交流滤波器支架式电容器标准技术规范(通用部分)本规范对应的专用技术规范目录交流滤波器支架式电容器采购标准技术规范使用说明1. 本采购标准技术规范分为标准技术规范通用部分、标准技术规范专用部分以及本规范使用说明。

2. 采购标准技术规范通用部分原则上不需要设备招标人(项目单位)填写,更不允许随意更改。

如对其条款内容确实需要改动,应提交至招标文件审查会。

经标书审查同意后生效。

3. 采购标准技术规范专用部分分为标准技术参数、项目单位需求部分和投标人响应部分。

《标准技术参数表》中“标准参数值”栏是标准化参数,一般不进行改动。

“投标人保证值”栏应由投标人认真逐项填写。

项目单位需求部分由项目单位填写,包括招标设备的工程概况和招标设备的使用条件以及具体参数。

对扩建工程,可以提出与原工程相适应的一次、二次及土建的接口要求。

投标人响应部分由投标人填写“投标人技术参数偏差表”,提供销售业绩、主要部件材料和其他要求提供的资料。

4. 投标人填写“技术参数和性能要求响应表”时,如与招标人要求有差异时,除填写“技术偏差表”外,必要时应提供相应试验报告。

5. 有关污秽、温度、海拔等需要修正的情况由项目单位提出并在专用部分的项目单位技术偏差表明确表示。

6. 采购标准技术规范的页面、标题等均为统一格式,不得随意更改。

TDS笔使用说明

TDS笔使用说明概述水质电解器也叫固体沉淀促进仪,是美国食品医药管理局(F.D.A),认定用来对已经被污染的水进行基本判定的简易的水质检测方法,对于需要检验水源纯净时很有实际意义,可使用户清楚、直观地看到自己日常所饮用水的实际情况。

使用方法1、准备检验水——取两只容量为100~150毫升的白色玻璃杯,一杯接自来水,另一杯接RO机水,并排放在桌子上。

2、准备检验——将电解器平放于玻璃杯上,插上220伏电源。

3、检验——将电解器上的电源开关按钮按向ON(开)的位置,开始检验。

通常检验的时间为30秒。

结束时,先将电源开关按向OFF(关)的位置,最后取出电解器。

安全警告接通电源后,双手不得抓在电极上;不得将手指伸入检验水中;不要让儿童玩耍电解器。

电解器用完后,应用干布将电极擦干,并用细纱布将铁质极杆上的水擦净,并妥善保管。

说明该测试仪不能被用来评价矿泉水品质,因为在用其测量矿泉水时,水中的矿物质也可能会与水中的其它污染物发生一些化学反应,会给用户带来误判。

这种仪器带有正负两极的电解棒(一个是铁棒,一个是铝棒),即作为电场引入的两个电极。

电解器通电以后,在电流的作用下,溶解出正价的Fe3+离子,他们会与水中负价的OH-离子结合,形成不溶于水的Fe(OH)3微粒,这些微粒对水中胶体粒子的凝聚和吸附活性很强,并由此形成对水中有机或无机物的吸附、凝聚过程。

同时,由于电流的作用,原来溶于水中的金属粒子,如锰、钾、钴等还原出来,并逐渐聚集形成金属团,由于不同金属离子的显色不同,从而产生颜色的分离。

电解后的水出现不同颜色显示出水中各类杂质水质电解仪黄色: 溶解酸素、硅化合物、有机矿物质、钼、硅、氟化物、其他有机物绿色: 砷(砒霜)、汞、铅、铜、钠蓝色: 细菌、病毒、致癌物质、有机磷等(化肥、洗涤剂和农药)红色: 铁及铁锈、细菌白色: 铅、锌、汞、无机盐污垢黑色: 重金属(锌、铅、铜、铬、锰、镉)水质电解仪电解水质检测仪单排(带皮套)、双排两种任选TDS 是英文 total dissolved solids 的缩写,中文译名为溶解性总固体,又称总含盐量,测量单位为毫克 / 升( mg/L ) , 它表明 1 升水中溶有多少毫克溶解性总固体,或者说1 升水中的离子总量。

