雅思A类大作文真题范文:建筑设计 2018-03-10: Hongkong; Mongolia; Indonesia
When designing building the intended use of the building should be taken into account as important rather than the outward appearance. To what extent do you agree or disagree?范文1:During the construction of new building, various aspect should be considered, but their use and outward appearance are most important aspects. In my opinion, when designing a new building both aspects should be taken into account because during the construction of hotels, outward appearance should be beautiful as it has a major impact on tourists and guests. When constructing building architects take care of every aspect such as durability, strength, and designing of the new building. no doubt building should be robust, it must withstand harsh conditions such as during an earthquake or other drastic conditions. Only beauty cannot compensate these points. With the scarcity of land, buildings could be designed in such a way that it will accommodate more people in small space. in big cities architects made flats either 1BHK, 2BHK or 3BHK, it help in accommodation of more people under one roof and in the same building they also provide extra-curriculum activities such as Gym, Swimming, and parking. they made building or space more useful and also their beautiful architecture attract people to live in flats. While constructing commercial buildings or hospitals, their durability and beauty both are considered. Buildings should be properly ventilated so that minimum air conditioning is required in summers. As in big cities, 45-48 C temperature is reached in summers, due to improper ventilation people install air conditioners which again rise the outward temperature and also expel harmful gases. In conclusion, a building should fulfill all criteria its appearance attracts people and its durability or strength astonished people.范文2:Some individuals opine that the most vital aspect when designing a building is its function rather than its outer aesthetics. I somewhat agree with this viewpoint as although a good-looking building enhances the beauty of its surroundings, without meeting its basic function, it would be a waste. On the one hand, a building that has an appealing appearance may be a source of beautification of its locality that may be able to encourage people to visit it as it may serve as an incentive for tourism, leisure or work. For example, the bath houses of Brighton are well-known for their bright and colorful designs and promote tourism in the state of Victoria. Similarly, attractive university campuses and office spaces are deemed to be popular study and work destinations among young adults. However, the function of a building is of pivotal importance when considering its design. A building needs to accommodate the needs of its owners, residents and patrons. Specifically, one basic necessity of any building is safety, that is, it needs to be sturdy and durable. However, nowadays, there are many fashionable styles of buildings that compromise their stability and safety. For example, in India, an architectural firm gained popularity for its one-of-a-kind designs and, a few years later the designs were claimed as unsafe when many of the buildings collapsed during a minor earthquake. As a result, several resources were wasted and many lives were endangered in light of the importance given to outward appearance of the buildings over their basic functionality. In conclusion, I agree to some extent that the purpose of a building is of utmost importance instead of the external aspects when designing it, as without serving the primary functions, a building would be a waste of essential resources and even risky.。

雅思18 test2 writing 1 范文
雅思18 test2 writing 1 范文In recent years, the issue of air pollution has become a matter of great concern worldwide. This essay aims to discuss the causes and effects of air pollution and propose some effective solutions to tackle this pressing problem.Air pollution is primarily caused by human activities and industrialization. Firstly, the rapid urbanization and population growth have led to an increase in energy consumption, resulting in higher levels of air pollution. For instance, the burning of fossil fuels such as coal and oil for electricity and transportation releases harmful pollutants into the atmosphere. Moreover, industrial processes and manufacturing activities also contribute to the emission of toxic gases and particles. Secondly, deforestation and land degradation contribute to air pollution as well. The clearing of forests releases carbon dioxide and reduces the capacity of the natural environment to filter pollutants from the air. Lastly, the use of chemicals in agriculture and the improper disposal of waste also contribute to air pollution. The effects of air pollution are manifold and can impact both human health and the environment. On one hand, air pollution has a detrimental effect on human health. Toxic gases such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide released from industrial activities can cause respiratory problems, allergies, and even chronic diseases like lung cancer. Fine particulate matter, known as PM2.5, can penetrate deep into the lungs and even enter the bloodstream, leading to cardiovascular diseases and