade is identified by a “W” for wet. This blade is used for most of your recipes. Additional containers with wet or dry blades may be purchased separately. How to Determine the Tamper that Can Be Used with Your ContainerEach type of tamper is designed to be used safely and effectively with a particular container. If a tamper came with your container, it is the correct tamper for the container. If a tamper did not come with your container, or you want to determine if a tamper that you already have can be used with your new container, please compare your container with the containers and matching tampers to the illustration below. Before using the tamper during the blending process, verify that it is thecorrect tamper. For operating instructions, refer to the owner’s manual that was provided with your Vitamix blender.• 64 oz. Short Containers use Tamper P/N 016041 that is approximately 9-¾ inches long.• 64 oz. Tall Containers use Tamper P/N 000760 that is approximately 12-½ inches long.• 32 oz. and 48 oz. Containers use Tamper P/N 015033 that is approximately11 inches long.9To verify that you are using the correct tamper, place the lid on an emptycontainer, remove the lid plug and insert the tamper. If it is the correct tamper, it should easily fit into the opening but will not come in contact with the blades no matter how you move the tamper inside the container. IF THE TAMPERTOUCHES THE BLADES AT ANY ANGLE - DO NOT USE THE TAMPER WITH YOUR CONTAINER.If you do not have the correct tamper for your container, call Vitamix Customer ******************************************************************** order a new tamper.

产品功率:800W(大功率、出汁高)

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONSIMPORTANTALL SERVICE TO BE PERFORMED BY AN AUTHORIZED SERVICE PERSONIMPORTANT! INSTALLER PLEASE NOTE.THE GROUNDING OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT SUCH AS TELEPHONE, COMPUTERS, ETC. TO WATER LINES IS A COMMON PROCEDURE. THIS GROUNDING MAY BE IN THE BUILDING OR MAY OCCUR AWAY FROM THE BUILDING. THIS GROUNDING CAN CAUSE ELECTRICAL FEEDBACK INTO A FOUNTAIN, CREATING AN ELECTROLYSIS WHICH CAUSES A METALLIC TASTE OR AN INCREASE IN THE METAL CONTENT OF THE WATER. THIS CONDITION IS AVOIDABLE BY USING THE PROPER MATERIALS AS INDICATED. ANY DRAIN FITTINGS PROVIDED BY THE INSTALLER SHOULD BE MADE OF PLASTIC TO ELECTRICALLY ISOLATE THE FOUNTAIN FROM THE BUILDING PLUMBING SYSTEM.1. This fountain is to be mounted on a smooth, flat, finished surface with adequate support structure.NOTE: Mounting structure must be capable of supporting 300 lb. load minimum on fountain.2. Refer to rough-in for plumbing.3. Install shut-off valve on water supply. (Valve not furnished)4. Locate and install fountain using (6) 3/8" minimum fasteners. (Fasteners not furnished)5. Connect water supply and fountain drain. Water connection and drain must comply with local codes.6. Turn on water supply and check all connections for leaks.CAUTION: This fountain is rated for inlet water pressure of 20-105 PSI. A pressure reducing regulator should be used if the inlet water supply exceeds 105 PSI. Any damage caused by reason of connecting this product to supply linepressures lower than 20 PSI or higher than 105 PSI is not covered by warranty.7. Water supply 3/8" O.D. unplated copper tube. Waste 1-1/4" IPS. Contractor to supply waste trap and service stop valve inaccordance with local code.8. Then rinse with clean water and wipe dry.2) Place the juicer on a stable non-slip even surface.3) Connect the plug of the power cord to a suitable power socket (220-240 V).ASSEMBLING THE JUICER1) Insert the juice collector into the juicer as shown in the picture. Make sure that the juice collector spout is located in the cut-out in the base unit.2) Place the stainless steel strainer into the juice collector. Make sure that the strainer is firmly seated on the drive shaft. When seated correctly, the top edge of the strainer should be under the level of the top edge of the juice collector.3) Place the pulp container into the base unit. First move the top end and then push down the bottom end towards the juicer. Check that the pulp container is inserted correctly. When correctly seated, there should be a space of no more than 1 mm between the pulp container and the base unit.4) Cover everything with the lid and push it down into the correct position.5) Use one hand to push the lid downwards and at the same time tilt the safety latch on to it so that the lid is secured