因此,园林绿化专业的英语教学总目标为以岗位需要为导向,从专业特色出发,在掌握语言知识和语言技能的基础上,培养学生的语言实际运用能力,使学生掌握基础的行业用语并具备再学习的能力。
另外,学生在学习语言知识、提高应用能力外,还应了解西方国家人文风情及社会现状、为更好的了解相关技术打下基础。
同时在课程中渗透职业素养及职业道德教育,使学生树立正确的职业观,做好就业准备。
教学任务:
主要完成教材中8个单元的学习任务,着重强化学生口语能力的训练,同时也逐渐训练学生的听力能力。
教学目的:
通过本学期的教学,使学生初步具备用英语进行交际的能力;通过教师的引导,使学生们认识到中职英语注重的是语言实际运用能力的培养,而不是知识数量的叠加。

教学要求:
1. 采用任务教学法:通过目标展示,在教学过程中启发、引导学生思维,根据听说练习,发现主题相关的基本句型,培养学生们独立自主学习英语的能力,激发学生的学习兴趣。

学情分析本学期任教的是园林系食品13级一年级学生,共有1个班,大多数学生英语成绩依然较差,英语基础不够扎实,特别是口语表达能力欠缺;对音标、语法、时态掌握不牢,造成对英语学习缺乏信心;大多数同学认为英语不及专业课重要,对于英语学习认识不到位;对现代技术人才在英语方面的认识不全面,对英语学习存在误解。
教材分析《英语(基础模块)修订版》是中等职业教育教材审定委员会审定的国家规划新教材。
由陈琳主编,外语教学与研究出版社出版。
教材全面贯彻素质教育思想,从社会发展对高素质劳动者和中初级专门人才需要的实际出发,注重对学生英语交际能力的培养。
但相对来讲,本教材缺少专业性,尤其缺少有关园林花卉方面以及食品专业的课程情境设计以及相关词汇的学习。

建议学生通过以下方法掌握本节内容:
1. 亲身体验法使得课堂有效:学生对于亲身体验过的感性的东西是比较容易接受的,也容易形成深刻的印象,因此,学生可以在实物展示、创设情境的过程中,结合亲身经历,理论联系实际,了解并掌握购物相关的日常交际用语,突出本节重点。
2.观察联想法使得课堂有用:通过情景模拟,学生可以学会全面地观察联想,调动积极思维,充分发挥主观能动性;善于对课本内容和周边事物进行观察,学会换位思考;不拘泥于课本,大胆尝试,进一步巩固并强化本节重点,突破难点。
