摘要：中药药渣在中药生产中一般都会被废品丢掉。中药药渣发酵可以使药渣由无用途变为多用途，变低附加值为高附加值的产品。通过中药发酵实现中药资源的可持续发展。由于资源的减少和需求的增加，对中药药渣的再次利用与开发具有很重要的意义。所以本文的目的在于如何提高中药药渣的发酵速度，以及其对其中细菌的一些了解。

Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine residue in the production of traditional Chinese medicine will generally be waste away. Traditional Chinese medicine dregs dregs fermentation can make no use of the variable is a multi use, low added value to high value added products. The sustainable development of the traditional Chinese medicine fermentation of traditional Chinese medicine resources. Due to the increase of the decrease of resource and the demand for traditional Chinese medicine, slag re utilization and development has a very important significance. So the purpose of this paper is how to improve the speed of fermentation Chinese medicine residue, and to understand the bacteria.

1 引言

中药药渣一般为湿物料，极易腐坏，其味异臭 (在夏季尤为严重 )，药渣要及时运出生产厂区，否则易导致厂区环境和药品生产的污染。药渣运出厂区后，多采用堆放、填埋、焚烧等方式处理，其中以堆放为主要方式。药渣由于雨水冲淋，易造成对周边环境的污染，尤其在我国一些地下水位表浅的地区，对水质的影响更为严重。所以对药渣的重新再利用便显得尤为重要。
