B. 复习单词：复习集中识词所学本课的7个单词，先领读一两遍，然后遮住中文让学生根据英文说出中文，其中has等6个黑体词可遮住英文让学生根据中文说出英文。
(2) 导入新课：A. 复习和学习拼读规则：先通过分析has, back, well等单词的结构再次复习闭音节规则，同时出示than, stamp, tell, when, will, wish, top, boss, cut, such 等单词让学生试着拼读，但不必要他们知道词义。
复习开音节规则，可出示save, place, these, eve, wife, twice, hope, note, cube等单词，让学生试着拼读。
B. 通过游戏复习数词：教师先说“一”“二”“十五”等，让学生说数词1~20的英文，然后做游戏A game，先拍三，再拍四或拍五等。
如果班级学生的基础较好，可以教“三十”thirty,“四十”forty以及“二十一”twenty-one,“二十二”twenty-two等，这样可以将数词一直说到40或50，这个游戏就更有意思了。
C. 导入：本课的Mr. Brown's pigs是一个幽默故事，可以用来阅读，也可以用来表演。
可采用简笔画情景教学法导入，教师先出示6幅简笔画，在下面写上关键词，然后从头到尾放录音两遍，再逐句放音，让学生逐句跟读并译成中文，在进行最后一个图的时候，先学习一下词组not ... at all。

但不足的是：第三题听力根据所听内容造词填空，然后再进行图文匹配，通过巡视查看，大部分学生跟不上，其主要原因是教师应提醒学生把那些词标上序号。
在听的时候把序号先填到横线上，最后又了时间再把序号变成词。
