疑问词包括疑问代词what, which, who和疑问副词how, when, where。常和此结构连用的动词及动词短语有:know, learn, see, hear, ask, tell, decide, explain, find out, forget, remember, understand 等。疑问词+动词不定式可用于以下情况:
一、用在句首做主语
1.___________________(如何面对这个问题) is most important to us.
2.___________________(该做什么)next hasn’t been decided.
二、用在系动词后做表语
1. My question is ___________________(何时动身去美国)。
三、用在动词、介词之后做宾语
1. Millie has decided ___________________(读什么).

3. Amy does not know ___________________(如何写) the report.
注意:wh y 后面是不能用不定式的。
四、用在双宾语中(advise, ask, show, teach, tell等)

五、疑问词先接名词,再接动词不定式(疑问词+名词+to do)

六、用于形容词后

七、“疑问词+动词不定式” 结构可以改写为从句,注意:从句使用陈述句语序
例:I don’t know what to do. = I do not know what I should do. 我不知道该做什么。

lie has decided what to do. = Millie has decided___________________.
Must和have to的用法
must 表主观的义务和必要,主要用于肯定句和疑问句,意为“______”。
have to 表一种客观的需要,意为“______”。have to 有人称和数的变化。
注意:must be 表肯定的猜测,如:Gulliver______be very surprised when he saw the giants.
在否定结构中don't have to表示“______”,mustn't表示“______”
