高速角接触球轴承腔内润滑脂流动特性数值分析

摘要: 针对润滑脂在高速角接触球轴承运行过程中的流动特征, 建立角接触球轴承腔内润滑脂流动分析模型, 采 用多重参考系方法模拟轴承腔内各组件的运动规律, 选用非牛顿流体模型模拟润滑脂的流变特性, 运用 CFD 软件 Flu⁃ ent 对轴承腔内润滑脂的分布和流动速度及影响因素进行数值分析。 结果表明: 轴承腔内润滑脂主要分布在外滚道滚 动体运动方向两侧, 且流动速度很低; 保持架内侧粘附较多的润滑脂, 且具有较高的速度; 内滚道和滚动体壁面粘附 的润滑脂最少, 但流动速度最高; 轴承转速的增加会使更多的润滑脂粘滞在外滚道滚动体两侧, 内滚道与保持架之间 的润滑脂减少, 但转速的增加使内滚道与保持架之间以及滚动体与内滚道接触区附近的润滑脂的流动速度提高; 润滑 脂黏稠度、 保持架宽度和填脂量的增加, 会使润滑脂在轴承腔内的分布相对均匀、 保持架与内滚道之间的润滑脂量增 加, 有利于轴承润滑。

Numerical Analysis of Flow Characteristics of Grease in High⁃speed Angular Contact Ball Bearing

Abstract:Aimed at the flow characteristics of lubricating grease in angular contact ball bearing,the accurate analysis model for the grease flow inside angular contact ball bearing was established,the motion of each component in the bearing cavity was simulated by using the multiple reference system,the non⁃newtonian fluid model was used to simulate the rheo⁃ logical properties of grease,the distribution and flow velocity of grease inside the bearing cavity were analyzed by using CFD software Fluent.The results show that,grease inside bearing chamber is mainly distributed over the both sides of the rolling elements along the outer raceway,and its flow speed is low;some grease adheres to the inner side of cage with high speed;the grease distributed on the inner raceway and rolling is the least,its flow speed is the highest;with the increase of bearing rotation speed,more grease is distributed over the both sides of the rolling elements along the outer raceway,grease between the inner raceway and cage is reduced,and the flow speed of the grease in bearing is increased;with the increase of grease viscosity,cage width and grease filling amount,the grease distribution inside the bearing chamber becomes rela⁃ tively uniform,the amount of grease between the cage and the inner raceway is increased,which is beneficial to bearing lubrication.
