摘要 采用大田试验袁以云烟 87 为试验材料袁研究了不同施氮水平对烤烟叶片生长期间的光合与荧光特性的影响袁探索出适合实际
actual production and provide theoretical basis for agricultural production.The results showed that with the continuous increase of nitrogen levels袁the net photosynthetic rate袁transpiration rate袁and stomata conductance of flue-cured tobacco leaves were gradually increasing袁reaching a maximum at a concentration of 60.0 kg/hm2袁and continuing to increase nitrogen level would inhibit the normal growth of flue-cured tobacco. In the normal growth of flue-cured tobacco袁the intercellular CO2 concentration decreased with the increase of nitrogen. Within a certain range袁with the increase of nitrogen level袁the minimum fluorescence intensity渊F0冤after dark adaptation袁the maximum fluorescence渊Fm冤of flue-cured tobacco leaves袁and the maximum photochemical quantum yield 渊 Fv / Fm冤 of PSII presented the trend of rising first and then decreasing 袁 and the non - photochemical quenching coefficient渊NPQ冤showed the trend of falling first and then rising袁both reaching the maximum and the minimum at the concentration of 60.0 kg/hm2. Based on the comprehensive analysis袁the nitrogen concentration of 60.0 kg/hm2 was the optimal nitrogen supply level for normal growth of flue-cured tobacco.
