Your introduction effectively captivates the reader's attention and sets up the context for the discussion. Your use of various examples and statistics helps to strengthen your points and make the argument more persuasive. Additionally, your conclusion effectively summarizes the main points and leaves a lasting impression on the reader. However, there are a few areas where you can improve. For instance, some of your sentences are overly long and complex, making it difficult for the reader to follow the thought process. It would be beneficial to break down these sentences into smaller, more digestible chunks. Furthermore, consider varying your sentence structures and avoiding repetitive language to create a more engaging and fluid flow in your writing.中文翻译: 在你的文章中,你提出了一个结构严谨的论点,用清晰的推理和论据来支持你的观点。

考研英语2作文模板Possible essay:The Importance of Being Resilient。

Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity, to adapt to change, and to persevere despite setbacks. In today's world, where challenges and uncertainties abound, resilience is a vital skill that can help us cope with stress, overcome obstacles, and achieve our goals. In this essay, I will argue that being resilient is essential for personal and professional success, and that it can be developed through a combination of mindset, skills, and support.Firstly, a resilient mindset is characterized by optimism, self-efficacy, and growth. Optimism means havinga positive outlook on life, even in the face ofdifficulties. It involves seeing setbacks as temporary, specific, and external, rather than permanent, pervasive, and personal. Self-efficacy means believing in one'sability to handle challenges and achieve goals. It involves setting realistic expectations, breaking down tasks into manageable steps, and seeking feedback and support. Growth means embracing change and learning from experience. It involves being open-minded, curious, and reflective, and seeking opportunities to develop new skills and knowledge.Secondly, resilient skills are those that enable us to cope with stress, solve problems, and communicate effectively. Coping skills include relaxation, mindfulness, and social support. Relaxation means engaging in activities that reduce tension, such as exercise, meditation, or hobbies. Mindfulness means being present and aware of one's thoughts, feelings, and sensations, without judgment or distraction. Social support means seeking and providing emotional, informational, and instrumental assistance from and to others. Problem-solving skills include defining the problem, generating alternatives, evaluating options, and implementing solutions. Communication skills include listening, questioning, clarifying, and expressing oneself clearly and assertively.Thirdly, resilient support is the network of people and resources that can help us cope with stress, learn from experience, and achieve our goals. Support can come from various sources, such as family, friends, colleagues, mentors, coaches, therapists, or organizations. Support can also take various forms, such as emotional, informational, instrumental, or appraisal. Emotional support meansreceiving empathy, validation, and encouragement from others. Informational support means receiving advice, guidance, and feedback from others. Instrumental support means receiving tangible assistance, such as money, time,or materials, from others. Appraisal support meansreceiving feedback, recognition, and evaluation from others. In conclusion, being resilient is not only a desirable trait, but also a learnable skill that can enhance ourwell-being, productivity, and success. By cultivating a resilient mindset, developing resilient skills, and seeking resilient support, we can face challenges with confidence, adapt to change with flexibility, and pursue our goals withpersistence. Therefore, let us embrace resilience as a way of life, and let us inspire others to do the same.。

