贴片电阻简述片式固定电阻器,从Chip Fixed Resistor直接翻译过来的,俗称贴片电阻(SM D Resistor),是金属玻璃铀电阻器中的一种。
是将金属粉和玻璃铀粉混合,采用丝网印刷法印在基板上制成的电阻器。
耐潮湿,高温,温度系数小。

简述我们常说的贴片电阻(SMD Resistor)叫"片式固定电阻器"(Chip Fixed Resistor),又叫"矩形片状电阻"(Rectangular Chip Resistors),是由ROHM公司发明并最早推出市场的。
特点是耐潮湿,耐高温,可靠度高,外观尺寸均匀,精确且温度系数与阻值公差小。
按生产工艺分厚膜(Thick Film Chip Resistors)、薄膜(Thin Film Chip Resistors )两种。
厚膜是采用丝网印刷将电阻性材料淀积在绝缘基体(例如玻璃或氧化铝陶瓷)上,然后烧结形成的。
我们通常所见的多为厚膜片式电阻,精度范围±0.5% ~ 10%,温度系数:±50PPM/℃~ ±400PPM/℃。
薄膜是在真空中采用蒸发和溅射等工艺将电阻性材料淀积在绝缘基体工艺(真空镀膜技术)制成,特点是低温度系数(±5PPM/℃),高精度(±0.01%~±1%)。
封装有:0201,0402,0603,0805,1206,1210,1812,2010,2512。
其常规系列的精度为5%,1%。
阻值范围从0.1欧姆到20M欧姆。
标准阻值有E24,E96系列。
功率有1/20W、1/16W、1/8W、1/10W、1/4W、1/2W、1W。
特性:•体积小,重量轻•适合波峰焊和回流焊•机械强度高,高频特性优越•常用规格价格比传统的引线电阻还便宜•生产成本低,配合自动贴片机,适合现代电子产品规模化生产使用状况:由于价格便宜,生产方便,能大面积减少PCB面积,减少产品外观尺寸,现在已取代绝大部分传统引线电阻。

薄膜是在真空中采用蒸发和溅射等工艺将电阻性材料淀积在绝缘基体工艺(真空镀膜技术)制成,特点是低温度系数(±5PPM/℃),高精度(±0.01%~±1%)。
封装有:0201,0402,0603,0805,1206,1210,1812,2010,2512。
其常规系列的精度为5%,1%。
阻值范围从0.1欧姆到20M欧姆。
标准阻值有E24,E96系列。
功率有1/20W、1/16W、1/8W、1/10W、1/4W、1/2W、1W。

贴片电阻承认检验规格书
4.5.1、将电阻在100℃-200℃温度下预热10-20分钟然后浸锡(浸锡温度:265±5℃,时间:10±1S),最后将电阻取出清洗干净,室温放置1H后,在10倍以上的显微镜下观察,电阻应无机械损伤、开裂,上锡率≥95%以上,电气性能也正常。
4.5.2、过IR炉(265±5℃峰值)一个循环后,电阻置于室温24H后再进行测量。此时要求电阻外观无损伤、,烧毁现象,且其电气功能也正常,DF值和绝缘电阻在图纸规定的变化范围内。
2.3、检查样品电阻的材质是否与图纸所描述的相一致。

一、目的:
本标准规定了贴片电阻(Chip Resistor)检验方法﹑要求和可接受程度,确保检验员按照正确的方法检验样品以及为IQC制定QI(来料检验规范)提供参考依据。
4.5.3、烙铁手工焊接:做试验前先测量初始阻值后,用烙铁(温度:390-400℃)碰触电阻两端的端子表面10±1秒,然后检查零件,表面应无机械损伤。
4.6、冷热冲击:
试验前测试贴片电阻的初始值,然后将电阻放入冷热冲击箱中,温度:置于-55℃±3℃,30分钟,再转换至标准大气条件10~15分钟,再转换到85℃±2℃,30分钟,再转换至标准大气条件10~15分钟,转换时间:最久5分钟,暴露次数:5次,再将物品应置于标准大气条件中1~2小时后再进行测量动作。试验后电阻外观无损伤﹑烧毁现象,且其电阻变化率(试验后电阻值比试验前电阻值)在图纸规定的变化范围内。
