2.3 线程间通信在多线程应用中,不同线程之间需要进行数据共享和协调工作。
Message也可以用于线程间通信(IPC)。

点对点的应用系统集成结构的出发点很简单,当两个系统之间需要相互协作时,为这两个系统开发相应的连接组件(又称Adaptor或Connector)将二者互联,这种由简单出发的结构存在着严重的隐患:随着应用系统个数的增加,连接组件的数目将快速增长(总数将为n*(n-1)个连接组件,其中n为应用系统的个数),而且在不同应用系统之间由于缺乏自动提交请求的机制,必须在相关的连接组件内部固化请求的提交功能,应用系统之间存在着高度的藕合性,这为系统的维护带来了巨大的复杂性,任何一个系统的升级或改动都将影响到其它与之相关的应用系统的修改;同时当一个新的应用系统需要纳入整个应用集成体系时整个工作将变得非常复杂。
谈到Message Broker的设计理念,我们有必要先来了解一下EAI(企业应用整合)的发展趋势和技术走向。每个企业在信息系统建设过程中必然涉及到多个应用系统(这些应用系统可能运行于不同的平台之上,并且采用的开发语言与模式也不同)之间的相互集成需求,也就是大家熟知的EAI,因此对这些系统采用何种集成体系结构必须慎重考虑。当前大部分企业采用的应用系统之间的集成是一种点对点的体系结构,具体见下图:

The set of receiver requirements depends on the choice of receiver category by the equipment provider.Manufacturers when designing their SRD receivers shall choose one of the three receiver categories according to the grade of operational reliability they provide, therefore the provider shall specify the receiver category of his choice and this shall be declared in the product literature provided to the user. 分布式光伏发电分散接入低压配电网,允许富余电力上网,电网企业按国家政策全额收购富余电力;由分布式光伏接入引起的公共电网改造,以及接入公共电网的接网工程全部由电网企业投资。
2、《山西省气候资源开发利用和保护条例》正式施行《山西经济日报》太原9月28日讯今天,《山西省气候资源开发利用和保护条例》经省十一届人大常委会第三十一次会议表决通过,12月1日起施行。
条例规定,我省将鼓励单位和个人利用太阳能。
条例明确,我省鼓励单位和个人安装和使用太阳能热水系统、太阳能供热采暖和制冷系统、太阳能光伏发电系统等太阳能利用系统。
建设单位在建筑物的设计和施工中,要为太阳能利用提供必要条件。
条例规定,城市规划、建设项目和气候资源开发利用项目中,应当与当地气候资源承载能力相适应,避免气候和生态环境恶化。
可能影响气候变化或者直接涉及公众气候环境权益的项目,应当举行气候环境影响听证会或者论证会。
同时,城市规划、国家重点建设工程、重大区域性经济开发项目和大型太阳能、风能等气候资源开发利用项目应当进行气候可行性论证。

