微波热疗治疗慢性盆腔炎120例疗效观察

【摘要】目的研究分析微波热疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的治疗方法和治疗效果。

方法回顾性2010年1月至2012年6月期间，我院收治的192例慢性盆腔炎患者，按照采用治疗方法的不同，将所有患者分为两组，对照组72例，采用常规药物治疗，观察组120例，在常规治疗的基础上采用微波热疗法治疗。

比较两组患者的治疗效果。

结果经1~2个疗程的治疗，观察组120例患者中80例治愈，36例显效及好转，4例无效，总有效率为96.7%；对照组72例患者中，治愈32例，显效及好转26例，无效14例，总有效率为80.6%。

两组比较，观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论微波热疗法是治疗慢性盆腔炎的良好治疗方法，与药物治疗配合使用效果更加，值得临床广泛推广。

%Objective To study the clinical effect of treating chronic pelvic inflammation by microwave hyperthermia. Methods Choosed 192 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation from Jan. 2010 to Jun. 2012 to divide into study group with 120 cases and controlled group with 72 cases. Controlled group were treated with common medical treatment and study group were treated with microwave hyperthermia added. Compared the clinical effect of these two groups. Results There were 80 cases cured, 36 cases improved, and 4 cases invalid in study group, the total effect rate was 96.7%. And there were 32 cases cured, 26 cases
improved and 14 cases invalid in controlled group, the total effect rate was 80.6%. The total effective rate in study group was higher than controlled group (P<0.05). Conclusion Treating chronic pelvic inflammation by microwave hyperthermia could receive better effect than treating medical only to extend in clinic.
