【摘要】Objective To investigate the LEEP,scarf,frozen three methods in
the treatment of cervical erosion effect.MethodsFrom February 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital,120 patients with cervical erosion treated patients were randomly divided into A,B,C three groups. 40 cases in each group; to compare the efficacy using three methods by
LEEP,microwave,freezing treatment,respectively.Results In A group the
total effective rate was significantly higher than the other two groups,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the other two groups,there was significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionThe experimental results show that the effect is better,philip knife treatment of cervical erosion,the effect and safety of al security,reduce the pain of patients,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.%目的：探讨利普刀、围脖、冷
冻三种方法治疗宫颈糜烂的效果。

方法选取2013年2月～2014年2月来我院进行治疗的宫颈糜烂患者120例，随机分为A、B、C三组，每组各40例；三组分
别采用利普刀、微波、冷冻的方法来治疗，比较其疗效。

结果 A组治疗总有效率
明显高于其它两组，并发症发生率明显低于其它两组，有显著性差异（P<0.05）。

结论实验结果表明，利普刀治疗宫颈糜烂效果更好，疗效性和安全性都有保障，减轻了患者的痛苦。
