ContraindicationsMonitor users with cognitive impairment while using the Rise N Tilt Shower Commode.5. UseBefore useThe arm rests must be correctly mounted in the holes on the side of the shower commode. The width of the foot rests may be gradually adjusted. Always mount the lock bolts under the foot rests correctly in the foot rest holes. The lock bolts must not be tightened against the foot rest outside the holes.Ensure that the seat is correctly mounted on the seat frame of the shower commode.Do not use the shower commode until both arm rests have been mounted. Without arm rests, the user may fall sideways.Rise N Tilt makes it easier for care staff to performdaily hygiene and care for skin and tissue. While in useThe user must not use the foot rests to stand on or as a step during transfer as this may lead to a risk of tipping. Risk of trapping- Mounting the arm rests while the user occupies the shower commode, may cause trappingbetween the arm rest and the side of the chair. - A foot may be trapped between the foot rests if the lock bolts are not correctly mounted in the foot rests.- Fingers and other body parts may be trapped between the seat frame of the shower commode and a toilet bowl or the bedpan. Therefore, always exercise great care when moving the shower commode above a toilet, or when the bedpan is inserted underneath the seat.- A caregiver’s hand may be trapped between the handlebar and the seat frame when the seat is inthe top-most position.Always make sure to brake at least two wheels when transferring the user to and from Rise N Tilt Shower commode and when the useroccupies the shower commode. When transporting the user, the seat must be lowered as far down as possible, as it may otherwise tip.The charging cable must always bedisconnected from the control box in bathing situations. Rise N Tilt is a unique combination of a commode chair and a shower chair.Bedpan with cover. Easy to insert and empty.6. Charging and operationBefore using the shower commode, the battery must be charged. The battery is located inside the control box which is mounted on the handlebar. Charging the battery takes up to 10 hours. When connecting the control box with the battery to the power supply, the yellow LED on the battery lights up. Once the battery has been charged, the yellow LED switches off.Once the charge is complete, all three LEDs on the remote control light up at the same time. Charging the shower commode every day after use is recommended. Low battery levelWith a 25% charge, the shower commode can only move downwards. This ensures that the user can always be lifted down. Hard strain on batteryIf the battery is heavily strained with manysuccessive up-and-down movements, the battery may become too hot, thus activating the safety thermostat inside the battery. This means that the control box will stop working. The battery must be allowed to cool down for at least 30 minutes before being used again. At least one minute must be allowed to pass before another battery is installed in the control. Always having a charged battery to hand is recommended.6.1 PreparationAccompanying battery for charging. Located in thecontrol bo x and charged directly from there. The Rise N Tilt Shower commode is equipped with four actuators located under the seat. These four actuators provide the lifting and tilting function of the shower commode. Please note that the battery must not be removed from the control box until five seconds after the last actuator has stopped. Should this occur, the bath-and commode chair must be calibrated. See section 7.1.If e.g., the two actuators that control the tilt have been lowered, the control box will shut these down. This also applies if the two actuators that control lifting run skewed, or if all four actuators run skewed at the same time.Should this occur, the shower commode must be calibrated. See section 7.1.7. Actuators If issues with operation arise, it is important to check that all plugs are correctly connected to the control box and the remote control as well as between the battery and the control box. If the actuators do not work, the shower commode must be 0-point calibrated.A 0-point calibration is performed by pressing the two bottom buttons of the remote control until the shower commode has reached ”b ottomposition ”. The calibration has not been completed and the actuators are able to move again. Charging errorIn case of charging errors, the yellow battery LED will blinks.1. Remove the lead from the power supply.2. Wait to minutes and reconnect the lead. If all LEDs blink, this is a signal of irregularities in the electrical functions of the shower commode. This requires a 0-point calibration:Press the two bottom buttons of the remote control until the shower commode has reached ”b ottom position ”.In case of other irregularities, please contact Cobi Rehabat+**************************.7.1 Calibrating the actuators using the remote controlThe Tilt Shower Commode frame, seat and armrests can be cleaned using water and a regular cleaning agent. The seat can be