我给你一个经济学的范文STATEMENT OF PURPOSEDue to the comprehensiveness of China's “Reform and Open” policies, economics plays an increasingly important role in the development of its global position. As a senior at Beijing University majoring in Economics, I feel that my field is fundamental to the progress of my country. Yet, at the same time, I realize only too well that what I have learned as an undergraduate is far from enough. Therefore, it is my desire to pursue a graduate degree in Economics at your university. If accepted, my intended concentration would be Economic Development and Public Economics. In the process of preparing myself for advanced research, I obtained a solid academic background in mathematics, computer science and basic economic theory. In order to enhance my capabilities and further establish my background, I plan to take Probability and Econometrics as my electives during my last semester at Beijing University. During my undergraduate career I was fortunate to be able to audit several advanced graduate level courses taught by overseas professors such as Comparative Economic Systems and Advanced Macroeconomics. These classes not only introduced me to new economic concepts and theories, but also broadened my perspective and gave me new insights into the depth of my field. After over three years of studying economics and extensive reading in related fields, I have developed my own understanding of the present Chinese economic system. I feel, and it is an idea shared by many, that the Chinese government is presently struggling to adapt a policy which would peacefully integrate the advantages of a market economy with the current Socialist system. To a certain extent, I feel that the government has been successful in implementing this aim. However, many problems have yet to be resolved. Chief among these is the problem of rejuvenating and restructuring the larger, state-owned enterprises. As a result under the Chinese socialist system, these companies not only lack a spirit of competition, but are also hopelessly overstaffed. There is a definite need to cut back on workers, many of whom are unskilled and present an unnecessary burden on these companies. The fundamental problem here is that China lacks unemployment and social security programs, which would be able to assist and re-train these workers should they be laid off. As there are no options for them, the companies are forced to retain these laborers, creating a stagnant state which limits both production levels and net profits. While foreign-imported goods and foreign companies were scarce in China, this was not a major problem. However, the influx of foreign goods and corporations has forced China into a predicament where it can no longer afford to maintain uselessemployees for the benefit of the State. Should the situation here continue unchecked, China risks loosing its domestic market to foreign companies? These ideas were the result of my field research conducted during my junior year. During that time, I studied first-handedly China's system of public economics and found it lacking in many ways. I feel that if China is ever to be a serious competitor in the world market it needs first to develop a more progressive system of public policies. For this, China will have to look to other systems which have struggled and successfully handled this same problem. My goal is to continue my education in the United States where I can not only witness the dynamics of an economic system different from ours, but also study the ways in which America's public policy could be adapted and utilized by China. In terms of global economics, China still has much to learn. The government is far from reconciling itself with many of the principles that underlie the modern market. I also feel that the Chinese situation is unique, and, that in order to be successful, policy makers must take into consideration regional characteristics, historical tradition and social psychology when defining the course of the future. However, it is also essential that the future generations of leaders, administrators and teachers learn from other countries in order to better understand the complexity of China's role within the global economic situation. The more China's economy is prosperous, the more it needs its own economists. Therefore, at the end of my graduate study, I intend to return to my country and contribute to China's economic progress. My ultimate goal is to teach, introducing advanced Western research methods to my country and, if possible, tackle some of the economic problems faced by my country.I am also applying for overseas graduate study because of the fact that the United States holds the leading position in the research of my chosen field. Your institution, known for its careful and exacting work-ethic and nurturing academic atmosphere, is the university I have long admired. I am confident that with your distinguished faculty and recognized facilities, my potential will develop into knowledge and experience beneficial to both the United States and China.。

考研二英语真题作文范文Possible essay:The Importance of Critical Thinking。

The ability to think critically is essential for success in many areas of life, including academic study, professional work, and personal relationships. Critical thinking involves analyzing information, evaluating arguments, and making reasoned judgments based on evidence and logic. It enables us to question assumptions, challenge biases, and consider multiple perspectives. In this essay, I will discuss the importance of critical thinking and how it can be developed and applied in various contexts.Firstly, critical thinking is crucial for academic study. It allows us to read and interpret texts, toidentify key concepts and arguments, and to assess their validity and relevance. It also enables us to formulate our own ideas and arguments, to support them with evidence, andto anticipate and respond to counterarguments. Without critical thinking, we may simply accept what we are told or read, without questioning its accuracy, credibility, or implications. This can lead to misunderstandings, errors, and missed opportunities for learning.Secondly, critical thinking is essential for professional work. It enables us to solve problems, to make decisions, and to innovate. It also helps us to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, by presenting clear and convincing arguments and by responding to feedback and criticism. Without critical thinking, we may rely on intuition, habit, or authority, without considering alternative options or weighing their pros and cons. This can lead to inefficiencies, errors, and missed opportunities for improvement.Thirdly, critical thinking is valuable for personal relationships. It enables us to understand others' perspectives, to empathize with their feelings, and to communicate respectfully and constructively. It also helps us to reflect on our own beliefs, values, and biases, andto challenge or modify them as needed. Without critical thinking, we may judge others based on stereotypes, assumptions, or emotions, without considering their individuality, complexity, or diversity. This can lead to misunderstandings, conflicts, and missed opportunities for connection. Therefore, it is important to develop and applycritical thinking skills in various contexts. This can be done through various methods, such as reading widely, questioning assumptions, seeking evidence, analyzing arguments, and evaluating sources. It can also be done through collaborative activities, such as debates, discussions, and projects, which require us to listen to others, to consider different perspectives, and to justify our own views. Moreover, critical thinking can be enhanced by reflection, by asking ourselves why we think what we think, and by considering how our thinking affects our actions and relationships. In conclusion, critical thinking is a vital skill for success in academic study, professional work, and personalrelationships. It enables us to analyze information, evaluate arguments, and make reasoned judgments based on evidence and logic. It also helps us to question assumptions, challenge biases, and consider multiple perspectives. Therefore, we should develop and applycritical thinking skills in various contexts, through reading, questioning, analyzing, collaborating, and reflecting. By doing so, we can enhance our ability to learn, to work, and to relate to others in a more effective and fulfilling way.。