premature death. On the other hand, air pollution also damages the environment. It contributes to climate change by trapping heat in the atmosphere, leading to global warming. Moreover, it can harm ecosystems, reduce biodiversity, and negatively impact agricultural productivity. To address the issue of air pollution, several measures can be undertaken at both personal and governmental levels. Firstly, individuals can play their part by reducing their carbon footprint. This includes using public transportation or cycling instead of driving cars, conserving energy at home, and adopting sustainable practices such as recycling. Secondly, governments should implement stricter regulations and policies tocontrol industrial emissions. This can be done by enforcing emission standards, promoting the use of clean energy sources, and providing incentives for industries to adopt greener technologies. Additionally, investing in renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power can reduce reliance on fossil fuels and significantly reduce air pollution. Furthermore, public awareness campaigns should be conducted to educate the public about the harmful effects of air pollution and motivate behavioral changes. In conclusion, air pollution is a severe global problem caused by human activities and industrialization. It has detrimental effects on human health and the environment. By taking collective actions such as reducing emissions, implementing stricter regulations, and investing in sustainable solutions, we can mitigate air pollution and create a healthier and cleaner environment for future generations.。

Which do you think is good practice. One of the topics in daily life is whether or not the older people should live with their adult children. My answer is the question is that it is better for them not to.Firstly, people of different ages have different ways of life. The old people like a quiet, peaceful and regular life whereas the young prefer noises, activities and unrestrained enjoyment. If they live together, old may feel that they are always disturbed and the young may feel that they are often handicapped.Secondly, people of different generations have different views and values. What is quite normal to the parents may seem to be old-fashioned or wrong to the children. When they live together, they may disagree on matters ranging from minor domestic matters to national and international issues. Consequently, family life may be unpleasant or even unbearable to both the old and the young.Last but not the least, adult children, like their parents, love independence and freedom, but their parents still take them as children and unintentionally interfere in their affairs. The situation will be worse if the adult children are already married. In this case, the children have。

2018年英语a级作文
2018年英语a级作文英文回答:In the realm of creativity, the debate between innate talent and acquired expertise has sparked countless discussions among artists, educators, and psychologists alike. While some contend that artistic aptitude is an inherent gift bestowed upon select individuals, others argue that it is a skill that can be honed and cultivated through deliberate practice and learning.Proponents of the innate talent theory posit that artists are born with a predisposition for creating and expressing themselves through artistic mediums. They assert that talent manifests itself early in life, with young prodigies exhibiting exceptional abilities in painting, music, or writing. These individuals are believed to possess an intuitive understanding of artistic principles and a natural ability to translate their emotions and experiences into creative works. On the other hand, proponents of the acquired expertise theory maintain that artistic ability is not innate but rather a result of sustained and dedicated practice. They argue that anyone with the necessary motivation and commitment can develop artistic skills through training, experimentation, and feedback. According to this perspective, talent is not a fixed trait but a malleable quality that can be shaped through deliberate effort and a growth mindset. While both innate talent and acquired expertise may play a role in artistic development, the relative significance of each remains a subject of ongoing debate. Some research suggests that genetics may contribute to certain artistic abilities, such as pitch recognition or spatial visualization. However, other studies have shown that even those with a genetic predisposition for art may not achieve their full potential without mentorship, training, and opportunities for creative expression.Ultimately, the question of whether artistic ability isinnate or acquired is likely a complex one that cannot be fully answered by either theory alone. It is probable thata combination of both factors contributes to the emergence and development of artistic talent. While some individuals may have a natural aptitude for art, others can cultivate their abilities through hard work, dedication, and a supportive environment.中文回答:在创造力的领域中,先天才能与后天学习之间的争论引起了艺术家、教育者和心理学家之间的无数讨论。

雅思A类大作文真题范文:旅游给当地居、环境带来的影响
