The lions were roaring loudly, and the tigers were pacing back and forth in their enclosure. The elephants were spraying themselves with water from their trunks – it was so cool to watch!We also visited the bird aviary, where we saw colorful parrots and peacocks. They were so beautiful and made the most amazing sounds. We even got to feed some of the birds seeds –they ate right out of our hands!Finally, it was time to head back to the bus and go back to school. I was a little sad that the trip was over, but I had so much fun and learned a lot about all the different animals at the zoo.I can't wait for our next school trip – I wonder where we'll go next! We practiced saying things like "What does she look like?" and "He is tall and has short hair." It's important to be able to describe people accurately, so this practice was really helpful.Another thing we did in this unit was talk about our favorite places. We learned how to say where our favorite places are and why we like them. I talked about the park near my house because I love playing there with my friends. It was interesting to hear about everyone's favorite places and why they enjoy them.Overall, I really enjoyed learning about describing people and places in this unit. It was fun to practice using the new words and phrases, and I feel like my English skills are getting better every day. I can't wait to learn more in the next unit!。
