第四条验收和售后服务

第五条违约责任
Article 5: Breach of Contract Liability
5.1 任何一方违反本合同的约定，应承担相应的违约责任。

5.2 Any party that breaches the terms of this contract shall bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract.
第六条争议解决
Article 6: Dispute Resolution
6.1 对于因履行本合同而产生的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均有权向合同签订地人民法院提起诉讼。

6.2 For any disputes arising from the performance of this contract, the parties shall first resolve the disputes through friendly consultation; if the consultation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the People's Court of the place where the contract is signed.
第七条其他约定
Article 7: Other Agreements
7.1 本合同自双方签字（或盖章）之日起生效，有效期为____年，自合同生效之日起计算。
