一．操作注意事项OPERATION CAUTIONS
1、检查设备周边环境是否有异物，及时清理。

Please check the environment around equipment,make sure it is safety
2、经常擦洗设备机身，保持设备干净整洁，延长框架使用寿命。

rubbing the equipment body often,keep the device clean,extend the life of frame.
3、上班开启设备电源，空气压缩机电源，检查水池水位，检查洗车液。

Turn on the equipment power,air compressor power,check the pool water level,check the washing liquid before start machine.
4、车辆驶入洗车机内，停靠位置不得超过车位光电，避免计数不准。

The vehicle parking position can not across photoelectric switch sensor,To avoid inaccurate count.
5、关好车窗，收起天线，收起后视镜，自动雨刷关闭状态。

Close the car windows,put away antenna and rear view mirror,turn off the wiper.
6、按下启动键，设备缓慢开始运行状态，操作人员时刻关注洗车机运行状态。

Press the start button,the vehicle will slowly into the washing machine,please make operator always pay attention to the operating status of washing machine.
7、操作员工不得离开设备操作台，有效距离1-1.5米，随时做好突发事件的准
备。

The operator should not leave the device operating console,the effective distance is 1-1.5m,ready for any emergencies.
8、遇到特殊车辆，比如前方有保险杠的车辆，在洗车的过程中按下“车头不洗”
避开保险杠。

For security，Please press“Front Wash Disable”to avoid damage for washing vehicle with bumper.
9、车顶有警灯、或广告牌，按下“顶刷上升”功能，
For security，Please keep pressing“Top Brush UP”button to avoid damage during washing vehicle with lights,billboard,roof rack until across these barriers.
10、后方有备胎的车辆，按下“车尾不洗”功能避让。

For security，Please press“Rear Wash Disable”button to avoid damage during washing vehicle with spare wheel.
11、如有后视镜不能收回，按下“侧刷闪开”功能避让。

For security，Please press“Side Brush Leaving”button to avoid damage for washing vehicle when rear-mirror can not be closed.
12、如有异常及时查出故障原因，分析原因，排除问题，有排除不了故障，及时
与厂家技术部联系。

If machine does not work,please check manual to work out.If you can not fix it,please contact us.
二.维护与保养Care and Maintenance
1、定期检查设备框架连接处，刷组法兰、轴承、及减速机，所有螺丝有没有
松动，
Regularly check the machine frame connections,brush group flanges,bearings,and gear,make sure that there is no loose screws.
2、检查线路有没有和机械摩擦的地方，查处原因，做好处理
Check if there are friction areas between wires and machine,find out the reason to make it good
3、检查所有传感器支架是否有松动，查出及时紧固，避免传感器信号失灵。

Check all sensor,tighten it timely,to keep sensor working normally
4、经常擦光电传感器镜面，保持光电镜面无灰尘，无水渍。

Clean photoelectric sensor mirror to keep the photoelectric mirror no dust,no water.
.
5、检查M30接近传感器最大感应距离15mm，最佳距离调到10mm。

Check the M30proximity sensor,the max detecting range is30mm,best detecting range is10 mm.
6、M18接近传感器最大感应距离10mm，最佳距离调到5mm，
Check the M18proximity sensor,the max detecting range is10mm,best detecting range is5 mm.
7、M12接近传感器最大感应距离5mm，最佳距离调到3mm。

Check the M12proximity sensor,the max detecting range is5mm,best detecting range is3 mm.
8、龙门传送系统维护，每周涂抹一次黄油，保持传送链条的润滑，检查传送链条的
松紧度，适当调节到最佳效果。

F206轴承每10天加注黄油一次。

Maintenance of Vehicles transmission system:buttering transport chain weekly to keep it
lubrication.Check the tightness of the transmission chain appropriately to keep the best
results.Buttering F206bearing every other10days.
9、群刷的维护，旋转减速机每1000个小时加齿轮油一次，气压调到2.5MP,气缸进
出速度均匀，P205轴承每月加注黄油一次。

Maintenance of small vertical brush:add the gear oil for rotating reducer every other1000 hours,air pressure shall be2.5MP,the working speed of cylinder shall be uniform,Buttering F205bearing once a month.
10、顶刷的维护，旋转减速机每1000个小时加齿轮油一次，连轴器涂抹黄油，旋转轴
承P206每周加注黄油一次，
Maintenance of top brush:add the gear oil for rotating reducer every other1000hours,
buttering couplings,buttering bearing P206once a week
11、大立刷的维护，旋转减速机每1000个小时加齿轮油一次，旋转轴承每周加注黄油
一次，移动链条每10天加黄油一次，侧刷移动滑轮经常检查是否有间隙，适当调节。