in the correct position. An audible click will be heard. The juicer is equipped with a safety mechanism that prevents it from being started unless the lid is correctly seated and secured in place with the safety arm.6) Now insert the plunger into the feed tube. Notice, that to make movement easier, the feed tube is equipped with a groove that fits together with the coupling in the top part of the feed tube.USING THE JUICER1) Slide the juice jug on to the spout.2) Get ready to process ingredients. Thoroughly wash all the ingredients before juicing them. After washing them, cut the ingredients into smaller pieces that will pass through the feed tube. Prior to juicing certain types of fruit and vegetables, it is necessary to first remove hard stones that are contained in, for example, apricots, peaches, mangoes, etc. and inedible peels, e.g. from oranges, pineapples, melons, mandarins, etc. You will find further processing tips in the section "Useful advice" (see below).3) Turn the control dial to position "1" or "2" depending on the type of fruit or vegetables being processed. For softer ingredients, use speed 1 (e.g. grapes, bilberries, melon, raspberries, tomatoes, etc.). For harder ingredients, use speed 2 (e.g. pineapple, celery, carrot, beet, apples, etc.).JuicerNSJE 741BK / SJE 742RD / SJE 743WH E4) Place the prepared ingredients piece by piece into the feed tube and using the plunger slowlypush them down on to the rotating stainless steel strainer. Do not exert excessive force. Juice the ingredients slowly to achieve the maximum possible yield.5) During the juicing process, the juice will go to the juice jug and the pulp is separated and collectedin the pulp container. You can empty out the pulp container while juicing, however, first turn the control dial to position "0" (off) and disconnect the power cord from the power socket. Then release the safety arm, remove the lid and carefully take out the container. Before continuing with the juicing process, put the empty pulp container back in its place and return the lid and lock the appliance with the safety arm. Then connect the power cord to the power socket and you can start the juicer again.Attention:This appliance is designed only for short term use. When juicing larger batches, do not use thisjuicer continuously for more than 60 seconds and always allow the juicer to cool down sufficientlybetween the individual runs for at least 60 seconds. After three juicing cycles, allow the applianceto cool down for at least 15 minutes.6) When you have finished using it, turn the juicer off, disconnect it from the power socket and cleanit out according to the instructions contained in the chapter Cleaning and maintenance.USEFUL TIPSBefore you start using the juicer, read the following tips which will help you achieve maximum juice yield, an optimal taste and also make your work easier:• Only use fresh and ripe fruit and vegetables as they contain more juice. The following types of fruit and vegetables are particularly suitable for juicing: pineapple, apple, orange, grapes, melons, cucumbers, carrot, celery, beetroot, tomatoes, etc. Do not juice unripe or overripe fruits and vegetables as they could negatively affect the taste of the juice.• With root vegetables (such as carrot or beetroot), always check before juicing that you have removed all soil, tops and leaves, and that you have washed everything thoroughly.• Fruits with large, hard seeds or stones (e.g. nectarines, peaches, mangoes, apricots, plums and cherries) must have their seeds or stones removed prior to juicing.• There is no need to remove edible peels (e.g. from apples, pears). It is only necessary to remove thick rinds (e.g. on oranges, pineapples). Furthermore, always also remove the white fibres in the centre of citrus fruits because they have a bitter taste.• When preparing apple juice, remember that its thickness depends on the type of apples that you are processing. The juicier the apple, the less thick the juice will be. Apple juice turns brown very quickly. You can slow down this process by adding a few drops of lemon juice.• This juicer is not suitable for processing leafy vegetables, herbs or fruits such as bananas, avocados, figs.• If you decide to store the juice in a refrigerator, do not leave it there for longer than a day. Freshly made juices quickly loses valuable vitamins.E N Juicer SJE 741BK / SJE 742RD / SJE 743WH RECIPESTomato juiceJuice 1 kg of fresh ripe tomatoes and serve immediately.