1、概述 TDS(GL)系列滤波式低压电力电容组合电器是以低压电力电容器为主体,与对其进行控制、测量、信 号、联机以及滤波等电气元器件组合在一起,形成一种组合电器,其性能优异、应用灵活,由此组成的各 种滤波式低压无功控制设备具有可调性、可维性好等特点。 TDS(GL)系列滤波式低压电力电容组合电器是本公司 TDS 系列智能式低压电力电容器中的一种子系列, 因此在使用本技术说明书时请参阅《TDS 系列智能式低压电力电容器技术说明书》。 TDS(GL)系列滤波式低压电力电容组合电器与 TDS 系列智能式低压电力电容器相比,主要特点如下: 1)采用高品质的固态式低压电力电容器; 2)回路中串接高品质干式电抗器; 3)抗谐波能力强,适用于高谐波场合; 4)工作时产生较大热量,必须进行有效散热; 5)体积大,质量大,价格高; 6)必须与本公司产品 TDS-1800 系列、TDS-1530 系列控制器配套使用。 TDS(GL)系列滤波式低压电力电容组合电器主要应用于谐波十分严重场合的无功控制,能够可靠运行, 不会产生谐振,对谐波无放大作用,并在一定程度上有吸收消除谐波的功能。其中串接 7%电抗器的产品使 用于主要谐波为 5 次的电气环境,串接 13%电抗器的产品使用于主要谐波为 3 次的电气环境。 2、资质 2.1 检验报告 产品通过电力工业无功补偿成套装置质量检验测试中心检验

电网频率稳定决定于电网有功平衡,波形主要决定于网络和负荷的谐波,电压稳定则决定于无功平衡。

当然三者之间也具有一定的内在关系。

无功平衡决定于网络中无功的产生和消耗。

在系统中无功电源有同步发电机、同步调相机、电容器、电缆、输电线路电容、静止无功补偿装置和用户同步电动机,无功负荷则有电力变压器,输电线路电感和用户的感应电动机,各种感应式加热炉、电弧炉等。

为了满足系统中无功电力的需求,单靠发电机、调相机、电缆和输电线路电容是不够的,静补装置中也是采用电容器等。

因此电容器在系统的无功电源中占有相当比重,加之调相机为旋转设备。

建设投资大,运行维护费用高。

近年来世界各国都积极装设电容器,满足系统无功电力要求,维持电压稳定。

但各国主要是装设并联电容器,装串联电容器者较少,因此编者主要介绍并联电容器无功补偿技术,它还广泛应用于谐波滤波装置,动态无功补偿设备和电气化铁道无功补偿装置之中,因与电力系统谐波有关。

限于篇幅,准备在“谐波技术”中详述。

这里主要介绍一些无功补偿技术基础。

Shrinking could lead to an incomplete seal, allowing contaminants into the core. Expansion could damage the core or wire contacts. [Note:The unit will not automatically shut off if it is still immersed in solution even after10minute of no key activity.]B.Calibrate ConductivityThe user can select one or two point conductivity calibration.1.Rinse the electrode&ATC assembly in distilled water andimmerse them in the standard solution of1413uS.Thetemperature displayed is the solution temperature.2.Press“Cal”key to initiate calibration.The“CAL”icon willappear when the main display shows“1415”.SinglePoint calibration is now complete.The“MEAS”icon willappear.The unit is now ready to measure.[Note:At this moment,the unit can measure0~2000uSrange of conductivity.]3.Remove the electrode&ATC assembly from the standardsolution of1413uS.Rinse them in distilled water andimmerse them in the standard solution of12.90mS.Theunit will display the temperature of the standard solutionof12.90mS.4.Press“Cal”key to initiate calibration.The“CAL”icon willappear when the main display shows“12.90”.DualPoints calibration is now complete.The“MEAS”icon willappear.The unit is now ready to measure.[Note:At this moment,the unit can measure0.0~20.00mS range of conductivity.]C.MeasureIn the“Measure Mode”,dip the meter into the test solution. Measuring for Conductivity(℃)commences.Press“Mode”key to select:Conductivity(℃),Conductivity(℉),TDS(℃)and TDS(℉). 滤波装置设计和结构说明4.1 滤波补偿设备选用基本原则4.1.1 各电压等级的并联电容器的设计应首先遵循GB 50227-95。