高分essay范文英文回答:Throughout my life, I have always been fascinated bythe power of language. Language is not only a means of communication, but also a reflection of our thoughts and emotions. It allows us to express ourselves, connect with others, and understand different cultures. As a bilingual individual, I have had the privilege of experiencing the beauty and complexity of both English and Chinese languages.English, as a global language, has opened up countless opportunities for me. It has allowed me to communicate with people from all over the world, whether it be through travel, work, or online platforms. I have met people from different backgrounds and cultures, and the ability tospeak English has been instrumental in building meaningful connections with them. For example, during my travels to Europe, I was able to navigate through different countries and interact with locals using English as a common language. This not only enhanced my travel experience but also broadened my understanding of different cultures. On the other hand, Chinese, as the most widely spoken language in the world, has deep cultural roots and a rich history. Growing up in a Chinese-speaking household, I have always been immersed in the language and its nuances. Chinese idioms, proverbs, and expressions have become an integral part of my everyday conversations. For instance, when I want to encourage someone to persevere, I often use the phrase "石破天惊" (shí pò tiān jīng), which means "astonishing the world with one's achievements". These idioms not only convey a specific meaning but also evoke a sense of cultural identity and shared experiences.Furthermore, being bilingual has allowed me to bridge the gap between different cultures and perspectives. It has given me the ability to understand and appreciate theunique nuances and subtleties of each language. For example, in English, the phrase "actions speak louder than words" emphasizes the importance of actions in conveying one'strue intentions. In Chinese, a similar concept is expressedthrough the phrase "行动胜于言辞" (xíng dòng shèng yú yán cí). Both phrases convey the same message, but the choice of words and cultural context provide different insights into the respective cultures. In conclusion, being bilingual in English and Chinese has enriched my life in numerous ways. It has allowed me to connect with people from different cultures, explore new opportunities, and gain a deeper understanding of language and culture. Language is a powerful tool that not only facilitates communication but also shapes our thoughts and perceptions. I am grateful for the ability to speak both English and Chinese, as it has broadened my horizons and enriched my personal and professional experiences.中文回答:作为一个双语者,我一直对语言的力量深感着迷。

