I. Use：

The series of 2XZ Direct Drive Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump have the advantages of simple structure, convenient use and maintenance, high degree of vacuum and directly starting-up under the air pressure. It can mainly be used to elicit clean air and those gases which are chemoreceptive to the mediums like oil. We’d better not apply it to elicit those explosive gases, with exorbitant oxygen, or being erosive to metals. Neither could it be used when there are grains of dust in the gas, otherwise the pump’s life will be largely reduced.

The series of 2XZ Direct Drive Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump are widely used in the vacuum operation lieu such as vacuum velum plating, electron, refrigerator, air-condition, Thermos bottle, medicine, grocery packaging, printing, chemistry industry and laboratory.

III. Working Principles：

The rotor of rotary flake vacuum pump is installed eccentrically in the pump, tangent with the inside wall of the pump. There are two rotary flakes in the rotor, which can glide to-and-fro along the diameter and always touch the inside wall of the pump while the rotor is revolving. In that case, they are able to divide the cavity of

the pump to be several changeable parts. With the circumvolving of the rotor, the pump can gradually enlarge the cubage of the entrance for gas periodically, and meanwhile compress that of the vent to discharge gas. Under these circumstances, we can achieve the purpose of eliciting gas and acquiring vacuum.

IV. Instruction of Structure：

This set consists of the components like vacuum pump, oil box, gas valve, shaft coupling, motor and base. The oil box is placed on the outer of the pump, which has the oil up to the oil midline. The gas valve is installed on the top of the oil box or in the side of base.

The vacuum pump consists of the accessories such as pump body, front and back cover, rotor and rotary flake. The rotor axis is supported by the rolling axletree, the top of which is sealed with framework oil. All the combining parts are sealed with even sealant so as to avoid the infiltration of air.