4.1.2 各等级电容器必须有ISO9001体系认证。

4.1.3 电容器应为原装进口产品,干式绝缘技术,绝缘介质应符合国家环保部门的规定与要求,不含PCB、六氟化硫或任何绝缘油。

4.1.4 核心元器件的布置应考虑系统散热与通风,选用模块化结构的产品。

4.1.5 0.4kV系统电容器其额定电压为480V。

4.1.6 0.4kV系统电容器采用三相拉断保护(即三相压敏断路保护技术),并具有超温故障显示功能,以方便检修人员对故障的判断。

4.1.7 0.4kV系统电容器其最大连续过载电流应达到2In。

4.1.8 0.4kV系统电容器寿命要达到15万小时以上;环境温度耐受能力≤60摄氏度。

(需提供型式实验报告)4.1.9 0.4kV系统滤波补偿系统须安装自动控率因数控制器,该控制器应自带外接式温度传感器。

当系统内有多台电容滤波补偿柜并联时,每台柜内应单独放置外接式温度传感器。

4.1.10 0.4kV系统电容器采用三相全金属化聚丙烯膜PPMh/MKPh,具有自愈性。

4.1.11 0.4kV系统电容器的损耗小于0.25W/Kvar(包括接线端子)。

4.1.12 0.4kV系统电容器放电电阻60秒内放电到低于50V。

4.1.13 0.4kV系统电容器的投切涌流耐受能力:400In。

8.1 文字符号 根据中华人民共和国国家标准 GB7159-87《电气技术中的文字符号制订通则》确定 TDS(GL)系列滤波 式低压电力电容组合电器的文字符号为“CA(GL)”,CA 表明电容型组合电器,GL 表示滤波式低压电力电容 组合电器这种低压电力电容组合电器,其中三相式为 CA(GLS)、分相式为 CA(GLF)。 8.2 图形符号 根据中华人民共和国国家标准 GB/T4728.1-1985《电气图用图形符号 总则》和 GB/T4728.2-1998《电 气简图用图形符号》确定 TDS(GL)滤波式低压电力电容组合电器的图形符号,如下图 3 所示。
TDS(GL)系列滤波式低压电力电容组合电器的滤波特性由低压电力电容器(C)和与其串联的电抗器 (L)决定,针对各次谐波,电抗器的感抗与电容器的容抗之间的比值不一样。

电抗器感抗值的数值若以抑制 3 次谐波考虑时,即 j3ωL-j/3ωC>0,则ωL>0.11/ωC,电抗值应大 于容抗的 11%;若以抑制 5 次谐波考虑时,即 j5ωL-j/5ωC>0,则ωL>0.04/ωC,电抗值应大于容抗的 4%;若以抑制 7 次谐波考虑时,即 j7ωL-j/7ωC>0,则ωL>0.02/ωC,电抗值应大于容抗的 2%。考虑到 电容器组在运行中会有容量衰减(容抗值要增大)等因素,电抗器的电抗值应考虑一个可靠系数(一般取 1.2~1.5)。因此,电抗率一般需要取 2.75%左右,以抑制 7 次谐波;取 6.5%左右,以抑制 5 次谐波;取 13.25% 左右,以抑制 3 次谐波。

