we ve all been there: we go to the gym for a few days, and then we give in because it ' s too tiri ng. Even though you have great determ in atio n in the begi nning, you find it difficult to make daily exercise a habit. So, how can you do it?
1. Plan the time
Take your day and break it into hours on a piece of paper. It ' s suggested by
many experts that you exercise in the morning. Not only do you burn more calories at that time, but it will make you en ergetic.
2. Choose your exercise

Researchers found that a “ name pronunciation effect ” played an important role
