本单元教学内容主要围绕健康的生活习惯展开，而本话题主要围绕健康的生活习惯展开话题。

本节课就吸烟这个坏习惯展开讨论，主要学习情态动词must及其否定形式must not表示必要性的用法。
同时巩固了动名词做主语的句式。
