爆破音分析：
set behind 中，sat / sæt /的爆破音/t/ 的气流被 behind / bɪˈhaɪnd /爆破音/b/ 堵了回去，/t/只有口型但不发音。

first day 中，first/ fɜːrst / 的爆破音/t/ 的气流被 day /deɪ/的爆破音/b/ 堵了回去，/t/只有口型但不发音。

文章中：
I sat behind you every day in class! （注意：这里的behind you之间也有“辅音+半元音”的连读）
I have since the first day we met!
