本设计主要是对变电站综合自动化系统的二次部分进行的初步设计,参考《变电站综合自动化》、《电气设备》、《继电保护》以及有关系统规程,为本110kv变电站各一次设备配上相应的保护,并对综合自动化的选择以及自动装置动作整定值的确定作出了较全面的和系统的介绍,使读者能将以前所学的散碎的知识系统的联系起来,使理论知识和实际很好的结合。
110KV变电站综合自动化设计的主要内容是:电气主接线的选择、综自系统的配置和选择以及保护整定的计算等。
本设及包涵六章内容:第一章主要介绍了几种常见的电气主接线以及本设计的主接线。
第二章概括的讲述了变电站线路和变压器的保护配置等等。
第三章对综自系统作了系统概括的介绍和微机监控系统的配置。
第四章对保护整定的计算作了较全面的概括,第五章主要是专业英语的翻译。

Their electrical fury inflicts death or serious injury on around 500 people each year in the United States alone. As the clouds roll in, a leisurely round of golf can become a terrifying dice with death - out in the open, a lone golfer may be a lightning bolt's most inviting target. And there is damage to property too. Lightning damage costs American power companies more than $100 million a year.But researchers in the United States and Japan are planning to hit back. Already in laboratory trials they have tested strategies for neutralising the power of thunderstorms, and this winter they will brave real storms, equipped with an armoury of lasers that they will be pointing towards the heavens to discharge thunderclouds before lightning can strike.The idea of forcing storm clouds to discharge their lightning on command is not new. In the early 1960s, researchers tried firing rockets trailing wires into thunderclouds to set up an easy discharge path for the huge electric charges that these clouds generate. The technique survives to this day at a test site in Florida run by the University of Florida, with support from the Electrical Power Research Institute (EPRI), based in California. EPRI, which is funded by power companies, is looking at ways to protect the United States' power grid from lightning strikes. 'We can cause the lightning to strike where we want it to using rockets, ' says Ralph Bernstein, manager of lightning projects at EPRI. The rocket site is providing precise measurements of lightning voltages and allowing engineers to check how electrical equipment bears up.Bad behaviourBut while rockets are fine for research, they cannot provide the protection from lightning strikes that everyone is looking for. The rockets cost around $1, 200 each, can only be fired at a limited frequency and their failure rate is about 40 per cent. And even when they do trigger lightning, things still do not always go according to plan. 'Lightning is not perfectly well behaved, 'says Bernstein. 'Occasionally, it will take a branch and go someplace it wasn't supposed to go. ' And anyway, who would want to fire streams of rockets in a populated area? 'What goes up must come down, ' points out Jean-Claude Diels of the University of New Mexico. Diels is leading a project, which is backed by EPRI, to try to use lasers to discharge lightning safely - and safety is a basic requirement since no one wants to put themselves or their expensive equipment at risk. With around $500, 000 invested so far, a promising system is just emerging from the laboratory.The idea began some 20 years ago, when high-powered lasers were revealing their ability to extract electrons out of atoms and create ions. If a laser could generate a line of ionisation in the air all the way up to a storm cloud, this conducting path could be used to guide lightning to Earth, before the electric field becomes strong enough to break down the air in an uncontrollable surge. To stop the laser itself being struck, it would not be pointed straight at the clouds. Instead it would be directed at a mirror, and from there into the sky. The mirror would be protected by placing lightning conductors close by. Ideally, the cloud-zapper (gun)would be cheap enough to be installed around all key power installations, and portable enough to be taken to international sporting events to beam up at brewing storm clouds.A stumbling blockHowever, there is still a big stumbling block. The laser is no nifty portable: it's a monster that takes up a whole room. Diels is trying to cut down the size and says that a laser around the size of a small table is in the offing. He plans to test this more manageable system on live thunderclouds next summer.Bernstein says that Diels's system is attracting lots of interest from the power companies. But they have not yet come up with the $5 million that EPRI says will be needed to develop a commercial system, by making the lasers yet smaller and cheaper. 'I cannot say I have money yet, but I'm working on it, ' says Bernstein. He reckons that the forthcoming field tests will be the turning point - and he's hoping for good news. Bernstein predicts 'an avalanche of interest and support' if all goes well. He expects to see cloud-zappers eventually costing 100, 000 each.Other scientists could also benefit. With a lightning 'switch' at their fingertips, materials scientists could find out what happens when mighty currents meet matter. Diels also hopes to see the birth of 'interactive meteorology' - not just forecasting the weather but controlling it. 