For instructions: 1. Assessment methods
KPI is a comprehensive evaluation based on the self-assessment and the assessment from manager and GM. The assessee should fill in the KPI sheet to have a self-assessment and then hand in to immediate superiors, and finally statistics by HR. 2. Assessment Period Every half year Note: mainly depend on the release time of merit pay, i.e. the merit pay is released every half year. 3. Assessment Grade The assessment score is divided into three grades: A, B, C Over 90 is A (Excellent) 75-90 is B (Good) 60-75 is C (Qualified) Below 60 is D (unqualified) 4. Merit pay If assessment is A, the merit pay will be 100% If assessment is B, the merit pay will be 80% If assessment is C, the merit pay will be 60% If assessment is D, the merit pay will be 0% Note: if someone gets two D consecutively, the company does not rule out the measures of pay cut, position transfer or fire, etc.