Maintenance of big vertical brush:add the gear oil for rotating reducer every other1000
hours,buttering bearing once a week,buttering the chain every10day.Check the wheel if it is loosen,make it in good condition.
12、风干的维护，顶风升降滑道槽子里面要定期涂抹黄油，升降减速机每1000个小时
加齿轮油一次，检查布带是否有磨损，布带轮子是是否有偏移。

Maintenance of dryer:buttering the track of brush lifting regularly.Add the gear oil for
lifting gear every other1000hours,check whether cloth tape is worn,and whether cloth belt wheels is offset.
13、经常检查水路喷头是否有堵塞，水管是否有漏水。

Check if water nozzle is clogged or water pipe is leaking everyday.
14、气路是否有漏气现象，
Check whether gas line leaks
15、定期实验顶风安全
Testing headwind regularly to keep it safety.

四．操作说明operating instructions
4.1通电前检查precaution before turn on power
1.检查供给电源是否为本机额定的电源；（三相五线制，380V，60A稳定电压的
交流电源）Please use qualified power supply（three phase five wire，AC380V60A）2.检查设备是否良好接地；
Please make machine good ground connection
3.检查气压是否调整为需要值；
Please check air pressure in rated working pressure
4.检查紧急挚（机器正面操作台右侧）是否已弹起；
Please check emergency stop button,ensure it is reset
5.检查水源是否充足；
Please ensure sufficient water for operating machine
6.查看本用户手册有关警告及注意事项部分的说明，确认整机调整已经完成。

Please read this manual about Warning part,Notice Part carefully,ensure the machine in good condition.
4.2操作步骤operating steps
1.打开电箱，合上电源总开关（位于电箱左上角），合上控制电源开关（位于
电箱中部右侧）；
Open the Electric Box,turn on the main power switch(on the top left corner of electric Box)),turn on the control power switch(on the middle right side of electric box)
2.关闭电箱，把电箱的钥匙开关置于ON状态;
3.Close the electric box,switch the key in“on”position
4.3操作说明operating instructions
一通电系统进入“启动”画面(如下图一)
When turn on the machine,you will see this picture

轻轻按一下屏幕中下部的任意地方系统进入主控画面（如下图二）Please touch middle-bottom of screen,then you will into operation system

一．在这个画面中有八个操作选项，第一个选项是“设备监控”，可操作“操作选择”“模式选择”“数据显示”“禁用选择”“避让闪开”。

In this picture，there are8Operation Options，
“monitoring”.Here you can select“Data Display”“Disable Function Selection”“Model Selection”“Operation Selection”
二．第二个选项是“设备调试”可操作洗车设备中单独每一项功能。

比如设备有故障可独立进行分解测试。

“Debugging”,here you can operate each function independently.
三．第三个选项是“参数设置”可操作每一项功能在自动运行中启动时间和结束时间，减少资源不必要的浪费。

“setting”，here you can set the parameter
四．第四个选项是“洗车辆查询”当前洗车辆，是没有关闭电源以前的数据查询，关闭电源以后从零开始计数，总洗车辆每次洗好一辆车累计增加，不会改变。

“Car Wash Quantity”,here you can check the current car wash quantity before power off.If turn off the machine,starts counting from the zero.The total car wash quantity can not be changed,counts after washing.
五．第五个选项是“查看输入点”检测外部光电开关，和接近开关的反馈信号。

“Input”,you can check the feedback signal from sensors and switch.
六．第六个选项是“查看输出点”查看PLC命令输出状态。

“Output”,you can check the PLC status.
七．第七个选项是“故障查询”设备有故障发生时，能具体显示故障内容，方便排除故障。

“Fault Display”,when the machine failures,the trouble will be shown in screen,then it is helpful to solve the problem.
八．第八个选项是“帮助”如有排除不了的问题可查询到联系方式。

轻轻按一下“设备监控”图标系统进入监控系统画面如下图三在这个画面中你可进行设备的监控。

Press“monitoring”button,then into monitoring system.