removed and disinfected using ethanol 70-85 % or a chlorine product of min. 1000 ppm and max. 10000 ppm.The Tilt Shower Commode can be washed in a cabinet washer tunnel in e.g., a hospital. The remote control and control box can be disinfected using ethanol 70-85 % or a chlorine product of min. 1000 ppm and max. 10000 ppm. Bolts and lock nuts must be regularly inspected and possibly retightened. Failure to inspect bolts may result in malfunction. Battery handlingAlways use batteries that are in good condition and fully charged when installed in the control box.Battery life can be extended by recharging it albeit if it is not entirely flat.If the control box is not to be used for a considerable period (days and weeks), the battery should be removed from the control box to prevent it from being completely discharged which could cause permanent damage to the battery. When the shower commode is not in use, store itin a dry place and between -10 – 40°C.The Rise N Tilt Shower Commode is suitable for land and/or air transport (without the user). The Rise N Tilt Shower Commode cannot be folded as the frame is fixed. To avoid injuries to e.g., the back, care staffshould refrain from carrying the 46 kg shower commode. If it is to be transported, the Rise N Tilt Shower Commode can be lifted by the frame, without the user being seated in it, into a motor vehicle.9. Transport and storageWhen storing the Rise N Tilt Shower Commode for a longer period (more than three months), store it in 0-40°C and a humidity not exceeding 80 %.It is recommended that the battery is charged to 60 % prior to storage. When putting the Rise N Tilt Shower Commode into use again after long-term storage, it must be connected to the power supply and charged for at least ten hours.Keep an eye on the battery capacity as the Rise N Tilt Shower Commode will discharge over time.9.1 Long-term storage8.

FIRST AIDEyes: If irritation or redness develops, move victim away from exposure and into fresh air. Flush eyes with clean water. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.Skin: Remove contaminated shoes and clothing and cleanse affected area(s) thoroughly bywashing with mild soap and water. If irritation or redness develops, seek medical attention.Inhalation: If respiratory symptoms develop or other symptoms of exposure develop, move victim away from source of exposure and into fresh air. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention. If victim is not breathing, clear airway and immediately begin artificial respiration. If breathingdifficulties develop, oxygen should be administered by qualified personnel. Seek immediate medical attention.Product #(s) – 4105Ingestion: Aspiration hazard. Do not induce vomiting or give anything by mouth because thismaterial can enter the lungs and cause severe lung damage. If victim is drowsy or unconscious and vomiting, place on the left side with the head down. If possible, do not leave victim unattended and observe closely for adequacy of breathing. Seek immediate medical attention.Note to Physicians: Ethanol significantly decreases the toxicity of methanol because it competes for the same metabolic enzymes, and has been used to treat methanol poisoning.Epinephrine and other sympathomimetic drugs may initiate cardiac arrhythmias in persons exposed to high concentrations of hydrocarbon solvents (e.g., in enclosed spaces or with deliberate abuse). The use of other drugs with less arrhythmogenic potential should be considered. If sympathomimetic drugs are administered, observe for the development of cardiac arrhythmias.Medical Conditions: Exposure to high concentrations of this material may increase the sensitivity of the heart to certain drugs. Persons with pre-existing heart disorders may be more susceptible to this effect (see Note to Physician above).5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURESSuitable Extinguishing Media: Dry chemical, CO2, water spray or alcohol-resistant foam. .Water spray is recommended to cool or protect exposed materials or structures. Water may be ineffective for extinguishment, unless used under favorable conditions by experienced fire fighters. Carbon dioxide can displace oxygen. Use caution when applying carbon dioxide in confined spaces.Specific Hazards: This material is flammable and can be ignited by heat, sparks, flames or other sources of ignition (e.g., static electricity, pilot lights or mechanical/electrical equipment). Flame is invisible in daylight. Vapors may travel considerable distances to a source of ignition where they can ignite, flashback or explode. May create vapor/air explosion hazard indoors, in confined spaces, outdoors or in sewers. If container is not properly cooled, it can rupture in the heat of a fire. Vapors are heavier than area and can accumulate in low areas.Hazardous Combustion Products: Toxic gases and vapors; oxides of carbon and formaldehyde.Special Firefighting Procedures: For fires beyond the initial stage, emergency responders in the immediate hazard area should wear bunker gear. When the potential