分布式光伏发电分散接入低压配电网,允许富余电力上网,电网企业按国家政策全额收购富余电力;由分布式光伏接入引起的公共电网改造,以及接入公共电网的接网工程全部由电网企业投资。
国家电网公司在京召开“服务分布式光伏发电并网电视电话会议暨新闻发布会”,向社会发布《关于做好分布式光伏发电并网服务工作的意见》,这是在我国光伏产品遭遇欧美双反调查,光伏产业发展面临巨大挑战的关键时刻,国家电网公司为促进国内光伏产业健康持续发展,向社会做出郑重承诺的标志性会议。
意见指出,按照“支持、欢迎、服务”分布式光伏发电发展的基本原则,国家电网公司从规划设计、技术检测、并网接入、计量收费、安全运行等全过程加强调查研究,积极采取措施,全力做好分布式光伏发电并网工作。
在大量深入研究的基础上,组织编制了关于做好分布式光伏发电并网服务工作的意见(暂行)》、《关于促进分布式光伏发电并网管理工作的意见(暂行)》和《分布式光伏发电接入配电网相关技术规定(暂行)》等两个意见、一个规定。
其中,《服务意见》对外发布,《管理意见》和《技术规定》作为公司内部规定,保证公司相关工作有效运转。
在《并网服务意见》中,国家电网公司就分布式光伏发电并网主要问题做出以下解释和承诺:一是合理确定分布式光伏界定标准。
根据国际上有关国家及组织界定标准和我国电网特点,考虑10千伏单回线路输电容量约5~8兆瓦,并且国家对电源的统计口径为6兆瓦及以上,意见明确的适用范围是:位于用户附近,所发电能就地利用,以10千伏及以下电压等级接入电网,且单个并网点总装机容量不超过6兆瓦。
根据测算,该范围能涵盖所有的屋顶和光电建筑一体化项目。
二是真心实意提供一切优惠条件。
电网企业为分布式光伏发电项目业主提供接入系统方案制定、并网检测、调试等全过程服务,不收取费用。
支持分布式光伏发电分散接入低压配电网,允许富余电力上网,电网企业按国家政策全额收购富余电力,上、下网电量分开结算。
分布式光伏发电项目免收系统备用费。
三是全心全意做好并网服务。
针对分布式光伏发电项目特点,明确由地市公司负责具体并网工作,压缩了管理层级;由“客户服务中心”一口对外,并网流程遵循“内转外不转”原则,减少了业主协调难度;380伏电压接入项目类似业扩报装流程办理,减少了管理环节;限定了并网关键节点时间,全部并网流程办理周期约45个工作日(不含工程建设时间);随时提供并网相关问题咨询服务。
四是为并网工程开辟绿色通道。
由分布式光伏接入引起的公共电网改造,以及接入公共电网的接网工程全部由电网企业投资。
公司为公共电网改造和接入公共电网的接入系统工程开辟绿色通道,接入系统方案一经业主确认,地市公司即可安排实施,省公司纳入投资计划,10月总部纳入综合计划统一调整,确保电网和光伏项目同步实施。
五是合理确定接入系统技术原则。
分布式光伏发电项目可以专线或T接方式接入系统;接入用户侧的分布式光伏发电项目,可采用无线公网通信方式;送出线路的继电保护不要求双重配置;380伏接入的分布式光伏发电项目,只要求电量上传功能。
此外,为解决安全可靠并网问题,引导分布式光伏发电接入系统设计规范化、标准化,国家电网公司正组织科研设计单位编制《分布式光伏发电接入系统典型设计》并将于近期发布。
分布式光伏发电并网绿色通道的建立以及一系列标准和细则的制订,将大大优化并网流程,简化并网手续,提升服务效率,切实提高并网服务水平。
按照《太阳能发电发展“十二五”规划》,2015年太阳能发电发展目标从1000万千瓦大幅提高到2100万千瓦。
今明两年全国发展目标为1500万千瓦,每省规模约50万千瓦、分散接入近千个并网点,光伏发电发展的新阶段即将到来。
截至2012年9月,公司经营区光伏发电并网容量271万千瓦,同比增加4.2倍。
发电量25.2亿千瓦时,同比增加5.4倍。
已同意并网、正在建设的光伏发电项目126万千瓦,我国已成为光伏发电装机增长速度最快的国家之一,成绩显著。
二、山西鼓励安装使用太阳能利用系统《山西省气候资源开发利用和保护条例》近日获得通过,并将于12月1日起施行。
条例在加强气候资源监测,鼓励气候资源开发利用和保护等方面作了明确规定,加强了气候资源监测基础设施建设和气候资源普查工作,建立了气候资源监测资料汇交和共享制度,进一步明确规定了气候可行性论证的范围。
条例鼓励单位和个人安装和使用太阳能热水系统、太阳能供热采暖和制冷系统、太阳能光伏发电系统等太阳能利用系统。
建设单位应当在建筑物的设计和施工中,为太阳能利用提供必要条件,同时鼓励、支持风能资源丰富地区优先开发利用风能资源。
条例规定,城市规划、国家重点建设工程、重大区域性经济开发项目和大型太阳能、风能等气候资源开发利用项目应当进行气候可行性论证,并对论证机构及工作流程进行了规定。
条例还对气象主管机构、气候可行性论证机构及其相关工作人员的相关法律责任进行了规定。
三、《新能源汽车产业技术创新财政奖励资金管理暂行办法》发布财政部、工业和信息化部、科技部近日联合发布《新能源汽车产业技术创新财政奖励资金管理暂行办法》,正式实施新能源汽车产业技术创新工程。
中央财政将从节能减排专项资金中安排部分资金,支持新能源汽车产业技术创新。
从对购买新能源汽车的企业、个人给予补贴,再到为企业技术创新提供资金,政府为推动新能源汽车的发展可谓不遗余力。
但是,此次重赏过后是否真能如愿?从《办法》和后续出台的条款看,新能源汽车要想借机实现技术飞跃,以达到产业化的目的,仍相当困难。
行政审批或成“拦路虎”三部委联合发文后,工信部又出台《关于组织申报2012年度新能源汽车产业技术创新工程项目的通知》,针对申请中央专项资金的企业和项目列出多项准入条件。
通知的发放对象为“各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局)、工业和信息化主管部门、科技厅(科委、局)、新疆生产建设兵团财务局、工业和信息化委员会、科技局”等。
知名汽车评论人士张志勇对《中国科学报》记者指出,以上单位均为政府行政部门而非新能源汽车企业,但项目的实施机构却是企业。
“这些遴选新能源汽车企业的行政机构,是否具有较高的汽车工业技术水平,将成为不可回避的问题。
”张志勇说。
中投顾问高级研究员李宇恒也对《中国科学报》记者表示,虽然三部委联合发放奖励资金的做法值得鼓励,但其中财政部等“非专业审批部门”参与项目审批并非明智之举。
“这种行政层级的审核是否会因为考虑地区平衡性或者其他非商业与技术的因素,导致合格的新能源汽车企业没有选上,不够条件的新能源汽车企业却进去了?”张志勇对此深表担心。
中商情报网行业研究员钟深华也对该做法最后能否达到预期目标持保留意见。
“地方政府干预企业经营的做法并不少见。
目前来看,新能源汽车项目对地方政府是政绩,也是利益。
”钟深华说。
超前目标难考核张志勇告诉记者,他在查看工信部《通知》时发现,对于申报的新能源汽车企业与动力电池项目,均提出了一些在2015年前需达到的具体指标。
“在2012年的时间点上,如何判断出哪些项目在2015年时能达到这些指标?车企的技术力量、人员、设施、投资等都会因公司以及产业的发展不断进行调整,行政机构如何能够根据现在的企业形势对未来作出判断?”张志勇说。
对汽车企业而言,技术的飞跃或者突发的障碍均有可能影响预定目标的实现。
李宇恒认为,这些指标缺乏可实施性,鲜有企业能够按照上述要求办事。
钟深华则提出疑问:“这些考核指标会不会随着产业条件的变化而发生调整?”在目前这种审批制度和具体指标体系之下,企业“钻空子”的现象屡屡出现。
