Upper die: the upper die is the upper half of the whole stamping die, which is the die part which is installed on the slide block of the press.
Upper die seat: the upper die seat is the upper part of the upper die plate, the workpiece close to the press slider, and through the die handle or directly with the press slider fixed.
Lower die: the lower die is the lower part of the whole die, which is the part of the die on the working surface of the press
Upper die: the upper die is the upper half of the whole stamping die, which is the die part which is installed on the slide block of the press.
Upper die seat: the upper die seat is the upper part of the upper die plate, the workpiece close to the press slider, and through the die handle or directly with the press slider fixed.
Lower die: the lower die is the lower part of the whole stamping die, which is the die part which is installed on the working table of the press.
Lower die seat: the lower die seat is a plate shaped part at the bottom of the lower die, and it is directly fixed on the worktable or backing plate of the press when it is working.
Edge: the edge of the cutting edge is the side wall of the cutting hole.

Air cushion: air cushion is the ejector with compressed air as its motive force.
The reverse side pressure block: the reverse side pressure block is the part that supports the one-way punch from the other side of the work face.
Guide sleeve: the guide sleeve is a tubular part which provides precise guidance for the relative movement of the upper and lower die seats. Most of the guide sleeves are fixed in the upper die seat and are matched with the guide posts fixed on the lower die seat.
Guide plate: the guide plate is a plate shaped part with a precision internal hole matching with the punch, which is used to ensure the mutual alignment between the punch and the die, and to perform the unloading (piece) function.
Guide pillar: the guide column is a cylindrical part that provides precise guidance for the relative movement of the
upper and lower die seats, most of which are fixed on the lower die seat and are matched with the guide sleeve fixed on the upper die seat.

Gear ring: gear ring is a ring shaped tooth protrusion on a fine blanking die or a toothed press plate. It is the local structure
of a die or a toothed plate, rather than a single part.
Limit sleeve: the limiting sleeve is a tubular part used to limit the minimum closing height of the die. It is usually outside the guide pillar.
Limit column: the limit column is the column part that limits the minimum closing height of the die.
Positioning pin (plate): positioning pin (plate) is to ensure that the workpiece has a constant position in the mold parts, and its shape is called the positioning pin or positioning plate.
Fixing plate: the fixed plate is the plate shaped part of the fixed punch.
Fixed stripper plate: fixed stripper plate is fixed on the stamping die position of the stripper plate.

Retaining pin (plate): stopper pin (plate) is the material along the feeding direction of the positioning parts, with its different shape and called the pin or baffle plate. Plate: plate is between the fixed plate (or die) and the mold seat between the quenching plate shape parts, used to reduce die under unit compressive stress.
Compound die: the compound die is a die which completes two or more processes on the same working station in one stroke of the press.
Retaining ring: the retaining ring is a porous tubular component that holds and restricts the position of the ball (ball) in the ball guide column frame.
Movable stopper pin (plate): movable stopper pin (plate) is the stopper (plate) that can move up and down or left and right in the mold.
Toothed plate: the toothed press plate is the special name of the middle pressure plate of the fine blanking die, which is named after the press ring.
Push rod: push rod is a downward movement to directly or indirectly push work (order) parts or waste rod parts.
Floating die handle: the floating die handle is up and down with the upper die seat at the same time, but the angle of the central shaft hole and the upper die seat plane can freely move the die handle in a certain range.
Pushing plate: pushing plate is a plate shaped part that moves in the die or module, and directly or indirectly pushes out the workpiece or waste by downward action.
Wedge: the wedge is the wedge component that changes the direction of the linear motion in the die, and the majority of the wedge changes the vertical motion into horizontal motion.
Bomb: ejector ejector is installed on the machine or the stamping die seat auxiliary device driven by pneumatic, hydraulic, spring, rubber and so on, the roof of the lower die. The push rod to provide pressure and promote its upward movement.
Spring: Spring stripper stripper is composed of spring, rubber, hydraulic and pneumatic unloading activities.
Cemented carbide die: cemented carbide die is a die which uses carbide as the material of the working part of the die.
Material leakage hole: the blanking hole is also directly connected with the blanking die, which is used to remove the hole of the waste or work piece.
Material leakage slope: the deviation of the material is the slope of each side of the die cavity below the edge of the blade. The material leakage angle is used to make the waste or work (order) pieces fall smoothly.
Ball guide die frame: ball guide pillar mould frame is a mould frame which guides each other to the ball (son), and is referred to as the ball bearing frame.
Die handle: the die handle is a cylindrical part projecting on
the top surface of the upper die seat. When it works, it enters into the slider hole of the press and is clamped and fixed.
Die frame: die frame is a combination of upper and lower die seat, guide pillar and guide sleeve, which can be equipped with die handle or without die handle. Most die sets are standard parts.
Die frame: the die frame is the matrix that holds the die block.
Roof: the roof is a plate shaped part moving in a die or a module, which can directly or indirectly push out the workpiece or waste by upward action.