备注：镀膜功能组件为选装，只有在选配镀膜功能组件时才能正常使用
五.车型设定功能说明：Identification function Introduction
模式选择，Model Selection
四种模式有四种不同的功能，可以手动切换您需要的模式，
“普通模式”往前进行刷洗泡沫，往后进行风干，一个来回完成洗车风干。

“标准模式”1往前进行刷洗泡沫，1往后进行刷洗水蜡，2往前进行风干，2往后进行风干，二个来回完成洗车风干。

“经济模式”1往前进行预冲雨淋，1往后进行泡沫，2往前进行刷洗，2往后进行刷洗水蜡，3往前进行风干，3往后进行风干。

“镀膜模式”1往前进行刷洗泡沫，1往后进行刷洗水蜡，2往前进行镀膜，2往后进行雨淋，3往前进行风干，3往后进行风干。

Normal Mode:washing,foaming----->drying(one time)
Standard Mode:washing----->foaming----->washing----->waxing----->drying(round) Eco Mode:Preflush----->foaming----->washing----->waxing----->drying(round) Coating Mode:washing----->foaming----->waxing----->Coating----->drying(round)
禁用选择Disable Function Selection
洗车过程中如果不需要顶刷按下“顶刷禁用”此时按钮变成红色，若要清洗时，再按一下按钮变成绿色；
During car washing,if do not need top brush.Please press“Top Brush Disable”,then the button turns red,if you need top brush,please press it again,it turns blue.
洗车过程中如果不需要侧刷按下“侧刷禁用”此时按钮变成红色，若要清洗时，再按一下按钮变成绿色；
During car washing,if do not need Side Brush.Please press“Side Brush Disable”,then the button turns red,if you need side brush,please press it again,it turns blue.
洗车过程中如果不需要车头不洗按下“车头不洗”此时按钮变成红色，若要清洗时，再按一下按钮变成绿色；
During car washing,if do not need Front Wash.Please press“Front Wash Disable”,then the button turns red,if you need Front Wash,please press it again,it turns blue.
洗车过程中如果不需要车尾不洗按下“车尾不洗”此时按钮变成红色，若要清洗时，再按一下按钮变成绿色；
During car washing,if do not need Rear Wash.Please press“Rear Wash Disable”,then the button turns red,if you need Rear Wash,please press it again,it turns blue.
洗车过程中如果不需要顶风按下“顶风禁用”此时按钮变成红色，若要开启时，再按一下按钮变成绿色；
During car washing,if do not need Top Fan.Please press“Top Fan Disable”,then the button turns red,if you need top fan,please press it again,it turns blue.
洗车过程中如果不需要侧风按下“侧风禁用”此时按钮变成红色，若要开启时，再按一下按钮变成绿色；
During car washing,if do not need side fan.Please press“Side Fan Disable”,then the button turns red,if you need side fan,please press it again,it turns blue.
洗车过程中如果不需要顶风仿形按下“仿形风干”此时按钮变成红色，字符会显示“固定风干”若要开启时，再按一下按钮变成绿色；During car washing,if do not need smart drying.Please press“Drying Disable”,then the button turns red,the smart drying change into fixed drying,if you need smart drying,please press it again,it turns blue.
洗车过程中如果不需要群刷按下“群刷禁用”此时按钮变成红色，若要清洗时，再按一下按钮变成绿色；
During car washing,if do not need small brushes Please press“Small Brushes Disable”,then the button turns red,if you need small brushes,please press it again,it turns blue.
洗车过程中如果不需要泡沫按下“泡沫禁用”此时按钮变成红色，若要清洗时，再按一下按钮变成绿色；
During car washing,if do not need foam.Please press“Foam Disable”,then the button turns red,if you need foam,please press it again,it turns blue.
洗车过程中如果不需要水蜡按下“水蜡禁用”此时按钮变成红色，若要清洗时，再按一下按钮变成绿色；
During car washing,if do not need wax.Please press“Wax Disable”,then the button turns red,if you need wax,please press it again,it turns blue.
洗车过程中如果不需要轮刷按下“轮刷禁用”此时按钮变成红色，若要清洗时，再按一下按钮变成绿色；
During car washing,if do not need wheel brush.Please press“Wheel Brush Disable”,then the button turns red,if you need wheel brush,please press it again,it turns blue.
洗车过程中需要暂停时按下“暂停”洗车机会保持原来的功能，此时按钮变成红色，若要继续清洗时，再按一下按钮变成绿色；洗车机会继续洗车。

During car washing,if do need pause anytime.Please press“Pause”,then the button turns red,if you need start again,please press it again,it turns blue.
避让闪开
洗车过程中有，警灯，天线，尾翼，行李架，按下“顶刷上升”功能避让。

For the sake of security,please press“top brush up”to avoid damage,when you see the vehicle with lights,aerials,Car Spoilers,rack.
洗车过程中有，警灯，天线，尾翼，行李架，按下“顶风上升”功能避让。

For the sake of security,please press“top brush up”to avoid damage,when you see the vehicle with lights,aerials,Car Spoilers,rack.
洗车过程中有后视镜不能收回，或受过撞伤的后视镜，按下“侧刷闪开”功能避让。