chemical hazard is unknown, in enclosed or confined spaces, or when explicitly required by DOT, a self-contained breathingapparatus should be worn. In addition, wear other appropriate protective equipment as conditions warrant (see Section 8). Isolate immediate hazard area and keep unauthorized personnel out. Stop spill/release if it can be done with minimal risk. Move undamaged containers from immediatehazard area if it can be done with minimal risk. Water spray may be useful in minimizing ordispersing vapors and to protect personnel. Cool equipment exposed to fire with water, if it can be done with minimal risk. Avoid spreading burning liquid with water used for cooling purposes.6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURESPersonal Precautions: Flammable. Spilling of liquid product will create a fire hazard and may form an explosive atmosphere. Keep all sources of ignition and hot metal surfaces away fromspill/release if safe to do so. The use of explosion-proof equipment is recommended. Stay upwind and away from spill/release. For large spills, notify people down-wind of spill/release, isolateimmediate hazard area and keep unauthorized personnel out. Wear appropriate protectiveequipment including respiratory protection as conditions warrant (see Section 8). See Sections 2 and 7 for additional information on hazards and precautionary measures.Product #(s) – 4105Environmental Precautions: Stop spill/release if it can be done with minimal risk. Prevent spilled material from entering sewers, storm drains, other unauthorized treatment drainage systems, and natural waterways. Use foam on spills to minimize vapors. Use water sparingly to minimizeenvironmental contamination and reduce disposal requirements. If spill occurs on water, notify appropriate authorities. Spills into or upon navigable waters, the contiguous zone, or adjoiningshorelines that cause a sheen or discoloration on the surface water, may require notification of the National Response Center (phone number 800-424-8802).Methods for Containment and Clean-Up: Notify relevant authorities in accordance with allapplicable regulations. Immediate cleanup of any spill is recommended. Dike far ahead of spill for later recovery or disposal. Absorb spill with inert material such as sand, earth or other non-combustible material, and place in suitable container for disposal. If spilled on water remove with appropriate methods (e.g., skimming, booms or absorbents). In case of soil contamination, remove contaminated soil for remediation or disposal, in accordance with local regulations.7. HANDLING AND STORAGEPrecautions for Safe Handling: Keep away from ignition sources such as heat/sparks/open flames – No smoking. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. Non-sparking tools should be used. Wear protective gloves/clothing and eye/face protection. Wash thoroughly after handling.Use good personal hygiene practices and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (see Section 8).Flammable. May vaporize easily at ambient temperatures. The vapor is heavier than air and may create an explosive mixture of vapor and air. Beware of accumulation in confined spaces and low lying areas. Open container slowly to relieve any pressure. Electrostatic charge may accumulate and create a hazardous condition when handling or processing this material. To avoid fire orexplosion, dissipate static electricity during transfer by bonding and grounding containers andequipment before transferring material. The use of explosion-proof equipment is recommended and may be required (see appropriate fire codes). Refer to NFPA-77 and/or API RP 2003 for specific bonding/grounding requirements. Do not enter confined spaces such as tanks or pits withoutfollowing proper entry procedures such as ASTM D-4276 and 29CFR 1910.146. Do not wearcontaminated clothing or shoes. Keep contaminated clothing away from sources of ignition such as sparks or open flames. Use good personal hygiene practice.Conditions for Safe Storage: Keep container(s) tightly closed. Use and store this material in cool, dry, well-ventilated areas away from heat and all sources of ignition. Post area “No Smoking or Open Flame.” Store only in approved containers. Keep away from any incompatible material (see Section 10). Protect container(s) against physical damage. Outdoor or detached storage ispreferred. Indoor storage should meet OSHA standards and appropriate fire codes.8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTIONExposure GuidelinesComponent ACGIH TLV ACGIH STEL OSHA PEL OSHA STELMethanol 200 ppm(Skin) 250 ppm(Skin)200 ppm(Skin)250 ppm(Skin)Product #(s) – 4105Engineering Controls: If current ventilation practices are not adequate to maintain airborneconcentrations below the established exposure limits, additional ventilation or exhaust systems may be required.Specific Personal Protective EquipmentEye/Face Protection: The use of eye protection that meets or exceeds ANSI Z.87.1 isrecommended to protect against potential eye contact, irritation or injury. Depending on