摘要：PURPOSE:To simplify recovery of a machine by a method wherein a sound sensor is installed in each divided cell of a protected region and a visible monitor device is selected by locating a fault by a ground receiving identifier so that an external view of the fault is known. CONSTITUTION:A sound sensor 10 is installed at each connecting point of an insulator 4 which supports a main circuit conductor 5 onto a tower 1, and a microphone 21 and a camera 22 are installed in the vicinity of the sensor 10. If a shortcircuited point 50 occurs in the insulator 4 for example, short- circuit current i2 flows in the conductor 5. Flux generated by said current circulates in a magnetic circuit of the sensor 10 to make a sound with a percussion hammer percussing a sound generating body. Said sound 19 is collected in the microphone 21 and input into a receiving identifier 33. The identifier 33 drives a y-th selective driving mechanism 35 to have a z-th camera 22 operated to photograph to short-circuited point 50, since the sound is generated by the x-th microphone 21. Photographed images show a state of an accident on a CRT 37 via transmission devices 36A, 36B for transmitting and receiving. Since an engineer, observing said images, can go straight to the site, the accident can be recovered rapidly.