For the sake of security,please press“Side Brush Leaving”to avoid damage,when you see the rear-mirror can not be closed or damaged
按屏幕右上角的[X],系统返回主画面如图二
Press[X],the system will into home screen
注：无论设备工作在何状态，按“停止”按钮系统将停止工作
Note:whatever work status it is,Press“stop”button,the system will stop working
在上图二中轻轻按一下“设备调试”图标,系统进入设备调试画面下图四,在这画面中可对设备进行手动调试。

在这里不仅可以调试各电阀是否正常，还可以排除管道里残留的水以防管道在冬天被冻裂，
Here you can check the each parts of machine if it is working,and you can drain away water of pipe in case of frost damage
排水方法如下：method of draining:
1．打开机器右边在水气盘，打开手动排水转换阀open drain valve
2．按下“防冻排水”按扭，开始排水Please press“freeze-proofing”button
按屏幕右上角的红[X],系统返回主画面如图二
Press[X],the system will into home screen
3.在上图二中轻轻按一下“查看输入点”图标,系统进入“输入点”画面（如下图五）输入点查看主要用于检查PLC输入是否正确，有利于快速判断故障点。

Please Press“Input”Button into Input System.Here you can check the PLC Input if it is correct,It is useful to help us to fix problem.
按屏幕右上角的红[X],系统返回主画面如图二

4.在上图二中轻轻按一下“查看输出点”图标,系统进入“输出点”画面（如下图六）输出点查看主要用于检查PLC输出是否正确，有利于快速判断故障点。

Please Press“Output”Button into Input System.Here you can check the PLC Output if it is correct,It is useful to help us to fix problem.
登录后，在上图二中轻轻按一下“洗车量查询”图标,进入产量管理画面，如下图六当前洗车量是记录每前的洗车数量；累计洗车车量是洗车的量的总计；
Please press car wash quantity into count system,here will show you the how many vehicles the machine has washed

5.在上图二中轻轻按一下“参数设置”图标,系统进入运行参数设置画面,在这可以设置系统的运行参数，使其达到最佳运行状态。

想要进入参数改动，首先登陆密码，初始密码为“0”，参数设置中有八项功能可以改动，根据您需要的数据进行调节。

Please press“setting”button into operation setting system.
6.在主画面中按下“故障信息”图标，将转到报警信息画面，此画面中记录了系统所产生的故障信息，根据此信息可快速排除故障点。

Press“Fault Display”into Fault Display Information,you can check each information of fault.It is useful to help you to fix problem.

注意：操作人员在操作人机界面时请轻轻触摸，不要用力过大以免损坏触摸屏。

六．水泵安装使用及注意事项water pump installation
水泵安装使用water pump installation
一、水泵的安装Pump installation
1、水泵安装准备工作
The preparation work for pump installation.
（1）检查水泵和电机，确知在运输和装卸过程中没有损伤。

Check the pump and motor,ensure there were no damage during the transportation and load or unload.
（2）检查工具和起重机械，并检查机器的基础。

Check the tools and lifting equipment and also the basement of machine.
（3）检查配套提供的压力表及表座。

Check the manometer and gauge stand of affiliated equipments
2、水泵安装顺序Pump installation order
（1）整套泵运抵现场时，都已装好电机；校平底座时，可不必卸下水泵和电机。

The motor have been installed when a whole set of pump arrived scene.When collate the basement,no need to demount the pump and motor.
（2）在水泥基础上安装水泵时，基础平面应用水平找平，待基础水泥凝固后将泵安装在基础上，并用水平仪检查水平情况，如不平，应用垫铁调正，直到水平为止，然后通过灌浆孔由混凝土浇灌底座和地脚螺栓孔眼。

When install pump on the cement base,regulate the foundation flat by the standard.Check the condition of standard by the gradienter,if not flat,regulate it by the parallels until horizontal,use concrete to irrigate basement and foundation bolt hole by the grout hole.
（3）水泥干固后，检查底座和地脚螺栓是否松动，合适后拧紧地脚螺栓的螺母，
最后再检查一下整台机组的水平度，稍有不平时，可用斜铁找平。

After the cement congealment,check if the basement and foundation bolt become flexible or not,tighten the nut of foundation bolt if the basement and foundation bolt is OK,finally check the levelness of the whole set of equipment,if any rugged,regulate it by the parallels.
（4）在船上安装时，应保证安装基础面的平整与坚固，各联结位置螺栓必须紧固，并有足够的预紧力。