conditions of use, a face shield may be necessary.Skin: The use of gloves impervious to the specific material handled is advised to prevent skin contact. Users should check with manufacturers to confirm the breakthrough performance of their products. Depending on exposure and use conditions, additional protection may be necessary to prevent skin contact including use of items such as chemical resistant boots, aprons, arm covers, hoods, coveralls or encapsulated suits. Suggested protective materials: butyl and nitrile rubbers.Respiratory Protection: Where there is potential for airborne exposure above the exposure limits,a NIOSH approved air purifying respirator with an organic vapor cartridge may be used.A respiratory protection program that meets OSHA's 29 CFR 1910.134 and ANSI Z88.2requirements must be followed whenever workplace conditions warrant a respirator's use. Air- purifying respirators provide limited protection and cannot be used in atmospheres that exceed the maximum use concentration as directed by regulation or the manufacturer’s instructions, in oxygen deficient (less than 19.5% oxygen) situations or under conditions that are immediately dangerous to life and health (IDLH).Use a positive pressure air supplied respirator if there is potential for uncontrolled release, exposure levels are unknown, or any other circumstances where air-purifying respirators may not provide adequate protection.Other Protective Equipment: Eye wash and quick-drench shower facilities should be available in the work area. Thoroughly clean shoes and wash contaminated clothing before reuse.Suggestions provided in this section for exposure control and specific types of protectiv e equipment are based on readily available information. Users should consult with the specific manufacturer to confirm the performance of their protective equipment. Specific situations may require consultation with industrial hygiene, safety, or engineering professionals.9. Atmos-Tech Air ShowersIndustry Air Sales Ltd.*************************Standard construction for air showers is epoxy-paintedsteel, with anodized-aluminum doors and PLC controller with push-button LED controller adjacent tothe entry door. However, there are many options available for theAtmos-Tech air showers, to name just a few:1. 304L stainless-steel construction, suitable for food-grade cGMP application2. Floors with grates, trays, drains, etc.3. Card-reader entry and/or exit.4. Ceiling laminar-flow HEPA/ULPA Filters5. Multi-access doors, roll-up doors, etc., etc.Smaller air showers, like the model AS337(shown at left& right)or model AS347,ship as1-pce or2-pce units. This makesfield installation fast and simple. Electrical panels can be internally(or externally) mounted to customer’srequirement.Simply providesupply power and make a few electrical connections to get yourshower operational!Standard arrangement is tohave the shower shipped in two sections;base section and top(filter& fan)section.Sides are labeled to ensure correct orientation and alignment of air and electrical chases. In the picture you can see the electrical cables as well as some of the air chases.tight spaces, have to be broken-down atthe factory(after complete assembly andtesting)for reassembly at the site.Thisrequires a conscientious contractor toensure a proper, airtight installation.Showers that are going to be site assem-bled are carefully labeled at the factorygasketed and caulked as required. When high personnel thru-put is required, the best option is an air-tunnel.When anOntario food processor needed an air shower installed to meet corporate and cGMP requirements, they decided topurchase a3x10air tunnel. The motion activated fans allow a continuous stream ofpersonnel into the cleanroom, eliminating the need for door interlocks.Side mountedfilters and fans were required due to low headroom in the changeroom corridor.clearance to the trusses above.(Continued)Regardless of the model being installed, it is always preferred to install an air shower at thefirst stages of construction, given the work and rigging required. Even with factory broken-down construction, a large work areais required for wall erection and fan cabinet mounting. On this tight install a bulkhead(top-right of pic) had to be provided to allow for filter & fan access. This roll-up door shower was installed in 2018in the Shipping-Receiving dep’t at a medical-grade cannabis facility here in Ontario.Atmos-Tech air shower electricalpanels are designed and built at their in-house UL508A certified panel shop. UL508A certification means they can apply the c-UL mark on all their electrical panels (see pic at bottom left). Many electrical options are available for the air showers, including explosion-proof electrics, as shown at pic right.Apart from cUL labeled electricalpanels, all components are ULlisted and labeled.Motors are available in1-phaseor3-phase,and600V(Canadian)voltages is easily accommodated. Motors and filter sections aretypically top-mounted,but side-mounted fans and filter sections are available for