【摘要】目的：探究连续肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）对重症肺炎合并肾功能不全患者的临床效果。

方法选取2012年4月～2014年4月于我院进行治疗的86例重症
肺炎合并肾功能不全患者，随机等分成对照组和观察组各43例。

对照组采用消炎、强心、利尿、维持水电解质酸碱平衡以及血管活性药物等内科综合治疗，观察组则在内科综合治疗的基础上进行CRRT。

疗程为2周，比较两组患者的治疗效果。

结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组，病死率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P
<0.05）。

两组患者治疗前BUN、Scr水平无明显差异。

治疗后观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。

结论治疗重症肺炎合并肾功能不全时，在内科综合治疗的基础上应用CRRT，可以明显提高治疗效果，降低病死率。

%Objective To analysis the effect of CRRT in severe pneumonia patients complicated with renal failure.MethodsA total of 86 patients suffered from severe pneumonia complicated with renal failure from Apr.2012 to Apr.2014 were selected in our hospital.They were divided into the observation group(43 cases) only with medical treatment and the control group(43 cases) with CRRT and medical treatment.To compare the curative effect of two groups after two weeks.ResultsThe effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the mortality rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was
statisticaly significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of Scr and BUN in the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion When theraping the patients suffered from severe pneumonia complicated with renal failure,in the basis of medical treatment,using CRRT can improve the curative effect obviously.