'If we could discharge clouds, we might affect the weather, ' he says.And perhaps, says Diels, we'll be able to confront some other meteorological menaces. 'We think we could prevent hail by inducing lightning, ' he says. Lighting闪电Lightning is a brilliant flash of light produced by an electrical discharge from a storm cloud. The electrical discharge takes place when the attractive tension between a region of negatively charged particles and a region of positively charged particles becomes so great that the charged particles suddenly rush together. The separation of charged particles that forms in a storm cloud has a sandwich-like structure. Concentrations of positively charged particles develop at the top and bottom of the cloud, but the middle region becomes negatively charged. Recent measurements made in the field together with laboratory simulations offer a promising explanation of how this structure of charged particles forms. What happens is that small (millimeter-to centimeter-size) pellets of ice form in the cold upper regions of the cloud. When these ice pellets fall, some of them strike much smaller ice crystals in the center of the cloud. The temperature at the center of the cloud is about -15℃or lower. At such temperatures, the collision between the ice pellets and the ice crystals causes electrical charges to shift so that the ice pellets acquire a negative charge and the ice crystals become positively charged. Then updraft wind currents carry the light, positively charged ice crystals up to the top of the cloud. The heaviernegatively charged ice pellets are left to concentrate in the center. This process explains why the top of the cloud becomes positively charged, while the center becomes negatively charged. The negatively charged region is large: several hundred meters thick and several kilometers in diameter. Below this large, cold, negatively charged region, the cloud is warmer than -15℃, and at these temperatures, collisions between ice crystals and falling ice pellets produce positively charged ice pellets that then populate a small region at the base of the cloud.形成雷雨云的带电粒子的分离具有一种三明治结构。

At normal temperature and pressure, the gases are excellent insulators. The current conduction is of the order of 10–10 A/cm2. This current conduction results from the ionisation of air by the cosmic radiation and the radioactive substances present in the atmosphere and the earth. At higher fields, charged particles may gain sufficient energy between collision to cause ionisation on impact with neutral molecules. It is known that during an elastic collision, an electron loses little energy and rapidly builds up its kinetic energy which is supplied by an external electric field. On the other hand, during elastic collision, a large part of the kinetic energy is transformed into potential energy by ionising the molecule struck by the electron. Ionisation by electron impact under strong electric field is the most important process leading to breakdown of gases. This ionisation by radiation or photons involves the interaction of radiation with matter. Photoionisation occurs when the amount of radiation energy absorbed by an atom or molecule exceeds its ionisation energy and is represented as A + hν → A+ + e where A represents a neutral atom or

systems driven by finite external fields has attracted much attention as a typical class of non-equilibrium phenomenon.One problem is the “dissipation”arising in electron systems driven out of their ground states by strong electric fields as studied by many authors [1,2,3,4,5,6,7].In these references the electric field is expressed (via Fara-day’s electro-magnetic induction)as a time-dependent Aharonov-Bohm(AB)flux,and this induces,for strong fields,interlevel Landau-Zener transitions.There,an issue is whether the bunch of energy levels around the one having the main amplitude can play a role akin to dissipation[6].The purpose of the present study is to propose a mapping of the system onto a quantum algo-rism model for studying the problem.We start by noting that the driven quantum system and the quantum algo-rism model have in fact similarities:The former deals with quantum transitions among macroscopic number of energy levels while the latter describes the dynamics of many qubits governed by quantum logic gates,for which powerful analytical techniques are being developed.In the one-dimensional tight-bindingmodel,the Hamiltonian isH (φ(t ))=−t i,σ e −i2π2 the Landau-Zener dynamics is straightforward:A qubiton site n≥0labeled by L,R corresponds to the states atthe n-th anticrossing point,which moves down(L;with aleft-going current)or up(R;right-going)in energy afterthe tunneling event(Fig.1).One important point we notehere is that the mapped quantum walk has a reflectingboundary,since