Good morning/afternoon everyone. Today I wanna talk about the car which I love most, the Porsche. How many of you like Porsche?

Porsche now has 5 models on sale, thus Boxster, Cayman, 911, Cayenne and Panamera. Each of them has a variable series. For example, 911 have 16 different series, range from 911 Carrera to 911 GT3 RS.

Professor Ferdinand Porsche founded the company called "Dr. Ing. h. c. F. Porsche GmbH", which became the factory of Porsche in 1930.
In 1948, the first Porsche car was designed by Ferry Porsche. He’s son of Ferdinand Porsche who also the one who designed the famous Beetle, one of the most successful car designs of all time. Ferry Porsche, decided to build his own car because he could not find an existing one that he wanted to buy. The first Porsche car used many components from the Beetle.

The 356 is the first car that Porsche made.
The 356, however, had several evolutionary stages, A, B, and C, while in production, and many Volkswagen parts were replaced by Porsche-made parts. The last 356s were powered by entirely Porsche-designed engines.
PPT-5
Inspired by the Porsche 356 which was created by Ferry Porsche, and some spyder prototypes built and raced by Walter Glöckler starting in 1951, the factory decided to build a car designed for use in auto racing. The model Porsche 550 Spyder was introduced at the 1953 Paris Auto Show. The 550 was very low to the ground, in order to be efficient for racing.

In 1964, after some success in motor-racing, namely with the Porsche 550 Spyder, the company launched the Porsche 911 another air-cooled, rear-engined sports car, this time with a six-cylinder "boxer" engine.
The Porsche 911 was developed as a much more powerful, larger, more comfortable replacement for the Porsche 356, the company's first model, and essentially a sporting evolution of the Volkswagen Beetle. The new car made its public debut at the 1963 the Frankfurt Motor Show.
The latest vision of 911 is 997 Series. Under its name there are GT2 and GT3.
PPT-7
The Porsche Boxster is a mid-engined roadster built by Porsche. The Boxster is Porsche's first road vehicle since the 550 Spyder that was originally designed as a roadster. The first-generation Boxster (the 986) was introduced in late 1996 as a 1997 model; it was powered by a 2.5 liter flat six-cylinder engine.
The Boxster's name is a portmanteau of the word "boxer", referring to the vehicle's horizontally-opposed or "boxer" engine, and the word "roadster", referring to the vehicle's two seat capacity and convertible top.
PPT-8
The Porsche Cayman is a mid-engine, rear wheel drive 2-seat sports car produced by Porsche AG of Germany. First launched in the 2006 model year, the Cayman is a coupé derived from Porsche's second generation Boxster convertible.
PPT-9
The Porsche Cayenne (Type number 957) is a five seat mid-size luxury sport utility vehicle manufactured by the German manufacturer Porsche since 2002. And it is the first SUV that Porsche have ever made.
PPT-10
The Porsche Panamera (Type number 970) is a four-door, four-seat luxury saloon/sedan, which was launched in 2009. It is front-engine with rear-wheel drive, with a four-wheel drive version also available. And it is the first 4-door car, beside Cayenne, that Porsche have ever made.
PPT-11
Among so many Porsches, Carrera GT which is limited made is my favorite Porsche. Porsche started a production run of Carrera GT in 2004. The first Carrera GT went on sale in the US on January 31, 2004. Originally a production run of 1,500 cars was planned. But Porsche announced in August, 2005 that it would not continue production of the Carrera GT. As of May 6, 2006, 1,270 GT's had been manufactured.
PPT-12
The latest concept car is 918 spyder. The Porsche 918 Spyder (known internally as Project XG10) is a mid-engined concept sports car designed by Porsche and first shown at the 80th edition of the Geneva Motor Show in March 2010. It is the first plug-in hybrid car from Porsche. It has a 3.4-liter V8 engine and three electric motors. This gives the 918 Spyder a 0-100 km/h time in just under 3.2 seconds and a top speed of over 320 kilometers per hour. CO2 emissions are 70g/km and fuel consumption is 3L/100 km (94 imperial mpg/78 us mpg).