2018-04-21: Task 2 (Malaysia)Organised tours are going to remote places and communities more and more.Do you think this a positive or negative development for the local people and the environment? In recent decades, travelling to rural regions have been organized at an increasing rate, causing some public controversy. Although this may bring several downsides for the locals, the returns are entirely justifiable on environmental grounds. On the one hand, the increase of remote tourism which has been a contributing factor in the sustainable development of environmental issues should not be underestimated. In fact, there are plenty of negative activities which have dramatically degraded ecosystems and habitats, suggesting an significant causal relationship between negative activities and preserved biodiversity. For example, in order to enormously expand into the highway that is within the nation’s infrastructural investment, most regions may sacrifice trees such as logging forests, which directly correlates with the soil erosion and the intensification of global warming. Secondly, although visitors and government have derived benefits from the tour industrialization, there is growing evidence that environmental issues are being threatened by air and water pollution, especially introducing toxic discharge from tertiary industry and dumping waste from unconscious activities of visitors. On the other hand, I support the view of those who believe that the advantages of exploring distant areas outweighs the disadvantages. Firstly, residents’ lives are much more convenient thank to reap benefits of these faraway tourism, which means that people can easily achieve a success in doing daily routine. A clear illustration of this is that commuting between their home and workplace relies on the modernised infrastructure and facilities, regarding subways and aircraft. In addition, such citizens are able to become great manpowers whether an entry-level job or a white-collar job because of the need of the improvement of services and logistics belong to travelling. This reduces an enormous amount of the unemployed locals and has resulted in driving the country’s economy. In conclusion, despite the drawbacks of arriving at unknown destination being produced in unsustainable ways, I believe the benefits overwhelm the disadvantages and that government should heavily invest its resources and finance in the improvement of far-off lands.。

雅思剑18test 1大作文
雅思剑18test 1大作文## The Ever-Evolving Landscape of Work: Remote, Office, or Hybrid? The nature of work has undergone a seismic shift in recent years, propelled by technological advancements and unforeseen global events. The traditional office environment, once the undisputed hub of professional activity, is now facing a formidable challenge from remote work arrangements. This has sparked a heated debate, with passionate arguments on both sides, leaving many to ponder the optimal approachfor the future: a complete embrace of remote work, a steadfast adherence to the office structure, or a hybrid model that attempts to bridge the two? One of the most compelling arguments in favor of remote work is the unparalleled flexibilityit affords employees. Freed from the constraints of a daily commute and rigid schedules, individuals can tailor their work hours to suit their personal livesand preferences. This can be especially beneficial for working parents, caregivers, and those seeking a better work-life balance. The ability to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection also opens doors for digital nomads and those living in remote locations, granting them access to a wider range of employment opportunities previously out of reach. Furthermore, remote work eliminates geographical barriers, allowing companies to tap into a global talent pool and assemble diverse teams with unique perspectives and skillsets. However, the transition to remote work is not without its challenges. The lack of face-to-face interaction can lead to feelings of isolation and hinder team cohesion. Building strong working relationships and fostering a sense of belonging can be moredifficult when communication primarily occurs through digital channels. Additionally, the lines between work and personal life can become blurred, potentially leading to burnout as employees struggle to disconnect and maintain healthy boundaries. Furthermore, not all job roles are suitable for remote work, particularly those requiring specialized equipment or hands-on collaboration. On the other hand, proponents of the traditional office environment emphasize the value of in-person interactions for fostering collaboration, creativity, and a strong company culture. The spontaneous exchanges, brainstorming sessions, and informal conversations that occur naturally in an office setting can lead to innovative ideas and solutions that may not arise in a remote environment.Additionally, the physical presence of colleagues and supervisors can provide a sense of accountability and structure, which can be beneficial for maintaining focus and productivity. Moreover, for some individuals, the office environment provides a clear separation between work and personal life, allowing them to fully disconnect and recharge after work hours. Yet, the traditional office model also presents limitations. The daily commute can be time-consuming and stressful, contributing to fatigue and impacting employee well-being. Additionally, the