Which do you think is the best way to keep healthy?
With the development of the society, people no longer worry about where their next meal comes from as they did in the old days. They become more and more concerned about their health problem. Different people come up with different views: eating green food, doing outdoor exercises or going to hospital for medical treatment frequently. As far as I am concerned, the best way to keep healthy is to develop a good quality of psychology(心理).
According to some surveys, nowadays, most patients are not physically sick but mentally(精神上) ill. They feel the burden on their shoulders is much heavier than others, so they can’t step out of the shadow of depression and sadness. They need to release their spirit to the nature.
Besides, if you have developed a good quality of psychology, you’ll become more sociable and thus more willing to play your part in the society. Joining in some keep-fit clubs or attending some travel agency, which by themselves are various kinds of physical exercise, will benefit you a lot.
As a poem says, youth is not a period of time; it’s a state of mind. Eve rybody wants to keep young at heart because youth is a symbol for endless energy and passion for living.
Keep a good quality of mind, or keep a sense of humour, even if you are 80, and you’ll never be old.
29. According to the passage, in the old days, what people cared most might be _____.
A. food
B. exercising
C. clothing
D. health
30. The most probable reason for patients who are mentally ill might be ____.
A. burden
B. depression
C. sadness
D. spirit
31. The best way to develop a good quality of psychology might be ____.
A. taking social responsibility
B. exercising in a keep-fit club
C. going on journeys
D. taking physical exercise
32. The key point to keep young is to _____.
A. keep exercising
B. keep a young heart
C. keep humourous
D. keep a proper diet

Have you ever been writing an English word and thought: “I really need to look it up in the dictionary and check my spelling ”? If so, don't worry. You are in the
same boat as some English native speakers.
A recent survey carried out by UK TV channel Nick Jr. in the country found that more than half of British people frequently have issues spelling some commonly-used words correctly.
The results of the study emphasized the average person's reliance on spelling assistance like the computer's “autocorrect” function. As many as 40 percent of those polled said that they completely rely on “autocorrect” technology when spelling in day-to-day communication. And over a fifth would panic if they were forced to stop using spell-checking technology and rely on their own knowledge.
“A common mistake many make is writing a word the way it sounds which leaves us muddling up(混乱) one letter with another and getting it wrong. ” The Telegraph noted.
“Fortunately, computers’ spell-check corrects wrongly spelled words for us, but that means we become lazy and never learn the correct spelling. ”
But spelling mistakes still prove common and costly-48 percent of Britons admit they can't help but judge people's intelligence by their written words. “There’s no excuse not to learn how words are formed-it's drilled into us from such a young age and if the words are frequently used we should make an effort to get it right next time.” said The Telegraph.
33. What does the underlined part in Paragraph 1 probably mean?
A. English native speakers take the same boat to sea.
B. English native speakers use the same dictionary.
C. English native speakers have the same problems.
D. English native speakers share the same computers.
34. From the survey we know that Britons fully rely on “ autocorrect ”technology.
A. 20%
B. 48%
C. 40%
D. 50%
35. What can we learn from the last paragraph?
A. A good beginning is half done.
B. Written works reflect one's intelligence.
C. Being in an effort to make mistakes.
D. No mistakes, no progress.