low-headroom facilities.Larger units, and units being installed intight spaces, need to be broken-down at the factory(after complete assembly and testing)for reassembly at the site. This requires a conscientious contractor to ensure a proper, airtight installation. Showers that are going to be site assembled should be installed immediately after floors are finished.Misting Showers:Apart from air showers,Atmos-Tech offers a full line of Misting Showers. As the name implies, mistingshowers spray a fine mist of ionized-water on the occupant as they exit the cleanroom.Theoccupant then removes their cleanroom garment before exiting the misting shower. These showers are typically used in manufacturing suites where active ingredients are in powder form and need to be containedwithin the cleanroom.Continued on next pageMisting Showers:Misting showers are typically304L stainless-steel construction, construction that is suitable for the high-moisture environment. Misting showers can also be designed to provide a misting cycle plus an air shower cycle, otherwise a “Misting-Air Shower”.For example, personnel exiting a“Mother Room”at a cannabis operation may want an air-cycle followed by a misting-cycle to blow-off and then contain sticky pollen to prevent it from cross-contaminating crops in other rooms in the growing operation.。

(the 2 terminals FAST-ON have different dimensions).5MAIN FUNCTIONS5.1NormalIn case of first switching on with a freezer compartment temperature higher than 10 °C, the appliance operates with a test cycle (for the factory) for a maximum time of about 1,5 hours. In this period do not perform tests for the correct operation of the appliance, since the loads of the appliance are activated only for internal check (compressor and electric valve). When the appliance is off then:•the compressor is off;•the displays are off.Pushing the ON/OFF button, the displays switch on with the following displaying:•+ symbol on cooler display;•flashing digits of the freezer;•freezer temperature alarm LED (buzzer active).Push the alarm deactivation button to deactivate the buzzer.Regulate the temperatures of the compartments so as to set the following values:•about +5 °C in the cooler;•about -18 °C in the freezer.Warning: Unplug the appliance before operating.5.2FROSTMATIC Function (rapid freezing)The FROSTMATIC function (rapid freezing) is activated by pushing the relative button, therefore:•The pilot lamp relative to the FROSTMATIC function lights up;•The compressor operates in thermostatic conditions and not continuously (like the temperature knob was on max. position) for a duration of about 52 hours, and then it deactivates automatically. To deactivate the FROSTMATIC function push the relative button.5.3COOLMATIC Function (rapid cooling)The COOLMATIC function (rapid cooling) is activated by pushing the relative button, therefore:•The pilot lamp relative to the COOLMATIC function lights up;•The compressor operates in thermostatic conditions and not continuously (like the temperature knob was on max. position) for a duration of about 6 hours, and then it deactivates automatically. To deactivate the COOLMATIC function push the relative button.5.4HOLIDAY Function (valid only for the cooler)The HOLIDAY function is activated when the customer does not want to use temporary the cooler. In this case it is not necessary to leave the cooler door open, because a 15 °C temperature is automatically set to avoid the formation of bad odours inside. To activate the HOLIDAY function push button + (temperature increase) till letter H is shown in the cooler dis-play.Obviously the cooler must be empty because the 15 °C temperature does not allow the preservation of the most common food.the sensor is out of range), then:When the sensor operates again normally, the above described conditions terminate.Characteristics of the NTC sensor:•The display shows cooler temperature sensor faulty.•The appliance operates with preset cycle when the compressor is powered for 40 minutes andremains off for 40 minutes alternatively.the sensor is out of range), then:When the sensor operates again normally, the above described conditions terminate.Characteristics of the NTC sensor:•The display shows freezer temperature sensor faulty.•The appliance operates with preset cycle when the compressor is powered for 40 minutes andremains off for 40 minutes alternatively.6ALARMS6.1Freezer compartment temperature alarmWhen the freezer compartment reaches -11 °C, the temperature alarm activates:•The display digits flash.•The temperature alarm pilot lamp light up.•The buzzer sounds.Push the alarm deactivation button to deactivate the buzzer. When normal conditions are reset (after a power failure):•The acoustic signal deactivates.•The temperature alarm pilot lamp remains on.•The display digits still flash.Pushing the alarm deactivation button:•The highest temperature reached in the freezer compartment is displayed for 5 minutes.•The alarm pilot lamp switches off.•The display digits do not flash anymore.7SPECIAL FUNCTIONS7.1Service Mode7.1.1Starting
