我市育龄妇女生殖健康及服务状况与变化情况分析

【摘要】目的：对我市育龄妇女的生殖健康及服务状况与变化情况进行调查分析。

方法选取笔者所在市县地区符合标准的育龄妇女925例，采用入户调查的方式发
放女性生殖健康知识及其服务状况的调查问卷，并与1997年我市人口及生殖健康状况的调查结果进行比较，分析我市育龄妇女的生育率、出生性别比例、孕产期保健服务状况、人工流产情况、避孕知识及避孕模式等方面的变化情况。

结果与1997年生殖健康状况的调查结果相比，我市育龄妇女的生育率逐渐趋于稳定，但存在明显下降的趋势，两次调查结果相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；本次调查市县内的出生性别的比例出现明显偏高，不同地区、城镇与乡村、民族等育龄妇女中存在明显差异，且具有逐渐上升的趋势（P＜0.05）；育龄妇女在孕产期的保健服务状况得到明显改善，人工流产率出现下降、避孕率明显上升，育龄妇女对避孕方法的自主选择出现明显增高（P＜0.05）。

结论我市育龄妇女的生殖健康及服务状况出现显著变化，维持稳定低生育水平是计划生育工作的重要任务，同时应该加强我市育龄妇女孕产期保健服务状况的的改善、加强人工流产的服务力度，提高育龄妇女对生殖健康知识的知晓程度。

%Objective To investigate reproductive health and service status and change of childbearing age women in our city.Methods925 cases of childbearing age women who met the criteria were selected. Questionnaire surveys of female reproductive health knowledge and service status were handed out by the household
survey, and compared wih the survey results on reproductive health in 1997, analyzing the changes of reproductive rate, sex ratio, health care service, artificial abortion, contraception knowledge and contraception in our city. Results Compared to the survey results on reproductive health in 1997, the fertility rate of childbearing age women in our city was gradually stabilized and with a clear downward trend. Compared to the results of the two survey, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The proportion of the birth sex ratio in the survey range was obviously high, and there was a gradual upward trend among regions, towns and rural areas, ethnic groups (P<0.05). The health care services of childbearing age women were significantly improved, the rate of artificial abortion and contraception were significantly increased, and the autonomy of women of childbearing age increased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion The reproductive health and service status of childbearing age women in our city has changed significantly, and maintaining a stable low fertility is an important task of family planning work. Meanwhile, we should strengthen the improvement of the health care service and the service of artificial abortion for childbearing age women in our city, to improve the awareness of reproductive health knowledge.
