A1 入门知识一、习惯用语或缩略语KPMG的工作中充斥着许多习惯用语,英汉混杂,大多是些缩略语,不了解的人对此可能是一头雾水,但实际上这些词言简意赅,用习惯后非常方便。
现总结了一些A1会碰到的词语,希望对大家有帮助。
在解释这些词语的同时,也帮大家了解一些audit的工作(英汉混杂这就开始了,呵呵)(有下划线的代表我所指的常用语,有一些没有作进一步解释)。
(一)与File相关:我们所做的工作的结果都要整理成各种file。
File分为如下几种:1.W/P file: working paper file,工作底稿档案。
在工作中,“工作底稿”一般专指与当期审计相关的文件,可能与审计书上所指的不同。
在KPMG,W/P file放在蓝色夹子里。
2.P-file: permanent file, 永久性档案。
是指连续审计中,每次审计都会用到的资料。
主要由客户的基本信息资料组成,包括客户的营业执照、章程、董事会决议、税务登记证、验资报告、借款合同、采购销售合同等。
当然非连续审计中也会整理这些资料,也要放在这里。
P-file放在绿色夹子里。
整理P-file是A1的一项重要工作,大家可以在in-charge的指导下,按照P-file的index整理一个清单,交给客户的相关人员去准备,然后就是一遍又一遍地去催了。
3.Co-file: correspondence file。
这里放的是与客户对某些问题进行交流的一些资料,这种file 由经理整理和保存,放在黄色夹子里。
4.Accounts file:放的是各年的报告。
一般也是经理整理,放在红色的夹子里。
(二)比较重要的、具有总结性的文件1. Deliverables: 是指一些发给HO (head office) 或者老板看的东西,主要包括accounts、TB、memo等。
2. Accounts: 是指我们出的Audit Report。
Model Accounts:是指Intranet上PPD出的template,具体地址”Intranet”—>”PRC technical”—〉”Illustrative financial statements and reports”(在页面的左下方)。
