三叉神经受损
CN V may be injured by trauma(外伤), tumors(肿瘤), aneurysms(动脉瘤), or meningeal infections. Injury to CN V causes: 1、Paralysis of the muscles of mastication with deviation of the mandible toward the side of the lesion. 2、Loss of the ability to appreciate soft tactile, thermal, or painful sensations in the face. 3、Loss of the corneal reflex(blinking in response to the cornea being touched) and the sneezing reflex. Trigeminal neuralgia, the principal condition affecting the sensory root of CN V , is characterized by attacks of excruciating pain in the area of distribution of the maxillary and/or the mandibular divisions of CN V.

常见的继发性三叉神经痛病因有：1.小桥脑脑角 胆脂瘤（表皮样囊肿）、听神经瘤、脑膜瘤、血 管瘤和三叉神经鞘瘤等；2.半月神经节肿瘤：神 经节细胞瘤、神经鞘瘤、脊索瘤等；3.垂体腺瘤 向鞍旁生长伸入两层硬脑膜之间的腔（Meckel腔） 中，此时，除表现三叉神经痛症状外，尚出现垂 体功能紊乱体征；4.颅底部恶性肿瘤，如鼻咽癌 及各种转移癌等。
支配范围
• 眼神经 • 上颌神经 • 下颌神经 分布于面部皮肤、 眼及眶内、口腔、 鼻腔、鼻旁窦的黏 膜、牙齿、脑膜等， 传导痛、温、触等 浅感觉。

• 三叉神经内躯体感觉神经纤维的胞体位于 三叉神经节trigeminal ganglion内。三叉 神经节由假单极神经元胞体组成，其中枢 突集中成粗大的三叉神经感觉根。由脑桥 基底部与小脑中脚处入脑，传导头面部痛 温觉的纤维主要终止于三叉神经脊束核； 传导触觉的纤维主要终止于三叉神经脑桥 核；其周围突组成三叉神经三大分支。

• 特殊内脏运动纤维起于脑桥三叉神经运动 核，组成三叉神经运动根，由脑桥基底部 与小脑中脚交界处出脑，位于感觉根下内 侧，纤维并入下颌神经，经卵圆孔出颅， 随下颌神经分支分布于咀嚼肌Байду номын сангаас。运动根 内尚含有来自三叉神经中脑核的纤维，主 要传导咀嚼肌和眼外肌的本体感觉。

特殊内脏运动纤 维支配咀嚼肌。 一般躯体感觉纤 维分布于下颌各 牙、牙龈、舌前 2/3和口腔底粘膜 以及耳颞区和口 裂以下的面部皮 肤。
