试论妇产科失血性休克患者的临床抢救护理体会

【摘要】目的：分析妇产科失血性休克的临床抢救与护理措施。

方法选择2014年6月～2016年1月莱州市人民医院妇产科收治的失血性休克患者60例为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，各30例。

在抢救过程中，对照组给予常规护理措施，观察组给予综合性护理措施，并观察两组的抢救效果。

结果两组均抢救成功，无死亡，观察组住院时间为（22±1.3）天，明显短于对照组的（38±3.2）天，且观察组舒适度评分明显高于对照组；观察组护理满意度为96.7%，明显高于对照组的80%。

两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论综合性护理措施在妇产科失血性休克患者的抢救过程中，可提高患者在抢救及手术治疗过程中的依从性与舒适度，为产妇生命安全提供保障，能够有效提升患者的满意
度。

%ObjectiveTo analyse clinical rescue in the uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock of obstetrics and gynecology and nursing measures.MethodsIn June 2014 to January 2016 laizhou city people's hospital of gynecology and obstetrics in receiving treatment,uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock patients 60 cases as the research object,divided into two groups,observation and comparison in the rescue process,were given routine and comprehensive nursing measures,observation effect of two groups of rescue.ResultsTwo groups are rescued successfully,no death,observation group length of hospital stay (22±1.3),signiifcantly shorter than the control group (38±3.2)
of the day,comfort score observation group was obviously higher than control group,nursing satisfaction was 96.7%,the observation group is signiifcantly higher than in control of 80%
(P<0.05).ConclusionComprehensive nursing measures in the rescue of patients with uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock of obstetrics and gynecology in the process,in the process of rescue and the surgical treatment can improve the patients compliance with comfort,provide guarantee for maternal life safety,can effectively improve patient satisfaction.
