you in a systematic way as it is one of my most favourite movies.Then I will introduce this movie in the aspects of story synopsis, profound connotation and the achievements of it.Now let’s begin.The story take place in 2700 ,a distant but not so unrealistic future where mankind has abandoned earth because the earth at that time has become a big ball of rubbish.The earth is no longer suitable for human survival, so the human moved to the out space by a huge spaceship as their last resort.Walle, the hero of this film , is a rubbish collecting robot that has been left to clean up the mess.Although there are a large amount of robots to do this task at first ,but these robot are not suitable for the severe environment and gradually broken.In the end walle became the only one that survived.He is alone on earth except for a sprightly pet ,a cockroach.Although the task is impossible ,he insist on it year by year.In this period of time ,Walle gradually has self-awareness.What is most surprising about walle is how sad it is!The early portion of the film ,almost 20minutes are in completely silence.Although it has many playfulness ,it evoke us a striking and powerful feeling of loneliness.Seen this , have you ever have such feelings ?When he go out to work ,he will carry a small case with himto bring something meaningful he thinks back to his home.One day ,he find a small profound connotations.First , it’s a movie about environment protection.Can you imagine what the earth will be in the future ?Some of us will give a wonderful picture of our future lives ,but the movie gives us a contrary description.In the movie ,the earth is covered with amount of rubbish ,and the only residen ts are a robot and his pet.It’s seems not in the alarmist.If we are not in harmony with nature ,we will come to a sticky end sooner or later.Most important ,it’s a movie about love.This movie tells a love story between robots.In the real world ,love is not simply but confined by a lot of things so when we find our love we will list many conditions.We need a house ,a car ,a wealthy family ,but just don’t need love.Contrasted with human’s love ,love between robots is pure and innocent.For example ,when Eve become resting state ,Walle protects her even though she doesn’t know at all and when the spaceship takes her away ,Walle goes with her without hesitation.They cannot communicate with each other ,so walle can not express his feeling to Eve by words ,but through his deeds ,we can and Eve also can feel the love from pared with action ,words are so pale.In our life ,sometimes we say too much but do too little.We say “love you” ,but actually we love ourselves more than love others.Speaking with this ,what are you thinking about ?At last ,I want to introduce the awards of this film.It was the best animated feature of the Golden Globe Awards ,and hasobtained many Oscar nominations.The audience also give it a high evaluation.They said Walle is one of the most Then it will probably be a rolling robot.It can be two wheels, four wheels, or on tracks.If there are stairs, or uneven terrain the problem becomes more complex.Walking is difficult to solve, especially if you compare it to how a human walks.If The robot has locomotion, I am assuming it is going from point A to point B.Does it need memory to get to point A and memory toget to point B? Maybe it was just too soon.Most of us are still of of themindset that robotics is something that is rather futuristic.We still may have pictures in our head of humanoid robots, flailing their arms and either attacking the Earth from other planets or perhaps protecting us in some way or another.The fact of the matter is, humanoid robots are still very much futuristic but much of the future of robots is already in existence today.Robots are used in a number of different settings that you might find rather interesting.Here is a little bit about the future of robotics and the fact that much of it is already in existence with what we are doing now.One of the ways in which robots are most often used is in an industrial setting.The automotive industry, for example, makes use of robots on their assembly lines to do a number of different tasks.Unfortunately, this has put many individuals out of a job because the robot was able to do what they used to do on the assembly line more efficiently.Not only that, once the robot is put into place they are able to take care of these repetitive tasks, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.One of the ways in which robotics is used on a regular basis is in spot welding.Although this used to require a human touch, much of the welding that is now done by robots is so accurate and precise that a human could not possibly take care of it in that way.Many times, this welding needs to be done in an assembly line environment so the same simple task is done over and over again.It will be difficult for anybody to improve on what is already existing in these robotics unless they make them less apt to have difficulties from breaking down.Robots are also able to help us to get out of dangerous situations in many cases.A good example of this is spring painting.Humans used to have to take care of spray painting in the automotive industry and other industrial settings.This put them at risk because they were constantly being exposed todangerous chemicals, even if they wore protective clothing.A robot is not only able to be in these rooms without having to worry about health concerns, they are able to do the painting more evenly and accurately than their human counterparts.Finally, robotics are often used in the development and building of computer chips.These chips are often too small for humans to work on themselves so if or not for the robotics that are put to use in these factories, much of the computer science that we have today would not be in existence.Although they will continue to improve on this and other things in the robotics industry, the fact of the matter is that the modern-day use of robotics is already futuristic.Developing a humanoid robot has long since captured the human imagination and will be the continued focus in the future of robotics.Scientists say there are two obstacles to creating a robot with human or super-human intelligence: vision and processing sensory information.“It is almost impossible to predict when machines will become as clever as humans,” admits Ronald Arkin, a robotics expert at the Mobile Robot Labora tory in Atlanta, Georgia.“Although work in magnetic resonance imaging holds great promise, researchers can now watch areas of the brain light up as individuals carry out specific mental tasks.When we have that knowledge, we can pass it on to computers.”Motor vehicle production is one area where robotics automation is already being used.Yet imagine a world where we can read, have a glass of wine, talk freely on our cell phones or take a nap while our personal automobile drives itself from our workplace to our doorstep.Or perhaps we'll abandon the wheeled prototypes altogether and kick back in our personal flying car like numerous science fiction films predict.So how farare we from such a future?Well, in 2007, the US Defense Advanced Research Project Agency had 83 robotic system vehicles driving through a 60-mile urban course, navigating around other vehicles, pedestrians and obstacles;all without incident.Just three years ago, robotic vehicles couldn't even drive straight across the wide-open desert without crashing.“The robotics industry is developing in much the same way the computer business did thirty years ago,” Microsoft founder Bill Gates observed.So what is in store for the future of robotics in the workplace? Today i want to introduce you a film named___WALL-E.
The story happened in a distant, but not so unrealistic future, where mankind has abandoned earth because it has become covered with trash from products sold by the powerful multi-national Buy N Large corporation. WALL-E, a garbage collecting robot has been left to clean up the mess. Mesmerized with trinkets of earth's history and show tunes, (2
WALL-E is alone on Earth except for a sprightly pet cockroach.
One day, Eve, a sleek (and dangerous re-connaissance robot, is sent to earth to find proof that life is once again sustainable.
WALL-E falls in love with Eve. WALL-E rescues Eve from a dust storm and shows her a living plant he found amongst the rubble.
Consistent with her "directive" Eve takes the plant and automatically enters a deactivated state except for a blinking green beacon. WALL-E, doesn't understand what has happened to his new friend, but true to his love, he protects her from wind, rain, and lightening, even as she is unresponsive. One day a massive ship comes to reclaim Eve, but WALL-E, out of love or loneliness hitches a ride on the outside of the ship to rescue Eve. The ship arrives back at a large space cruise ship, which is carrying all of the humans who evacuated earth 700 years earlier.
The people of earth ride around this space resort on hovering chairs which give them a constant feed of TV and video chatting. They drink all of their meals through a straw out of laziness and/or bone loss, and are all so fat that they can barely move.
When the auto-pilot computer , acting on hastily given instructions sent many centuries before, tries to prevent the people of earth from returning, by stealing the plant, WALL-E, Eve, the portly captain, and a band of broken robots stage a mutiny.
This is a very classic and touching movie, I hope the next part of the film left to your own enjoyment.。
