摘要：In a resilient bush (2) of the outer sleeveless type and wherein a resilient body (21) fixed to the outer circumference of an inner sleeve (20) is directly brought into contact with the inside face of the support hole of an article to be supported, an inserted sleeve (22) being embedded in the resilient body (21), resistance to withdrawal from the support hole can be increased and performance is improved by making the initial compression ratio of the resilient body (21) large. Flanges (22a, 22b) that bend in the diametrically outwards direction are formed at both ends of the inserted sleeve (22), and it is arranged for these flanges (22a, 22b) at both ends to extend outwards in the diametrically outwards direction from the projection plane in the axial direction of the support hole, in a condition in which the resilient bush is fitted into the support hole. Axial notches (22c) and split grooves (21e) are respectively formed on the inserted sleeve (22) and the resilient body (21) and the flange (22a) at one end is made capable of reduction in diameter, so that the resilient bush (2) can be inserted into the support hole from the side of this flange (22a).
