1．标题 标题可分成两类：一是注明日志的来源，如 A Page from Tom's Journal；二是概括日志的内容，如 The Travel to the Chinatown。标题 有时可省略。 2．日期 日期通常写在正文的左上角。日期格式用“月日年(美式)”或 “日月年(英式)”都可以。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为 顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年之间用逗号隔开，星期要紧挨日期。星 期和日期之间不用标点，但要有空格，星期也可缩写。
