基于UG的产品反求设计

摘要

反求工程（reverse engineering,简称RE）也称为逆向工程，是针对消化和吸收先进技术的系列分析方法和应用技术的综合的一项新技术。它的出现，可使产品的设计以及生产取得最佳的技术和经济效益，进而形成自己的技术系统和装备。它明显的节约了产品的开发成本，缩短了产品的开发周期。

本次设计的主要主要内容为掌握三维扫描仪的运用，点云数据的获取以及后续的处理过程。运用Geomagic Studio软件对点云数据进行处理，建立模型。将实体模型导入UG软件中生成加工程序。三维扫描技术引入到反求设计中，为反求过程提供快速准确的三维数字化数据，大大的提高了反求设计的效率，如今已经广泛的应用到许多反求设计领域，是推进反求技术发展的重要手段。Geomagic Studio软件可根据任何实物零部件通过扫描点点云自动生成准确的数字模型。作为自动化逆向工程软件，Geomagic Studio 还为新兴应用提供了理想的选择，如定制设备大批量生产、即定即造的生产模式以及原始零部件的自动重造。Geomagic Studio可以作为CAD、CAE和CAM工具提供完美补充，它可以输出行业标准格式，包括STL、IGES、STEP和CAD等众多文件格式。UG软件是一个交互式CAD/CAM(计算机辅助设计与计算机辅助制造)系统，它功能强大，可以轻松实现各种复杂实体及造型的建构。UG NX是一个在二和三维空间无结构网格上使用自适应多重网格方法开发的一个灵活的数值求解偏微分方程的软件工具。其设计思想足够灵活地支持多种离散方案。因此软件可对许多不同的应用再利用。
