就是在单词书上不断做标签。

一.仔细背诵单词广泛联想第一遍背单词的时候,一定要仔细,深入地思考,广泛地联想,并随时查阅有关的资料。

要将当页的所有学习单词,每一个都自己组成句子,要达到可以用自己的语言,完整、准确、流畅地说出来。

二.次日反复前一天的内容第二天,一定要复习前一天所学的东西,根据德国心理学家艾宾浩斯著名的遗忘曲线,人的遗忘速度是先快后慢,因此如果能及时复习,也就是在自己对所学的材料还没有遗忘的情况下,用不多的时间把所学的东西及时巩固住。

然而有许多学习者,对于所学的东西,没有能及时安排复习的时间,结果等到他们想复习的时候,学习的内容已经完全遗忘了。

所以他们又得花原来同样甚至是几倍的时间重新学习(原本只需花很少的时间),这就很费时间而不经济了。

复习第二遍的时候,最好看自己组成的句子,结合自己句子中的单词,回忆单词其他的用法。

如果不能完全记忆,或者很模糊,一定要在书中做出标记。

三.第三次重复第三次重复要比第二次重复距离远些。

第三次重复所复习的内容,应是一个星期前自己所学的内容。

除了完成与第二次重复完全相同的程序以外,在第三次重复的复习工作时,还应注意把第一阶段所学的内容进行归纳总结。