rigid structure of office hours can be inflexible and may not accommodate individual needs and preferences. Moreover, the costs associated with maintaining office spaces, particularly in prime locations, can be substantial for businesses. In light of the advantages and disadvantages of both remote and office-based work, a hybrid model has emerged as a potential solution. This approach aims to combine the best of both worlds by allowing employees to split their time between working remotely and in the office. This flexibility can cater to individual preferences while still providing opportunities for in-person collaboration and maintaining a sense of community. Companies can leverage technology to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between remote and office-based team members, ensuring everyone feels connected and engaged. Ultimately, the optimal approach to work – remote, office, or hybrid – depends on a multitude of factors, including the nature of the work, individual preferences, company culture, and technological capabilities. There is no one-size-fits-all solution, and the key is to find the right balance that promotes employee well-being, productivity, and overall organizational success. As the world of work continues to evolve, it is crucial for companies and individuals alike to remain adaptable and embrace innovative solutions that meet the changing demands of the modern workforce.。

Some people believe that robots are important for humans to develop their future while some think that it is a dangerous invention that will impact the society negatively.Discuss both views and give your opinion.范文1:Robots are designed by human beings as intelligent electro-mechanical devices in order to assist people in performing some particular activities. While some individuals are skeptical and fear that these robots will have negative impact on society, I believe that they would indeed be pivotal in the future development of mankind. To begin with, there are some reasons why robots are considered to negatively affect people’s lives and also be extremely dangerous. First, there could be increase of unemployment in the future as robots could replace many employees at their workplace.A concrete example for this is that few robots have already started to teach children at schools, others have been working as servants for several families. Second, robots could be out of control occasionally, and without the sense of emotions, they are thoroughly likely to attack humans or converse the right procedure they are supposed to implement. However, I would agree with those who believe that robot’s advantages outweigh the disadvantages. Robots speed up the production process and are very efficient in repetitive tasks. For example, it is a well-known fact that the leading products made in the developed countries like Japan are manufactured by the help of intelligent machines or robots. Furthermore, they can also work in extreme conditions where humans are helpless, thus reduce the risk of people’s death. It is undeniable that robots helped a great deal in the rescue operations due to the tsunami and were used in nuclear environments to close the reactors of Fukushima. All in all, in the near future, robots will join in our lives in various aspects and play a role of growing importance. Beside the assistance of technological improvements, we should also know where to draw the line in their use to get the best out of them minus their drawbacks.范文2:While robots are often believed to be to be believed to be to be necessary for developing the future of human beings comma other consider that they will affect the community detrimentally. On the one hand, some people believe that robots will supplant professionals in the upcoming years which will upsurge the unemployment rate. In other words, since these machines are more efficient compare two human beings, the increasing number of Companies will prefer to deploy them which would result in thousands of redundancies. For instance, according to the report published by The Tribune, famous Indian newspaper, revealedthat after 30 years, these machines will replace 70% of workers at the automobile companies. On the other hand, I agree with those advocating that robots are significant for humans` development because they are contributing enormously to accomplish certain indomitable tasks. To illustrate, due to the population explosion the need for food is increasing considerably, and the robotic technologies are helping farmers to expedite the production of fruits vegetables and other eatables. For instance, nowadays, it is possible to spray poisonous pesticides and weedicides effectively and swiftly with the help of robots, which was considered a difficult task a few years ago, and agriculturists used to do it very reluctantly which led to crop loss. Moreover, robots are also playing an important role in the health sector because there are many surgeries which require upteen precision, and surgeons cannot perform this successfully without the help of robotics of robotics. To conclude, while people may vary in their opinions, I believe that human beings success in the future heavily depends on the robotic Technologies, as these machines are assisting humans in achieving insurmountable goals.。
