面试,注重前期准备,更注重临场发挥。

二、用真诚加分
真诚,是最大的加分点。

不善说辞的求职者在面试的过程中,一定要以真诚的原则,回答每一个问题,才能让主考官发掘你脚踏实地、不吹嘘的特质。

面试时要目光对视,不要低头、搓衣角。

看对方的眉心或者眼睛之间鼻梁处,这样对方会觉得他在看你。
