針對具高熱負荷、高粒子源之潔淨室的創新回風系統-風機乾盤管 冷卻機組應用Application of an innovative FDCU local exhaust system for cleanroom with high heatand particle loadings張振光、胡石政 1,*、林迪、林成彥、陳彥志 1台北科大/潔淨技術中心*聯絡人：schu.ntut@摘要潔淨室為產生均一化的溫度分佈和稀釋污染源的生產環境，除非是特別需求，大多採用非單一方向流潔淨室系統，但機台本身產生的熱能及製造生產所產生的微粒，因熱浮力上升而與FFU 向下送的氣流衝突擴散使製程污染威脅性提升。
為解決此問題，本研究開發獨特的在地化的氣流分佈系統(Local Balance)，來維持潔淨室內清淨度且有效的處理機台所產生的熱負荷，此獨特的在地化的氣流分佈系統有別於傳統一般業界習以為常的設計，將風車 (Fan)與乾盤管(Dry Coil)結合，吾人稱之 FDCU (Fan Dry Coil Unit)，配置於機台上方的天花板上，FDCU已被證實可有效將機台所產出的污染物排除、有效移除熱負荷，提供高發熱及高產塵機台一個良好的回風路徑。

The mixing air distribution systems used in existing high heat-load/particle source cleanrooms aims to create a uniform air temperature distribution and dilute contaminants in the whole cleanroom, in which the downward cold supply air from filter encounter from the upward air current due to the heat-load from process tools. 空调系统中的FCU、AHU、PAU、RCU、MAU、FFU、HRV是个啥1、F C U(全称: F an C o i l U n i t风机盘管)风机盘管是空调系统的末端装置，其工作原理是机组内不断的再循环所在房间的空气，使空气通过冷水(热水)盘管后被冷却(加热)，以保持房间温度的恒定。
主要依靠风机的强制作用，使空气通过加热器表面时被加热，因而强化了散热器与空气间的对流换热器，能够迅速加热房间的空气。

空调系统MAU -- Make-up Air handling Unit 没见过~应该也是空气处理机组之意AHU -- Air Handling Unit 空气处理机组一般是组合型空调箱,洁净行业用得较多RCU -- Recirculation Unit 循环机组没见过~FCU -- Fan Coil Unit 风机盘管比较常见RA -- Return Air / RAC 回风---SA送风EA排风PAU -- Precision Air Unit 一般用来表示新风机组.FFU--Fan Filter Unit 风机过滤单元机组,用在洁净室送风FMU--Fan Module Unit 模块式风机单元用在洁净室送风这些符号仅仅是为了区分不同形式的空调机组,并不是强制性的.你也可以用FJPG表示风机盘管,不过人家看了不是很习惯而已.MAU称为;全新风机组。
一般用于车间空气指数要求高的地方，MAU不要求二次回风到机组。
在一个洁净车间一般是保证正压或负压，其于全排。
AHU称为：空气处理机组。
其要回风和新风混合循环PAU Pre-Cooling Air Handling Unit 预冷空调箱。
对室外新风进行预处理 在送至风机盘管（FCU）。
MAU Make-up Air Unit 全新风机组。
是提供新鲜空气的一种空气调节设备。
功能上按使用环境的要求可以达到恒温恒湿或者单纯提供新鲜空气。
工作原理是在室外抽取新鲜的空气经过除尘、除湿 或加湿 、降温 或升温 等处理后通过风机送到室内 在进入室内空间时替换室内原有的空气。
当然以上所提到的功能得根据使用环境的需求来定 功能越齐全造价越高。
