最近这十年来美国和欧洲许多国家的调查显示,抑郁障 碍的时点障碍率高达12%到17%,世界卫生组织根据在世界 范围内的调查推测,全球目前约有3.4亿抑郁障碍的患者。而 且这个数字还在不断地上升,所以为了掌握抑郁障碍在北京 地区的流行现状,首都医科大学附属北京安定医院与北京大 学第六医院,在2003年开展了北京地区抑郁障碍流行病学的 研究。调查发现,北京市15岁及以上人群中抑郁障碍的时点 33.31%(现有),终身患病率6.87%,由此推算,北京市 15岁及以上人群约30万人正在患有抑郁障碍,曾经患有和正 在患病的人数大约有60万人。