写人物的优秀作文,做2处批注

写人物的优秀作文,做2处批注英文版Writing an Excellent Essay on Character, with 2 AnnotationsWhen it comes to writing about characters, it is important to pay attention to the details that bring them to life on the page. A well-written character can capture the reader's imagination and make the story more engaging. In this essay, we will explore the key elements of creating compelling characters and provide two annotations to help improve your character writing skills.First and foremost, a strong character should be multi-dimensional. This means that they should have both strengths and weaknesses, as well as hopes, fears, and desires. A character who is too perfect or too flawed can come across as unrealistic or unrelatable. By giving your character a mix of qualities, you can create a more complex and interesting individual for your readers to connect with.Secondly, it is important to show, not tell, when it comes to character development. Instead of simply stating that a character is brave or kind, show them in action. Describe their actions, thoughts, and dialogue in a way that reveals their true nature. This will allow your readers to form their own opinions about the character and engage more deeply with the story.Annotation 1: Consider adding internal conflict to your character to make them more relatable and dynamic. This could be a moral dilemma, a personal struggle, or a past trauma that haunts them. Internal conflict can add depth to your character and make them more compelling to the reader.Annotation 2: Pay attention to the character's arc throughout the story. A well-developed character should experience growth or change as a result of the events they encounter. Think about how the challenges they face shape their beliefs, values, and actions, and make sure their development is consistent and believable. In conclusion, writing about characters is a crucial aspect of storytelling. By creating multi-dimensional characters and showing their development through action, dialogue, and internal conflict, you can bring your characters to life and make your story more engaging for your readers.完整中文翻译:写人物的优秀作文,做2处批注当涉及到写作关于人物的文章时,重要的是要注意那些让他们在纸上栩栩如生的细节。

With the rise of international trade, travel, and communication, the ability to speak more than one language has become a valuable asset for individuals, businesses, and countries alike. In this essay, I will discuss the benefits of learning a second language, the challenges that learners may face, and some strategies for effective language learning.Firstly, learning a second language can enhance one's personal and professional opportunities. By knowing another language, one can communicate with a wider range of people, access more information and resources, and gain a deeper understanding of different cultures and perspectives. For example, a person who speaks Spanish as well as English cantravel to many countries in Latin America, work as a translator or interpreter, or simply enjoy reading books or watching movies in Spanish. Moreover, learning a second language can boost cognitive skills such as memory, attention, and problem-solving, as well as reduce the riskof cognitive decline and dementia in later life. However, learning a second language is not always easyor enjoyable. Many learners struggle with grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and comprehension, especially if the target language is very different from their native language. Moreover, some learners may lack motivation, time, or resources to learn a language effectively. Therefore, it is important to adopt some strategies that can facilitate language learning and overcome these challenges. One effective strategy is to immerse oneself in the target language environment as much as possible. This canbe done by traveling to a country where the language is spoken, watching TV shows or movies in the language, listening to music or podcasts, reading books or articles,or practicing with native speakers. By exposing oneself tothe language in various contexts, one can improve one's listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, as well as learn more about the culture and customs of the language community. Another strategy is to set specific goals and track one's progress, such as learning a certain number of words or phrases per week, practicing with a language exchange partner, or taking a proficiency test. By having a clear purpose and measuring one's achievements, one can stay motivated and focused on the learning process. In conclusion, learning a second language is a valuable and rewarding endeavor that can enrich one's life in many ways. By overcoming the challenges and adopting effective strategies, anyone can learn a new language and enjoy the benefits of linguistic and cultural diversity. As Nelson Mandela once said, "If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his own language, that goes to his heart."。

英语2考研作文模板Possible essay:The Importance of English Writing Skills in Graduate School。