1、概述 TDS(GL)系列滤波式低压电力电容组合电器是以低压电力电容器为主体,与对其进行控制、测量、信 号、联机以及滤波等电气元器件组合在一起,形成一种组合电器,其性能优异、应用灵活,由此组成的各 种滤波式低压无功控制设备具有可调性、可维性好等特点。 TDS(GL)系列滤波式低压电力电容组合电器是本公司 TDS 系列智能式低压电力电容器中的一种子系列, 因此在使用本技术说明书时请参阅《TDS 系列智能式低压电力电容器技术说明书》。 TDS(GL)系列滤波式低压电力电容组合电器与 TDS 系列智能式低压电力电容器相比,主要特点如下: 1)采用高品质的固态式低压电力电容器; 2)回路中串接高品质干式电抗器; 3)抗谐波能力强,适用于高谐波场合; 4)工作时产生较大热量,必须进行有效散热; 5)体积大,质量大,价格高; 6)必须与本公司产品 TDS-1800 系列、TDS-1530 系列控制器配套使用。 TDS(GL)系列滤波式低压电力电容组合电器主要应用于谐波十分严重场合的无功控制,能够可靠运行, 不会产生谐振,对谐波无放大作用,并在一定程度上有吸收消除谐波的功能。其中串接 7%电抗器的产品使 用于主要谐波为 5 次的电气环境,串接 13%电抗器的产品使用于主要谐波为 3 次的电气环境。 2、资质 2.1 检验报告 产品通过电力工业无功补偿成套装置质量检验测试中心检验
3、工作原理
TDS(GL)系列滤波式低压电力电容组合电器由固态式低压电力电容器、干式串联电抗器、智能组件、 零投切开关电器和各种传感器等组成,下图 1 是一种分相式产品的工作电气原理示意。

4.3 电抗器的电抗率
TDS(GL)系列滤波式低压电力电容组合电器考虑到滤波的可靠系数(1.2~1.5),其电抗率(电抗器 的感抗与电容器的容抗比)如下表 2 所示。

式中: U C ——低压电力电容器上所受电压,V; U d ——加于串接电抗器、电容器上的外电源电压(即产品电源电压),V; α ——电抗器感抗与电容器容抗的比值。
因此,在 TDS(GL)系列滤波式低压电力电容组合电器中低压电力电容器的额定电压高于产品的额定电 压,如抑制 5 次谐波的产品电源额定电压 0.4kV,产品额定电压 0.45kV,而低压电力电容器的额定电压一 般取 0.480kV。产品中的低压电力电容器、产品和电源(电网)额定电压成如下关系:

大作用较小,而且能够减小和抑制电网谐波和闪变,提高电网的电能质量。 6.1 控制功能 1)有三相控制、分相控制; 2)投运、退运的“零投切”、“无涌流”控制; 3)投运、退运的手动、远动控制,手动控制优先。 6.2 测量功能 1)配电电压测量、显示; 2)电容器各相电流测量、显示; 3)电容器体内温度测量、显示。 6.3 信号功能 1)投运、退运、故障状态指示灯提示信号; 2)保护动作类型中文提示信号; 3)自诊断故障类型编码提示信号。 6.4 保护功能 1)配电过电压、欠电压、失电压、三相不平衡电压分段、反时限保护; 2)电流速切总保护; 3)电源引入端过温度保护; 4)各相过电流分段、反时限保护; 5)电容器体内过温度分段、反时限保护; 6)电抗器过温度保护。 6.5 联机功能 1)总线式(RS-485)联机; 2)无线路由式联机。 6.6 人机对话功能 1)背光式液晶显示器中文、数字显示; 2)三色发光二极管信号显示; 3)拨键、按键方式手动操作。

7.1 环境条件 1)环境温度:-25~45℃(-45~55℃); 2)相对湿度:40℃,20~90%; 3)海拔高度:≤2000m。 7.2 电源条件 1)工作电压:电源额定电压±20%; 2)工频频率:48.5~51.5HZ; 3)功率消耗:<2.0W(退运时)。 7.3 电气安全 电气间隙与爬电距离、绝缘强度、安全防护、短路强度、采样与控制电路防护均符合中华人民共和国 电力行业标准 GB/T 22582-2008 《电力电容器 低压功率因数补偿装置》中对应条款要求。
