天宫一号完美升空！标志中国已经拥有建设初步空间站的能力。中国即将成为继美、俄之后第三个掌握空间交会对接技术的国家。

Tiangong-1 has a perfect launch! It’s marked that China has the ability of initial constructing the space station. China will soon becom e the third country which m aster the space rendezvous and docking technique after the United States and Russia.

按照载人航天工程分三步走的发展战略，第一步，实现载人飞船把航天员安全地送上太空又安全地返回地面，第二步要解决出舱活动和交会对接技术，第三步是建造大型长期有人照料的空间站。从神舟一号到神舟六号，第一步已经实现。第二步中，神舟七号已经实现了出舱，而此次成功发射天宫一号，以及一个月之后将要发射的神舟八号，就将完成交会对接。中国的载人航天工程的重点，将由载人飞船系统，逐步转向空间站系统。这将是一次关键性的重大跨越。因此，天宫一号的升空，是中国载人航天事业发展史上的又一重要里程碑。

According to the three-step manned space developm ent strategy. Firstly, that achieve a m anned spacecraft sending astronauts into space and return to the ground safely, the second step is to solve the extravehicular activities and rendezvous docking technology, the third step is to construct the large long-term manned space station. From Shenzhou One to Shenzhou VI, the first step has been achieved. The second step, the Shenzhou VII has been achieved spacewalking.The successful launch of Tiangong-1, and the launch of the Shenzhou VIII after one m onth will com plete the rendezvous and docking.The heart of China's m anned space project will turn to the space station system s from m anned spacecraft system. This will be a key leap. Therefore, the launch of the Tiangong-1, China's m anned space industry is another im portant milestone in history.

空间站被认为是当今人类载人航天技术的最高形态，利用太空的特殊环境开展生命科学、材料科学等领域的实验，探索新知，造福人类，这也是航天事业本身的根本意义。