English writing skills are crucial for graduatestudents who need to communicate their research findingsand ideas effectively in academic and professional contexts. In this essay, I will argue that developing English writing skills should be a priority for graduate students, and suggest some strategies for improving them.Firstly, graduate students need to write academic papers, such as research proposals, literature reviews, empirical studies, and theses, that meet high standards of clarity, coherence, and correctness. These papers are often evaluated by professors, peers, and reviewers who expect them to demonstrate a deep understanding of the research topic, a logical and persuasive argument, and a clear andconcise expression of ideas. Moreover, graduate students may need to publish their papers in academic journals, which require a rigorous review process and a high level of language proficiency. Therefore, graduate students who lack English writing skills may not only fail to convey their research effectively, but also face rejection or criticism from their readers and reviewers.Secondly, English writing skills are essential for graduate students who seek academic or professional careers that involve writing, such as teaching, research, publishing, consulting, and communication. These careers require not only a strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and style, but also an ability to adapt to different genres, audiences, and purposes. For example, a teacher may need to write lecture notes, exam questions, and feedback to students; a researcher may need to write grant proposals, conference abstracts, and journal articles;a publisher may need to write book reviews, marketing materials, and editorial comments; a consultant may need to write reports, recommendations, and presentations; and a communicator may need to write press releases, social mediaposts, and speeches. Therefore, graduate students who neglect their English writing skills may limit their career options and opportunities.Thirdly, English writing skills can enhance graduate students' critical thinking, creativity, and self-reflection. Writing is not only a means of communication, but also a process of learning, discovery, and growth. When graduate students write, they engage in a dialogue with themselves and their readers, clarify their thoughts and feelings, explore different perspectives and possibilities, and develop their own voice and style. Writing can also help graduate students to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set goals and priorities, and reflect on their progress and achievements. Therefore, graduate students who cultivate their English writing skills may not only improve their academic and professional performance, but also enrich their personal and intellectual development. To improve their English writing skills, graduate students can adopt various strategies, such as:Reading extensively in their field and beyond, to learn new vocabulary, grammar patterns, and writing styles, and to get familiar with the conventions and norms of academic and professional writing.Practicing writing regularly, by setting goals, deadlines, and feedback mechanisms, and by experimenting with different genres, formats, and topics.Seeking feedback and guidance from professors, peers, tutors, or editors, who can provide constructive criticism, suggestions, and resources for improvement.Using technology and tools that can help them to organize, edit, and proofread their writing, such as reference managers, grammar checkers, and plagiarism detectors.Participating in writing workshops, courses, or groups, that can provide a supportive and collaborative environment for learning and practicing English writing skills. In conclusion, English writing skills are essential for graduate students who aspire to excel in their academic and professional careers, and who value their personal and intellectual growth. By recognizing the importance of English writing skills, and by adopting effectivestrategies for improving them, graduate students can enhance their communication, critical thinking, creativity, and self-reflection, and contribute to the advancement of their fields and communities.。

