Teaching procedures
Step 1 Preparation
Show some school thing to Ss, and they can say their English names one by one.
Step 2 Listening and Practice(2a,2b)
1.Ss read the objects first, then ask some students to teach the class.(2a)
2.Ss listen and check the things they hear. Then ask one to check the answers.(2a)
3.Listen again, complete the conversation with the words in the box in (2b).
4.listen and repeat .then practice the conversation in groups.(2b)
Step 3 Speaking Practice(2c)
1.A flash. Show a conversation to Ss. on screen :Is this your school? Yes, it is. /No, it isn`t. then .Ss read it. then make their own conversations using the things in classroom.
2 Showing Time .(5Minutes)
Ss show their conversations in the front of the class.
Step 4.Role –play the conversation. (2d)
The teacher can invite one student to make an example for the rest.
Ss work in groups to role -play the conversation.
