总结:“am/ is/ are+V-ing”是此刻进行时的结构。

但表示短暂性动作的动词,通常情形下,用此刻进行时表示以后。

英语中表示临时性动作,经常使用进行时表示以后,例如come,go,arrive,leave,start,fly,die等。

3、认真阅读3中的句子,注意动词和时刻,选择适当的答案完成句子。

4、句型操练。

仿照4中的例子,两人一组编对话,完成4 。

五、听2部份录音,选择正确答案,完成2 。

这是由连词whenever引导的妥协状语从句,在如此的句型中Whenever = no matter when 不管何时,相似的用法还有:

Some cats like to catch small birds, like canaries. If someone

Couples should respect and love each other. But at times a number of couples can’t agree with each other. If a couple often quarrel(吵闹)with each other, we say they have a cat-and-dog life.

When you don’t have a good chance, you shouldn’t take action. We can say you’re waiting for the cat to jump.

Miss Wang is a young teacher of English in a middle school in Chongqing. She loves teaching very much.