This essay aims to explore the significance of diversity in fostering a harmonious society and the role that individuals and communities play in achieving this goal.First and foremost, diversity enriches our lives by exposing us to a myriad of perspectives and ideas. When people from various cultural backgrounds come together, they bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experiences that can stimulate innovation and creativity. For instance, in the workplace, a diverse team is more likely to generate novel solutions to problems due to the varied skill sets and thought processes that its members possess. Moreover, embracing diversity promotes social cohesion and understanding. One of the main obstacles is prejudice and discrimination, which can stem from ignoranceor fear of the unfamiliar. To overcome these barriers, education plays a crucial role. By teaching about different cultures from an early age, we can foster a sense of curiosity and respect for diversity.Additionally, the media also has a significant part to play in promoting diversity. By presenting a balanced view of different cultures and avoiding stereotypes, the media can help to break down misconceptions and encourage a more inclusive society. In conclusion, embracing diversity is essential for building a harmonious society. It is a multifaceted endeavor that requires the collective effort of individuals, communities, educational institutions, and the media. Taylor is much concerned about increasing the output of the production systematically and scientifically and at the meantime decreasing the cost per output. Taylor (1947) believed that by scientifically selecting them, workers would possess the physical and intellectual qualities to enable them to get work done systematically and efficiently and consequently achieve the output. Similarly, Elton Mayo also pays much attention to productivity and efficiency. Mayo (1933) introduced rest pauses as one technique and explained its importance for accomplishing work productively. The rest periods eliminate the monotony of the work, which can lead to ‘pessimistic reveries’ (p.59). Workers could re-participate into the task fast due to the relief of postural fatigue and impaired circulation during the rest pauses. Generally speaking, both Taylor and Mayo treated labor as the main source of productivity and efficiency which are the eventual destination of work, and created the different theories to achieve the increase of the two factors. The other one similarity of the two thinkers’ theories is the aspect of cooperation between managers and workers. Both of them indicate the necessity and importance of finishing a task cooperatively. From Taylor’s point of view, there is an equal division of work and responsibility between management and workers. Managers are responsible to study the scientific way and set up the rational and productive methods to accomplish the task while the workers should strictly follow those determined methods and cooperatively finish the work, since the close personal cooperation can eliminate the opportunities of conflict. Work can be hardly completed by individual person, because if every member in the group works individually following their own ways, the task eventually fails, and this stresses the importance of the cooperation during the whole process of the work. Tillett, Kempner and Wills (1970) also stated ‘it is important to stress the nature of the cooperative system between management and men which Taylor advocated’ (p.80). According to Taylor’s theory, workers should be friendly and obey managers and do what they were told, which is obviously认真看完本文件能有效提高您的收入the reflect on cooperation. As well as Taylor, Mayo also treats cooperation as an important role in his ‘Human Relations’ theory. One of the three summarised main points of Mayo’s research, ‘the importance of the work group’, illustrates that ‘group collaborations with management’s objectives is important and must be planned for rather than expected’ (Tillett, Kempner & Wills, 1970, p.300). Mayo’s theory is concerned more about the feelings of the workers. By giving workers the rest pauses and providing them with good working conditions and circumstances, the morale of the workers can largely increase, which leads to the efficiency and well-cooperative achievement. Mayo’s best known research ‘Hawthorne Experiments’ also proves that the informal social patterns of work on which work satisfaction and performance depend more than on formal organisation makes the workers less stressed to work together and finish the work efficiently (Mayo, 1933).Differences of the two theoriesAs Taylor and Mayo are two different leading thinkers, their theories do differ from each other in certain aspects. Taylor (1947) pointed that the methods of achieving work should be systematically and scientifically planned and set up by manager, and workers should be trained as ‘first-class men’ and strictly follow the determined methods and finish the work efficiently. He proved his theory by an experiment. In the experiment, Taylor selected a person, and persuaded him a higher wage rate by doing the work following his method. The experiment eventually showed that huge increases in productivity were probable when rational and systematic techniques of management were applied. According to the ‘Scientific Management’, workers are strictly controlled by managers, and do whatever they have been told, which makes them bore, and sometimes response against managers. Hoxie (1915) indicated ‘Scientific Management’ removed the control from workers who are closer to the work than anyone else to the managers, which only offers managers themselves for improvement. Although the theory gives more control to managers than workers and indeed efficiently and productively improves workers, it concerns the feelings of 批注 [LX6]: (仅针对这一篇essay来说),从这个地方开始就是body内容里的内容B部分认真看完本文件能有效提高您的收入workers and the friendly relationship between managers and workers much less than those are expected. On the contrary, Mayo, the creator of ‘Human Relations’ theory, thought there was some kind of human element responsible for performance improvement during the management. In his ‘Hawthorne Experiments’ between 1927 and 1932, six female assemblers were isolated form the rest of the factory, and had their conditions of work such as physical conditions, rest pauses systematically changed during the years. The experiment showed productivity improved with those change (Mayo, 1933). Mayo (1939) focuses the productivity of the work on ‘morale’. He believed people had a strong need for social relationships and that often it is the informal network of relationships at work which determine how they will act (Inkson & Kolb, 2002). Workers, as human beings, want more physical and psychological care and consideration. The necessary rest pauses, working conditions and less-stressed circumstances make workers ignore the monotony of the task and improve their activities and the quality and efficiency of the achievement. By working in informal groups, the workers’ attitude toward their work and working environment could be significantly improved so that the productivity and efficiency of the work increase dramatically. Mayo’s research shows the importance of the human relations during the whole management. It treats workers more like human beings rather than only the labor, compare to Taylor’s ‘Scientific Management’, which restricts the workers’ freedom of doing other things out of work, treating them more like machine. Taylor’s theory could easily make the relationship between managers and works collapse, since no person wants to be forced to do anything, while Mayo creates a relaxed environment for workers, which makes workers more willing to do the work for managers. This illustrates the two theories differ as well on the workers’ attitude toward the work. According to Taylor’s theory, workers are more likely to work passively, and they always struggle from doing exactly what managers told. 批注 [LX7]: (仅针对这一篇essay来说),从这个地方开始就是body内容里的内容C部分,也就是此篇essay的body内容的最后一部分批注 [LX8]: 这是文章当中的reference的写法,注意,句号的位置在ref的后面。