we cannot walk below the ground state inenergy.In previous quantum-walk studies[12,13,14]anabsorbing boundary was considered,for which the gen-erating functions were obtained[14].Here wefirst ob-tain the generating function for the quantum walk witha reflecting boundary.We have found the existence,andan analytic form for,the amplitude localized around theboundary(the ground state in the original problem).Thesolution exhibits an asymmetry between the L and Rstates,which represents afinite total momentum.Whenthe electricfield exceeds a critical value,a delocalizationtransition(on energy axis)is observed,which we identifyhere to describe the dielectric breakdown in the originalelectron model.Mapping—Let the wave function for the n-th en-ergy level at timeτ(measured in units of∆t/2=h/2F L)beΨ(n,τ)=t(ψL(n,τ),ψR(n,τ)),whereψL(n,τ)(ψR(n,τ))has a left-(right-)momentum.Eachenergy level is subject to a Landau-Zener tunneling(withcertain probability and phase)to neighboring levels in atime period∆t/2.While transitions among more thanthree levels exist in principle,here we restrict ourselvesto transitions among neighboring levels,for which thequantum tunneling can be described by a set of2×2unitary matrices[1,2,3,4].The diagonal elements rep-resent Landau-Zener tunneling,while the off-diagonalones the backward scattering process.Here we sim-plify the problem by assuming that the matrices are thesame U= a b c d except for the one at the bound-ary,˜U≡ ˜a˜b˜c˜d .As we shall see,an interesting struc-ture arises in the overall shape of the distribution in thebounded quantum walk even within this simplification.[8]The wave function evolves deterministically following arecursion formula,Ψ(n,τ+1)=PΨ(n+1,τ)+QΨ(n−1,τ)(1)for excited(n≥2)states,while we putΨ(1,τ+1)=PΨ(2,τ)+˜QΨ(0,τ),Ψ(0,τ+1)=PΨ(1,τ)(2)between the ground and thefirst excited levels.Herewe have decomposed U into P≡(ab00),Q≡(00cd)and˜Q≡(00˜c˜d ).Equations(1),(2)define the mapping to a ˜γ0 ,(6)where the diagonal elements of ˜Uare set to zero to rep-resent a complete reflection.The phases β,γ,˜γconsist of the dynamical phase and the geometric phase (nonadia-batic counterpart to Berry’s phase).In physical systems (such as the Hubbard model)these phases at the level anti-crossings are generally nonzero (and depend on the driving force F ).Expanding the generating function (3)into a power series in z yields the time evolution of the wave func-tion (Fig.2).We can see that Ψ(distribution on energy axis)breaks up,after a transient period,into two parts,Ψ(n,τ)∼Ψedge (n,τ)+Ψbulk (n,τ),where Ψedge is a com-ponent localized around the boundary (i.e.,the ground state)while Ψbulk is a component traveling into the bulk (excited states)with a nearly constant velocity.Interest-ingly,the edge state only appears when the phase differ-ence,θ≡γ−˜γ,between the bulk and boundary transfer matrices isnonzero (as is the case with physical systems as men-tioned).What is the nature of the edge state?The two generat-ing functions ΨL,R (0→n )(z )(eqs.(3))have a common,first-order pole in z 2at z 2pole=1−e −iθ√1−e iθ√F /F )involves F .We note that ǫcan beexpressed as ǫ=−i lim t →∞11−p ),(7)with |φL (0)|2=(1−r )2.Thus Φ(n )is an edge state ex-ponentially localized (on energy axis)around the bound-ary n =0,whose weight is |Φedge |2= n (|φL (n edge ,valid for F <F c (θ)(Fig.3).In the weak-field regime,the J edge is suppressed until the Landau-Zener tunneling is activated for F >F /F )starts to rise.When F is furtherincreased to reach F =F c (θ),the electric-field induced breakdown occurs,which corresponds,in the present pic-ture,to the edge-to-propagating transition in the quan-tum walk.At the breakdown point the energy expecta-tion value diverges as E edge ∼|F −F c (θ)|−2.The J edge ,however,does not diverge but shows a smooth increase.Discussions —The idea of mapping the non-equilibrium problem to a quantum walk may apply to wider range of systems having many energy gaps.Here we have concentrated on the “edge state”when there is randomness (i.e.,θ=0)only at the edge.Randomness in the transfer matrices in the excited state,ignored here,is expected to enhance the localization to bring |Φedge |2closer to unity.Blatter et.al [4]have in fact obtained the expectation value of the momentum in such a situation,where the result resembles J edge obtained here.However,Blatter et.al did not obtain,in the range of electric field F they have studied,a delocalization transition.In fact,Cohen et.al ,in a random matrix model,found a disap-pearance of localized states in strong external fields[6].If such transitions also occur in electron systems,the quantum-walk picture may be used in understanding the transition.Indeed,some of the quantum-walk models now under study exhibit localization (e.g.,[20]),and the present mapping may shed lights on the non-equilibrium properties of driven quantum