When install on the ship,ensure the evenly and firmly of install basement,all the bolts at the joint parts should be tighten and have enough pretightening force.
（5）联轴器中间应有3-5mm间隙，泵轴与电机轴的中心线应一致，检查并调整泵联器与电联器上下左右的母线，使其平行并且偏差在0.1mm内，就可以很好的保证泵与电机中心线的一致。

There should be3-5mm clearance in the shaft coupling.
（6）泵的吸入管路和吐出管路应有各自的支架，不允许管路重量直接由水泵承受。

The inlet pipe and outlet pipe should have respective supports;the pump should not directly bear the weight of pipe.
（7）轴承部位加注润滑油或润滑脂。

Irrigate lubricated grease or lubricated oil at the bearing parts.
（8）泵轴与电机旋转方向应一致，开机之前应拆下柱销，脱开泵与电机，检查电机运转方向同铭牌方向是否一致，如方向相反，只要把三根引线中任意两根对换位置连接即可。

The rotation direction of pump axial should be identical with the motor,demounting the plug before startup,take off the pump and motor,check if the rotation direction of motor identical with the nameplate,if against the grain,swapping position of any two in three down-leads and connect.
（9）泵在吸入管路应装上控制阀门，泵的安装位置高于液面（泵的吸程允许范围内）时，应在排水管路上设置灌液装置，供启动前灌液之用。

泵的安装位置低于液面时，可以打开吸入管路上的阀门直接引水。

Install control gate at the suction pipe，while the position of pump install should higher than the fluid level(the permit range of pump suction),to set up filler equipment on the drainpipe, use for filler before startup.While the pump installs position lower than the fluid level,open the valve on the suction pipe and flume directly.
（10）水泵的安装高度必须根据汽蚀余量NPSHr的要求，避免发生汽蚀。

The installation height must according to the request of NPSHr to avoid the cavitations occur.（11）泵的安装高度，管路的长度、直径、流速应经过计算，达到一个适宜的流速，力求减少不必要的阻力损失。

The height of pump installation,the length,diagram,flow speed after calculation,try the best to reduce the lose that unnecessary.

检查泵手动盘车能在一周以上，并且无擦、刮等现象；Check the HM test run of pump could turn a whole Kirkland no rubbing and scrape.
检查电机旋转方向是否已确认；Check if the motor rotating direction has been confirmed.检查联轴器柱销是否已安装并螺母已紧固；Check if the coupling bolt has been installed and nut have been tightened.
检查联轴器罩是否已盖好，保证人不会接触到联轴器，保证联轴器不与联轴器罩摩擦；保证电机接线盒完整并已经盖好；
Check if the coupling cover have been covered,ensure that human-being would not contact with the coupling,ensure the coupling would not rubbing with the cover of coupling,ensure the motor junction box was complete and covered.
保证电缆线绝缘已经确定；Ensure the isolate of cable conductor。

保证电机开关部件完好，并确定绝缘完好；Ensure the complete of motor power switch parts and the complete of isolate.
保证各管路上的螺栓全部紧固，密封垫完整；Ensure the all the bolts on the pipe have been tighten,and the sealing washer is complete.
确认轴承箱内有适宜的润滑油或润滑脂；Ensure there is suitable lubricated oil or lubricated grease.
确认需要冷却的部位已经开启冷却水；Ensure the parts that need cooling had opened the cooling water.
确认泵填料的松紧程度适宜；Ensure the pump stuffing measurement is suitable.
确认进口阀门已经打开；Ensure the inlet valve had been opened.
确认出口阀门已经关闭；Ensure the outlet valve had been closed.
确认现场工具已经清理干净，没有杂物；Ensure the tools at scene have been cleared,no
dopants.
确认人员与泵、电机处于安全距离。

8.2维修与保养Water Pump Maintenance
在开始维修前须查明电源已断开且泵不可能突然起动，管路上的阀门已关闭。

Make sure the water pump is power off before maintenance and valves are closed.
每次使用后应将电泵放入清水中运转数分钟，防止泵腔内滞留沉积物。

Put pump in the water in order to clean the pump cavity after use.
泵如长期不用，应拆掉一块保护片，在泵轴上注入少许硅油以防止轴密封表面粘结，再装上保护片。

If no long-term using water pump,please remove one of protection pieces,applying silicone oil on the bearing in case of seal ring cohered,then put the protection piece back.霜冻期间如泵长时间不用，应旋松调节螺钉，取下排水调压组件中的螺杆，将水排尽，并确保流出的介质不会损害人或损坏电动机零部件，在热水装置中要避免因灼热引起的烫伤，将卸下的零部件复位并妥善保管。

If no long-term using water pump in winter,please drain away water,ensure that will not damage the person and motors,safekeeping the disassembling components.
